Terrible doctors office with abhorrent service and useless hours. The posted hours are until 5 yet…read morethe doctors leave by 1pm so what's the point? If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. These people are deplorable. For anyone with diagnosed mental illness I beg you to go somewhere that actually sees you as a person and wants to help you and keep you safe. Seek help from those who WANT to help you not just want your money. Ps. At my first and only in person appointment there were dead roaches in the room I was seen in

There's also no point of a questionnaire asking if we would like the dr to pray with us when she just storms out. The desk people didn't even want to reschedule. Dr. Liu didn't even want to check my symptoms. I made her check my bloodwork so it won't be a waste of a visit. Even though i vomited and had stomach pains. And they didnt contact back about the results until a week later when the results been out online. Told me i have to come in asap for slightly off number by one or two without telling me the risk of the off number. I have to set another appt for her to explain? Hah. Seems like they care more about gathering money per visit than their actual patients. Not everybody have insurance covering everything. It gets costly. I can't afford appt just for her to recommend people or talk about which number is one number over. Would i come back? No thanks. During visit she also told me she will prescribe me meds and if I want refills just call in. But when I needed refills and called in she refused to give refills and wanted me to come in for her to write it herself.

Or depending who answer the phone,I will definitely change my primary doctor, very poor connection with your patient, In California you can not to be unprofessional like this , I'm sorry for you and your clinic.

I love leaving good reviews when good care is received!…read more First of all, I scheduled this visit as a sick visit because my ears were throbbing all night, I'm new to this office and wasn't too sure, but when I walked in, the atmosphere was very friendly and well taken care of. They gave me an iPad to check in and do forms, which I love because my hands hurt too and to write most of the time. The process was very straightforward and easy to do! The gentleman upfront was very nice even when they got busy he was still attentive, the nurse in the back was very sweet and friendly, and the doctor was as well. Dr.Livengood explained everything very well and offered a steroid injection to help. Overall, I had a very good experience, not to mention I was seen in a very timely matter and didn't wait 3 hours to be seen! I'm impressed and definitely will be considering making this my primary care doctor!

Do NOT recommend. If your child has any special needs, this doctor is not suitable. Also, the…read morepractice is closed on Thursdays, which is fine...but when I drive there during posted office hours on a Friday afternoon to pick up some medical records for my children and the practice is already shut down 45 minutes before closing time, that is ridiculous. The only positive things I can say about Poole Pediatrics are that: (1) from time to time, Dr. Poole asked for my opinions on my children and what I observed going on with them, and (2) the office staff is so amazingly friendly and service-oriented (which is a shock considering the doctor's demeanor and bedside manner). As someone who works with children extensively, I can tell when other adults do not enjoy working with children, and I honestly believe that is Dr. Poole's mindset. The same can be said of the nurses as well. Over the course of the past 2-3 years that I have been taking my children to Poole Pediatrics, there have been instances that have increasingly shown me that I personally cannot trust this doctor's care for my children. I think the final straw was when my oldest child had a COVID exposure at their school and went into quarantine for 2 weeks this past fall (2020). I called Poole Pediatrics for a COVID test for both of my children, because I did not know if my exposed child was a carrier and had infected the rest of the household. I had to explain our situation not only to the front desk but also to a nurse, who asked me if I really wanted my children to be tested because we may not get accurate results. When I pressed her and insisted on it being done, she said she would check with the doctor and get back to me. I understand at that time there may have been limited resources with PPE and tests due to the pandemic, but when there is a confirmed COVID exposure with my children - or any potentially medical emergency - I expect for my children's doctor to be ready, willing and available to medically assist them. Overall, that is not the case with Dr . Poole.
