It's located in a busy plaza, and even with COVID restrictions, they keep everything neat and clean. It's important to note that this location does not skip out on toppings or meat. I know there's a golden rule to 4 or 8 slices of deli meat (sm vs. lrg), and some other locations will cheap out and give less.. but I haven't had that happen here. The ingredients are always fresh too. I'll keep coming back as long as they remain open :)

They also did a fantastic job of getting the balance right with the toppings to cheese and the ratio of toppings. The toppings and cheese did a good job of sticking to the crust and not sliding off on you. Their wings - not sure if they have a hotter sauce or not - but the bbq sauce that they came with had a good zip to them (about a medium sauce), really good flavour. Though, too wet for my liking, so I threw them in the over for about 30 minutes while I ate some pizza. Then, the wings were perfect. Nope I was told that is how every single one is made , thats how there suppose to make them, no bigger!! and that no matter how dissatisfied I was they wouldn't fix it. I explain I'm a regular customer and I even live right across from the store in the apartment buildings and how I would never return here and would contact franchise about this situation.. I am about to leave a really bad review on Google also and I hope maybe you can fix this for me and I can update that review with something positive instead of negative. After returned home to attempt to eat whatever you call this we havent noticed any cheese in my second panzortti and my first panzortti the one which was suppose to have double cheese had barely regular amount of cheese.. All in all I really hope to hear a response from someone who can fix this issue and refund me my money I paid! I'm sure after alot of people hear and see this might think twice about ordering from this location again.
