Delivered a demo cart instead of new one - explained it as 40 plus miles of demo rides. It was delivered without the correct equipment. Original photos showed 5 miles, when cart got here it had over 42 miles. Thats not new, that's a demo. Tires and wheels had been changed due to someone else originally purchasing cart. Can't help but think the cart was returned and that's how it got all the miles on it. Blames owners for not making decision on how to deal with it and now he has gone radio silent. Two weeks into purchase and none of the promises have been met. JP states that this is due to being understaffed. They were not understaffed when they got 14k plus. I welcome an actual call from the owners if that is what it takes to get my issues resolved. Nice product but very poor customer service! I am not local to Palm Harbor but with the reviews and JP being so accommodating the first couple calls I felt like this was the right place to buy. I do not have that same feeling now. I feel like I am on my own.

The first time there were gentlemen hanging around a cart discussing something and they immediately stopped and acknowledged and helped me. The second time there was no one on the floor to be seen for quite some time, but I actually didn't mind as I wanted to look around and not be bothered at first and by the time I had questions someone came out and helped me. The third time was similar to the second, I ended up getting the service I preferred. I hope that the rest of my experience goes well.
