My husband and I recently retired to Arizona from Rhode Island, where we had created a family…read moretrust. When we moved, we discovered that the family trust required amendments to better conform to AZ statute. Using an online search, I contacted a number of estate attorneys, including Jeffrey Hall PLLC. Mr Hall was the only one who personally responded directly to me via email. We were impressed and reassured by his personal response, which led to an initial free consultation during which he advised us that the best course of action was to rewrite the family trust rather than amend it. His very reasonable fee structure, together with his friendly and relaxed personal desk-side manner, convinced us that we had found the right estate attorney for us. We could not be more satisfied with his work and have no hesitation in commending him to others. Mark and Al.

There are so many attorneys and law offices out there the search can be difficult. But after researching online with Yelp and Google, we came across LifePlan Legal AZ. Good reviews on both websites. Husband made a appointment with the friendly office person. Prior to our appointment we talked with Jake to discuss what our wishes were and had quite a few questions for Jake since we were novices in this field. Jake was very very nice and patient with us. We later(after a few weeks) met with Jake to go over our wills and other directives at his office. During this meeting we went page by page through our legal plan. Jake was meticulous, patient, detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. We spent an hour going through everything and he answered every question we had. He was the best when he had to "dumb it down" for us since we did not understand the processes and legalities with AZ law. If your needing a great estate attorney don't hesitate on making a appointment with Jake!

EXPERIENCED Estate Planning Attorney that knows Estate Planning Laws!!!…read more My wife and I are 33 years old with growing assets, business's and wealth to our name. We have 3 small children and started thinking about what would happen to our children if we were to pass away unexpectedly. We realized we needed to contact an Estate Planning Attorney in Arizona. I first called Steven M Jackson Law Group office and left a voicemail with his receptionist. Within a few hours, Steven M. Jackson himself called me back. I explained to him our backgrounds, children, and what we might need to protect our children's future if we were to pass away. Steven got us on his schedule immediately. We came into his Gilbert office, sat down, and went over our the amount of cash in our bank accounts, ownership in real estate, companies we own, etc. He knew exactly what we needed and how to PROTECT OUR CHILDREN'S futures. We paid $2,500 for the complete package (Last Wills, Living Wills, Transfer Deed of Home Into Trust, Creating Trust, Power Of Attorney, Healthcare Power Of Attorney). Steven Jackson is extremely professional, polite, and most importantly he is experienced in Estate Planning! He constructed our Living Wills, Last Wills, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power Of Attorney, and our Trust which outlines exact instructions on what should be done with our children, companies, cash, and all assets. Here's What I Really Appreciate About Working With Steven Jackson: He was there every step of the way. If I called or emailed him with general questions throughout and even after the process was over, he was quick to email or call me back and still made himself available to answer my questions. Some attorneys will take your money, give you what you paid for, and say good luck and hope you don't have any other questions. Steven Jackson: He is very patient. Very Experienced. Will walk you through every step of the process. Takes his time to explain what all documents are and what's involved. Answers emails and calls quickly. We will recommend him to all our friends and to everyone who needs Estate Planning advise/guidance.
