When I called Senneco, they were incredibly kind and immediately said they'd love to help. I brought the truck in and met Dave, who was just the best--so friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the process step by step. Senneco wasn't able to source the exact glass I wanted (I'm a little picky when it comes to my truck), so I went on a months-long hunt to find it myself. Brought in what I thought was the right glass--nope. Total fail. Came back later with the correct one, and Dave got it installed fast. What really stood out throughout this whole saga is how respectful and kind Dave was every single time I showed up (which was at least four visits). As a woman, I'm no stranger to being talked down to in auto shops, but I never once felt that here. Dave treated me like a valued customer and a fellow enthusiast, and that meant the world to me. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you, Senneco--and especially Dave--for making a stressful project such a positive experience. I'll be back next time I need anything glass-related!

They were easy to deal with and communicated well throughout the process. They came to my place of business, did the thing, and were done in about an hour. It's been several weeks with a fair amount of rain at times, and no leaks, so I'm going to give them a thumbs up. The only negative was the tape used to temporarily hold the windshield in place until the sealant cured...it left marks on my paint. I expect they may come off with some solvent, but haven't tried yet. Their price was certainly right, being WAY below the Safelite pricing.

Beware! Shoddy business practices. Very unprofessional. Had my windshield replaced a year ago…read more $1000 windshield. Warranty explicitly states stress cracks are warranted. Was driving in a parking lot maybe 5 miles per hour- the glass popped (that's the sound I heard) nothing remotely nearby to cause the windshield to crack. Stop by Seneco Glass as they did the original install. No one there to assess. Call them the next day- Rick says send me pics -did so, can't determine from pics - "bring in I'm here all the time" Text him- will you be there tomorrow? - his response "yup". Bring the car by (mind you, this is a 25 minute drive each time) Guess what? Rick not there all day. The lady says I'll have someone come out to your home and look at it- Okay, great. The guy does show and determines it's a stress crack and covered by warranty. Wonderful. Make an appointment to bring car in and have glass repaired. (Again, taking time away from work, also having another person follow me to bring me back home). Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" What a joke of a company. Anyway- buyer beware.
