So, when I purchased a new 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback in Boost Blue color, I knew I needed to get the windows tinted. My first thought was to have it done at Tint Pros. This time, I decided to have 35% tints done on the side windows and hatchback rear window. I contacted Zafer through their website after hours on Saturday 3/7/26. He quickly responded with an available appointment for the following Wednesday 3/11/26. I dropped the car off at 9AM and it was ready for pickup the same day at 3PM. He even included a can of ammonia free tint-safe window cleaner, a microfiber cloth, and all the 3M warranty information. I would highly recommend Tint Pros to anyone interested in getting their windows tinted. The price is more than some of the fly-by-night tinting businesses, but the service quality is unmatched.

They expected top-dollar, full retail pricing for their pre-owned vehicle, yet tried to lowball my trade-in vehicle by roughly $10,000 below wholesale--and they did this sight-unseen, without ever even laying eyes on my car. To top it off, they wouldn't even honor the written trade-in estimate generated directly by their own dealership's website tool. My issues began when a technician forgot to reinstall the under-car shield after an oil change, forcing me to return and miss an appointment I had right after my oil change. The service manager, Alex, offered a free oil change for the trouble after I asked to speak with him, but when I returned for my next visit, they did not honor it. During that same visit, my car was with them for over 5 hours just for them to tell me a thermostat I needed for a check engine light was backordered for months, which didn't fix the problem and left me wondering what took them 5 hours. To make matters worse, I sat in the waiting area for an hour watching what I thought was my car parked outside before anyone told me it was ready, further adding to my frustration once I realized it was my car. After being told for almost three months the part was still unavailable, I called another local Mazda dealer who had the part in stock and fixed it the next day under warranty. Between the poor communication and the lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this service department. While my primary issues are with Service, my experience with Sales (specifically Nick) was equally disappointing. After expressing interest in a vehicle, I received no follow-up, further cementing my decision to move on from this location. I do want to highlight that Jaz and Corey have consistently been professional, friendly, and efficient. They are clearly assets to the team, and I appreciated their help despite the systemic issues within the department.

My first trip was having them inspect my vehicle since it was bought used. They provided me a full video detailing everything and didn't charge me at all for it. Appointment was easy to make staff, incredibly friendly, accommodations were clean and comfortable in the waiting room. They finished me up, reasonably fast and at a fair price. Based on what I've seen so far, they would be my first choice to go to for my next vehicle purchase. Most every review I've read online echos similar feelings and highlights them as a great dealership.,
