I brought it there for two separate issues and had problems both times. After the second time of multiple visits for the same issue and just problem after problem I vowed to find an alternative. The next time my cart needed service someone recommended Golf Carts Unlimited so I gave them a shot. It is rare to experience the level of professionalism, customer service, courtesy, and know-how that Doug and his team exhibit. They truly care, and go above and beyond both in customer service and technical expertise. I wouldn't take my golf cart anywhere else!

Had my cart in for service while I was out of state. The tech noticed a problem and Melissa called…read moreto ask if we wanted it taken care of. Since it was already there, we agreed. Our cart was dropped off to our RV and shortly thereafter the original issue reappeared. Turns out there appeared to be a misunderstanding as to the scope of work. It was written up correctly, but there was a breakdown between the front end and the back end. Once notified of the issue, Rick offered to pick the cart up to make it right, but we were leaving for the season and our storage company had already notified us they were picking up the cart the next day. Rick then authorized the refund to our credit card. Considering the Covid-19 scare that was prevalent at the time, the number of clients that were trying to get their carts fixed, mix-ups do happen. We have had our cart serviced by Custom Carts numerous times and have always had great service. We have complete faith in the company and will schedule the cart in for service upon our return. Rick, Melissa, and the others work hard to treat people fairly. Mistakes do happen, but under the circumstances, I'm more than satisfied at the outcome.

When you call about the issues he will act like it's not his problem and treat it like you're the problem. He has a filthy mouth and no respect for his customers. We have spent $6k with this place only to have an issue with all work done. SCAM SCAM SCAM. He told me me to F*** Off when I brought up concerns. Read the other reviews. Rick does bad business.
