This time and last time we went to pick up meds they were out of them and the gal at the window did not know how to ring things up it took 20 mins..today same thing different girl I told her we are both here to pick up..she took hubby's info walked away got someone else they brought the meds then walked away finally another girl came and rang them I said use the card on file and I have meds too..she gets my info says she cant ring mine up on that card only my husbands ..omg we have been doing just this for months then she said she cant add me but doesnt know who I should call. This is ridiculous service and has been going on even before this covid19 but now getting worse..we have no choice but to go here per insurance..I m so Not happy..

We walked in and at the time that we went in was about 1130 and nobody was there. When we walked up to the counter, The staff that was present seem to be either a little annoyed, or perhaps a little overworked. The person that took our order indicated to us that due to building restrictions, they no longer carried hot food. So the menu is now consisting of cold sandwiches, salads, potato chips, and drinks. I ordered a egg salad sandwich and order a pasta salad and an iced tea. My grandson ordered hotdog plain with just ketchup and potato chips and a soda. Although the food was very tasty, I just cannot understand why the items that I had ordered totaled $26. The bread was good and fresh, but it wasn't toasted, and the pasta salad lacked a lot of the ingredients I am accustomed to seeing in a true pasta salad. I gave this four stars, as the food was very good, but again I thought was much pricier than what we received.

There's not a big sign for this place and it's kinda tucked back into this small strip mall on the south side of Hwy 59 before the Gulf Shores motors (wolith all the classic cars) and the Canal bridge. It's easy to miss because I have blown right past the Gulf Shores Diner which is more prominant that them, and I have been there a dozen times. But if you are careful and watchful you'll see the little cut out to allow you to jump out away from all the crazies flying down 59 without getting run over. No access from north bound side. Anyway once you get there you'll find ample parking right out and once inside you'll be rewarded by the small town charm of a lovely boutique style gift shop and a full service independent pharmacy which unfortunately is becoming increasingly more and more rare. I mean my experiences at the drug stores for years is 3 to 5 cars deep and double lines outside and a long tedious line inside with either slow and detached or exhausted and frenzied staff. The atmosphere at this place was very relaxed and very friendly. They actually welcomed and chatted me up with warm smiles, nice change of pace. I just needed some aspirins and tums for the medicine cabinet and happy to patron this adoreable local business. I will look into moving some of my business here in the future but they are lean on most of their OTC items but have some cool gift items.
