Wings & Alabama Football On Saturday November 8, 2025, I wanted wings while I watch college football. I was very reluctant to order from a Wingstop Restaurant because of poor product quality that I've received from other Wingstop locations, but I'm glad I ordered from this location. I arrived at the restaurant around 6:00 PM. They were very busy with approximately 8 other customers waiting in the lobby and a reader board full of online and instore orders waiting to be filled. Despite being busy, the employees were polite, hustling, and moving with intensity to take care of the customers. The waiting time for my order to be completed was about 20 minutes. Not bad considering how busy this location was. I ordered a 10-piece classic bone in wings (5-piece Hot Honey Dry Rub and 5-piece Louisiana Rub) for $13.99 and added the 2-piece Hot Honey Dry Rub Crispy Tenders for $2.99. Both the wings and tenders exceeded my expectations. They were hot, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of dry rub sauce, packaged, and served in the iconic brown bag. The combination of sweet and spicy hot honey dry rub complemented the perfectly cooked wings and succulent tenders. The Louisiana dry rub was also very good and had great flavor. This would have been a 5 Star review, but the wings, although, the best wings I've eaten in a long time were on the small side. Job well done to this team. Big Changes at This Wingstop--In the Best Way! IYKYK....this used to be the worst Wingstop to order from, but let me tell you, they've completely turned things around! The difference is night and day. The staff now greets customers as soon as they walk in, the lobby is noticeably cleaner, and even the kitchen area looks well-maintained. I actually stopped coming here about a year or two ago because of slow service and poor customer care, but after my experience last Friday, I decided to give it another shot. My husband mentioned it's under new management, so we ordered again tonight just to see if last Friday night was a fluke. It wasn't. The service was just as good, and even though our order wasn't quite ready, we only waited three minutes--and they even offered us drinks for the delay. That never happened before! I will SAY that I haven't had Wingstop in over 10 years (at least) -- and today I thought "let's give them another try" and to my blessing they have this new flavor Honey Hot and it was amazing. My family and I ordered the Hot Honey Rub and lemon pepper (fried well) -- now full disclosure, I asked for the Hot Honey WET, but they gave me the rub anyways and I was very happy about it LOL. This is a rare time a wrong order made me happy. The chicken was cooked so nicely. The crunch was amazing. The flavor was great with a kick to it. I got an 8 piece and was so sad when I couldn't reach for another chicken. Now I will say, their fries aren't my favorite, but those wings made it all ok. Why am I even writing a review for this place I mean, if you've never had Wing Stop you are missing out! Wing stop has a ton of great flavor, two of my favorites are Lemon and Mango Habanero, the best part is that you can get do multiple flavors! They have bone in and you can get nuggets (no bone) you can even get all drums or all flats. It's really great that you have so many options. The fries are really really good, if you like meaty (mostly potato) and seasoned perfectly. Ask for extra dipping sauce for the fries you won't regret it and most of them have the cool fountain drink machines that let you do tons of mixes like cherry, lemon, Vanilla Coke. Sincerely only giving 3 stars because when this location is good, it's REALLY good. Though this location is probably the least organized one I have ever been to. They've gotten better with this, but they used to regularly forget dipping sauces in your bag so you always have to check. The unsweet tea has been filled with sweet tea for months at this point, and I have mentioned it to a worker before just to let them know -- never got fixed. A handful of times we are either missing items or they are the wrong item. Received a small boneless wings instead of a traditional boneless. I'm not sure whether my issue is with Wingstop or Doordash - although it's probably a bit of both. We placed a seemingly simple delivery order for 15 Mango Habanero wings with extra blue cheese, but what we received instead were two baskets of fries and two orders of corn on the cob. The bag handed to us was sealed at the time of delivery and had the correct name on it, but by the time we opened it up the driver was long gone and it was too late. When calling the Wingstop to find out what happened we were told that someone else with the same name in our same development had also placed a delivery order and the driver got them crossed up. At that point I was told that my options were to either request a refund or take a store credit, but they couldn't send a driver out with my actual order because they outsource that to Doordash. I imagine what was left unsaid is that they didn't want to have to pay or try to stick me with paying the driver a second time to fix the original mistake. Ultimately we ended up throwing out the order we never asked for, a frozen pizza went in the oven, and we've resolved to never place a delivery order with this Wingstop again.
