I called the beginning of the next week when I had not heard from them and they said they would look at it Today which was Monday and have repaired by Thursday at the latest; it s now Friday and they are telling me they hope to look at by Monday which will be the start of Week 3. I previously Bought 2 mowers and a Tractor from the previous company at this location which was Laxenby they didnt keep any of the records. I will NOT be using this Company for anything in the Future. As mentioned in other reviews they promise to call and keep you updated and they fail to do so. Communication is key to good customer service just feeding someone a line to tell them what they want to hear and NOT having any intention of delivering on it is not a place I want to deal with. Buyer Beware. They charge a DIAGNOSTIC charge which is just a money grab if you already know what you want done. Wanted my Mower Drive adjusted period - Then they do the usual padding of the bill for all the other stuff you didnt ask for.

Purchased a brand new washer a couple of weeks ago. I spotted grease on the floor coming from…read moreunderneath the washer. We lifted the washer and underneath is completely covered in grease. I called this business multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I drove all the way there for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. I have to file a warranty and see if it's something that they will cover. This is completely unacceptable as they should offer to fix or replace the washer if it has major problems within the first 30 days. I will never purchase another appliance from this company. Edit to add after the owners comment: I have not had this washer several weeks. It's actually been 2 weeks. It took time for the grease to come out under the front of the washer. I also have been trying to call for 3 days. So I had this washer for 11 days before trying to report it to you, and 14 days before I was able to drive over there and bring the issue to your attention. Grease coming from underneath the washer means something major is wrong like the seal or the transmission. I can't even keep using it because it would burn up at any second. There is A LOT OF GREASE as your employee saw in the pictures that I showed him.
