There's not a big sign for this place and it's kinda tucked back into this small strip mall on the south side of Hwy 59 before the Gulf Shores motors (wolith all the classic cars) and the Canal bridge. It's easy to miss because I have blown right past the Gulf Shores Diner which is more prominant that them, and I have been there a dozen times. But if you are careful and watchful you'll see the little cut out to allow you to jump out away from all the crazies flying down 59 without getting run over. No access from north bound side. Anyway once you get there you'll find ample parking right out and once inside you'll be rewarded by the small town charm of a lovely boutique style gift shop and a full service independent pharmacy which unfortunately is becoming increasingly more and more rare. I mean my experiences at the drug stores for years is 3 to 5 cars deep and double lines outside and a long tedious line inside with either slow and detached or exhausted and frenzied staff. The atmosphere at this place was very relaxed and very friendly. They actually welcomed and chatted me up with warm smiles, nice change of pace. I just needed some aspirins and tums for the medicine cabinet and happy to patron this adoreable local business. I will look into moving some of my business here in the future but they are lean on most of their OTC items but have some cool gift items.
