We started hearing enough squeaking to warrant pulling over and discovered a missing grease cap. Called them up and they said bring it in... Turns out our "new" wheel bearings were completely corroded and they were astonished we made it as far down the road as we did. They stripped off the old bearings, put on a brand new set, and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Courteous, professional, family-oriented people. Can't say how lucky we were to break down where we did! By the way, this all happened within an hour of them closing for the July 4th holiday. Stayed open and got the job done for us.

We have many friends in boating and they feel the same way- that's why they go elsewhere.
