They sent me paperwork to get my cart registered with DMV but would never respond to get it to next steps after I filled it out. I had new batteries put in and upgrades for street legal. I welcome an actual call from the owners if that is what it takes to get my issues resolved. Nice product but very poor customer service! I am not local to Palm Harbor but with the reviews and JP being so accommodating the first couple calls I felt like this was the right place to buy. I do not have that same feeling now. I feel like I am on my own.
