Waited on the phone 20 minutes before they answered to take my order. Upon arrival to pick up the food noticed customers walking in without masks and the staff said nothing to them. Garlic wings were dry and tasted like they had sat out under a warmer. BBQ boneless were good. Fries okay except they were soggy. Chicken fingers were good. Probably won't be back. I just stopped in here on my way home from work. First time customer. A few people told me they have good wings. I moved here from Buffalo in 2000, and have heard this many times about one place or another. I smile and say, "Really? I'll try it out sometime" just to be polite because thus far, Northeast Ohio wings have never lived up to my Buffalo, NY expectations. Some places bread them. Um...NO! That is wrong. Some places offer only ranch dressing and no blue cheese. Wrong! Some places undercook them & you're left with slimy, gummy wings. Some places are so skimpy with the sauce that they're dry as a bone left out in the Mojave Desert and picked over by vultures. When I go home and hit the Anchor Bar (where wings were invented), I always order medium hot. Here in the Cleveland area, I've learned that I need to order hot to get a Buffalo medium. This changed today. I brought this box of ten classic, bone-in wings with original hot sauce (done extra well) home and they were...PERFECT. Crispy, right amount of heat, nice sized, AND a lovely pool of extra hot sauce in the bottom of the box. I got a spoon and ate it like it was soup. Yummy, spicy soup. And the prices are not outrageous. I'll definitely be back. I'm getting giddy just thinking how many six hour (round trip) drives I no longer have to make to go to Buffalo when I get a hankering for wings. read more

When I got my order I didn't check the bag till I got home. I live 15 minutes away. I got a 10 piece wing combo and they gave me 7 drums and 3 flats, you would think they would give you 5 and 5. they blamed it on the bag. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and when I got them there was absolutely no seasoning on them and they were cold. Nate the GM said that he could replace the fries for me, but they shouldn't need to be replaced in the first place. Rachel the lady who works there was very rude and unprofessional. Nate was very understanding why I was upset with my order. I usually go to mentor on the lake but that's an extra 15 minutes, next time I know to take the trip. Horrible service, and horrible food. Was in here earlier! I waited for my order and while waiting I saw one of the workers (I'm assuming friend come in) and they came up to the register ,blowing smoke and giving the person by pick up a vape?? When I finally got my order, I left and went to the car. My mom realized there was grease leaking out of the bag! It ended up on the seat, console and her blanket. I went back in and they just gave me a bag to put it in. Went back to the car and it was STILL leaking. Mom went in angry and they gave her the container to re-pack the food herself. Made an online order, it was ready on time and seems to be correct my concern is one of the employees was doing a lot of coughing and sneezing around the food with no mask on. While she would cough/sneeze into her arm I did not see her excuse herself from the floor to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. It was the reason the couple in front of me walked out. My food was packaged and ready when I arrived so I did not complain but it made me cautious. Please ensure staff is washing their hands and not around food if they are sick or seem to be sick (could have been allergies). read more

Foods always hot and fresh, fries are great, and they give great portions. The thought of any other wing restaurant hasn't even crossed my mind since they came to town.
