I used to go to this place for lunch every Monday and bought their lunch special which included a smiley sandwich, some soggy gross fries and a Pepsi. Over time, I started noticing there was less and less edible portions of the sandwich, the "gourmet" chicken they use was shrinking. As well, I was getting huge pieces of gristle and veins, stuff I would be worried my dog would choke on. So picture this, the food, not all that great to begin with, is decreasing in size and quality. This was more than enough to turn me off this place, but here is the best part. Overnight, they raised their prices from 5$ to 7$ plus tax. How can they justify such an exorbitant price raise? While also delivering worse and worse food ? Their sauces are good, but saucing up inedible waste meat does not make it edible. You would cringe and dry heave if you witnessed the pictures I took of the last abomination I ever ordered from there. So, take your chances. You may get mediocre chicken and a nice flavor, or more likely get sick. Would have gave them a 0, kfc is better quality and now cheaper as well. read more

Thank you Salena for the response. First I must apologize for the harshness of the review but when I haven't eaten all day I get cranky. The order in question was for 2 sandwich specials....chicken parm on garlic bread. This was on Monday evening before 8 pm. We called it in and came and picked it up. Our name and number were never taken The gentleman behind the counter said it would be ten minutes and we said were would just be out front. After 10 minutes I went in and was told it would just be a few more minutes. After 5 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long and they had them sitr8ng behind the counter and did not tell us they are done. They were cold when we got them home. I didn't feel like going back as I was dying to eat. I hope this is enough info for you and I would seriouly like to try again and see if this was just a one off situation. read more

Okay, I haven't eaten here in about 2 years, but boy, do I miss those wings. Their medium sauce was perfect for me, didn't taste like the usualy "Franks Red Hot" but had a tangy-ness to it and it was hot, but not too hot that I couldn't eat them. Yum! The wings here are of excellent quality. You have a choice of original (which I prefer) or breaded (which they tell me is the popular choice). There are plenty of flavours as well; dry rub, such as west coast, and your usual mild, medium, hot. Then there is sweet Thai. I just mentioned the ones I enjoyed. You can also ask for them sloppy. The Wings Up is expensive buy worth it for really great wings and courteous service. read more

I have to give it at least one star because I can't review without it. Just ate these for my first time. Up there with the worst wings I've ever had. They were soggy, very lightly sauced (even tho I requested heavy sauce and well done) and the veggies were warm because they were put in the same box as the wings. Both sauces were blue cheese even tho I ordered ranch. The fries barely had any flavour to them but they were the only things hot and crispy. So after all is said and done id say spare yourself the displeasure and just go somewhere else for wings. There's a 100 places in the KW area that prepare a better Lb of wings than this place. Love wings up but this location always disappoints. Somehow my order always ends up wrong. Ordered delivery, told them over the phone I had a coupon, when the order showed up, coupon discount wasn't applied and the driver couldn't do it. Driver also added his own tip to the order without notifying me, was going to tip him and ended up tipping more than I would have liked because of that. Came here for no reason other than we were passing by and needed a quick bite to eat, you know better than McDicks. What we got was utter bullshit!!!! Do not eat here unless you want to get your patience tested beyond human ability!!! We were ignored, could barely get the attention of staff and when we did order. i'm not sure if what i ordered is an indication of the entire menu, but the breaded hot wings were something i will be sure to avoid in the future. too much breading (which became really soggy) and a wing sauce that was less than desirable. for a place dedicated to serving wings, i had much higher expectations. read more

Amazing wings. Definitely the best the last three years running at the local competition. Highly recommend, especially the dry Cajun.

Manager is very rude. He complains all the time while you wait. Wings are decent but way over priced. $27.50 for two pounds?!
