AM called a customer a ho because she left a bag of groceries by accident at the counter where we all visited because her cash register was the only one open, and I will no longer shop at this store location because they do not appreciate or value there paying customers. The lady told me they only exchange not return items. I was disappointed but since I pick up small token gifts from there anyway I could make it work. I was the last customer in the store and the transaction got complicated. The manager and another employee were so helpful, nice and keep a pleasant tone. Then I couldn't find my keys. The guard found them on the shelves I was on. They all were outstanding and I left happy. If only this was the normal for stores rather than rare. This is now my favorite store. I was immediately greeted by the staff and was asked if I needed help. The place truly looks like a place where people who spend time in the outdoors shop, so I was kind of happy to be there. After looking around for a few minutes I found a rack with some awesome bamboo hoodies from a company called Free Fly. I'd never heard of the company, but I immediately thought it was one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I've ever felt. It was reasonably priced so I bought it, and wore it pretty much the entire time I was in Birmingham. Perhaps an even higher testament to the quality of the product was this: as soon as I flew home my wife felt the hoodie, and immediately claimed it as her own. I arrived at 10am and the doors are locked - closed all weekend! A sign on the door says they are not open on Saturday although it says they are open online! The website information needs to be changed and it would be helpful if they gave you this information when they call on a Friday afternoon to let you know your prescription is ready. I didn't want this to reflect badly on their business (since I technically haven't seen anyone there yet) thus the four stars...but a heads up to others...they are NOT open on weekends.
