I had never been to a wingstop before so reading the reviews on here I was a little hesitant! I ordered through door dash and it was a quick delivery. The food was literally still steaming hot when I got it! I'd say that's pretty impressive for food delivery. I got the 10 piece wing combo. I chose to mix and match and got 5 bone-in with their classic hot sauce and 5 boneless with their hickory smoked bbq. It came with a fountain pop and your choice of side and I choose fries. I also ordered a side of celery and carrot sticks for a less than $1.50. Both of the wing sauces were tasty. I can't say I preferred one over the other. The hot sauce had a good kick to it but wasn't spicy in my opinion! The bbq was a typical bbq wing sauce similar to honey bbq from Buffalo Wild Wings. There was an option to get the wings cooked well done and I would definitely choose to do that next time. They were cooked for sure, I just prefer a little more crunch. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. My first experience with Wingstop was a bust. Placed a online order for my meal deal to be ready at 3 PM. Arrived right at three and waited about five minutes for someone to come up to the register so I could get my food. They kind of just brushed me off and act as though they didn't have my order so I sat and waited for 30 minutes while they're assisted other customers. When I return to the register, they were still acting confused about my order, and the manager made me write it down for them to make it. Come to find out, my order had been sitting there, ready the entire time after an employee had looked at it twice. The bag had my name on it and everything. Tonight was the first time I tried this place. Placed an on line order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I got there. When I got home I found that I was given loaded fries of some sort and not my wings. The other part of my order was correct. I called the store and they said I could come back for the correct item or they would put me in their book and I could get my order next time I visit free of charge. Ok. That sounds good. I recently visited Wingstop (28th street in Wyoming) late on a Sunday afternoon. It is basically a take out spot with a few small tables available to eat inside. After reading the descriptive menu, I ordered the bone-in six wings meal with french fries to take home. The wings were nearly inedible! They were tough and very dry as if freezer burn had ruined them before they were fried. I tried to finish one wing and sampled a second, but ended up throwing them all away. The fries had been sprinkled with some spices that also contained sugar. They were yuk! A couple of hours after this meal disaster, I suffered a very upset stomach. Awful food. There has always been either a missing item or something is wrong. Have always called back respectfully and have had to go back out myself after paying for delivery to fix the issue. Annoyed as shit to be honest, as my 32 oz soda was filled 3 inches from the top, Ice completely melted which leads me to believe it was filled and sat there vs filling the cup when the food was ready.
