We recently ordered an online order on 8/24/19 at 5:21pm. We went to pick up our order and check out at 5:58 per our receipt. Aaliyah took our payment and continued to walk towards the back and came back to the from when another customer came in. My sister and I sat in the front waiting while my husband and 1 year old were waiting for us in the car. We sat for about 20 minutes while about 5 or 6 other customers who came in after us were given their order and left. I finally got tired of waiting and asked about our order. The food order that was sitting at the counter the WHOLE time since we've walked in. The whole point of preordering was for the food to be finished by the time we got there and to be picked up and leave. Not to have cold food that's been sitting there for who knows how long. When I asked about my food the gentleman said it was due to the fact that "no one wrote paid on the ticket". Honestly unacceptable and could have been avoided with better communication. I love the wings from this place, especially the Garlic Parmesan. Their fries taste good, but soggy. Their cups aren't very durable-you'll have your drinks on the floor in just minutes. Mr. Marcus the so called "Owner" upset me so much that I had to write this. First off we ordered for the super bowl the day before and got a 5pm pickup time for Sunday. This place was so un-organized that everyone in the place was upset and asking for refunds because their orders wasn't even being made when they had times to be there to pick up. That being said I called Mr. Marcus today and asked him very politely what could he do to ease the situation being I was there for 2 hours waiting? He offered me a apology and nothing else! I asked him for a coupon and he said he didn't give those out.. I also asked him what could he do and his answer was nothing. I love chicken wings but I didn't care for these ones. It makes me sad that lunch there was an uneventful tastebud delight. Chick fil la southwest salad is so good that I crave it. These wings don't make me want to eat another one for a good while. I would recommend staying away from the potato salad. The potato flavor was decent the but the texture either tasted under cooked or rubbery neither a desirable combination. Get fries instead if you are going to buy a meal. Food is middle of the road tastes like fast food wings. The part that is really frustrating is the games they play to cut costs. I asked for a cup with a lid for tap water for my two year old daughter and they tried to charge me for it. When I asked, clearly surprised, you're charging me for water?! She said if you don't want to pay for it we can give you this and presented me with a two ounce paper cone cup like you would get from a water jug at the doctors office. What an unbelievably poorly run store. I do deliveries in the area and they are so unbelievably slow. 15-20 minutes beyond the "pick up by" time (for 6 wings). And much longer waits in the past. I normally auto decline ALL orders from this place but they snuck one in on a double pick up/delivery. Never again. Once I saw that I figured I'd give them another shot and after all, it was only 6 wings and fries. Was told many times "we just have to bag it"....but 15 min later still don't have the food. We drivers don't get overtime so those of you who order from here for DoorDash, Uber eats etc, understand your driver is losing money because they will be waiting WAY longer than they should for YOUR food. Tip more. How much is your time worth? Think about it. And I had another customers food in my car, so they had to wait. People, stop using this place. I'd just like to say Wing Stop as a Company seems to be doing better through time however local shops should definitely be visited by the corporate manager. Considering it was my Birthday month I decided to go to this local wing stop since I received an email for Birthday Fries. I then approached the door and saw that there was four or five people there and one person was walking out. Before I opened the door I see a white employee ready at the cashier post seeming as I'm intruding and overall doesn't seem like I should be given services. So with masks on and all I respectfully ask him to repeat some things he was saying so I understood being as the volume in the shop was higher than what it should really be. I'm looking at the menu to see what I was and I peeped in the corner of my eye this white cashier (he stated he was new) pacing, rolling his eyes overall appeared to be annoyed I was there. Even when asked a question he rudely responded to me. I decided to still place an order in spite of this attitude I was receiving when I probably should've left. However, after I placed the order I brought up a birthday coupon and he got a manager in which the manager rudely and aggressively and carelessly disregarded my question. So I looked around me and realized that I was the only black man in the store with these white employees being rude to me for no reason. I told them to cancel my order and I left because they have just disrespected me to a point I was not about to complete my order or return back to this store. This store overall by only getting as far as placing an order was the most terrible experience I've had with wing stop. Literally the worst Wingstop. We have given them so many chances and they just continue to disappoint. Numerous times we've ordered via the app and then when we got there at our time we've had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. The last couple times the wings haven't been cooked properly-once they were raw and the other I ordered only flats and got 2 flats and the rest drums. Employees were standing around messing around and being inappropriate. We called to speak to a manager about the problems we had the last couple times we ordered. She told my husband she was busy and needed to call him back and then never did. Tonight I tried for over an hour to place and order. The app wasn't working so I kept calling. Each time I called I was asked if I could be placed on a brief hold. after 10 minutes I hung up and called again and then the same exact thing happened. 3 total times and now it's conveniently too close to closing and they won't take any orders. This is the only Wingstop near us but I'm about to go way out of our way and take our business to the Lutz location. read more
