The lady behind the counter rudely turned me back in line to wait b/c some ppl before 1:50pm apt have not registered yet(I am sorry but the website doesn't say that. And is it such a big deal to switch ppl who came a little earlier with ppl who came later?). When a white man whose appointment was also at 1:50pm, she registered him and let him in! I (asian) and another woman (Indian as she told me) were turned down while a white man was let in. This is clearly a racial discrimination. This woman was rude the entire registration process. If she has a job that would require her to encounter all race and gender, she should not be these racially discriminatory calls. I hope HV will read this and respond. I am happy to talk to them furthermore about my treatment by this front desk staff.

I recommend him highly and you will not be disappointed. His staff is wonderful that work with him in the office and the hospital because he is highly respected because he respects his staff and they love working with him. I always look forward to see him on my appointments because he makes me feel comfortable just like he did in the hospital. I was so glad to be blessed to have you him as my physician.

He had my husband on a heart monitor and he was scheduled for a review of the results. My husband was not feeling well and I called Dr Desai who was less than helpful stating if I thought he should go to the hospital I should take him. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! Needless to say my husband did end up in the hospital and he was in Afib!
