Interactions: The lady was very friendly and even gave some suggestions for my next visit, which is always a plus as I know they are busy as is and for them to provide that extra service is always nice. Food: I may be biased here, but I absolutely love Wingstop's food, It just always seems to hit the spot, and I rarely have bad food interactions when I order. They delete our order off their system and their screens without completing it and when we got there they did not have our order made or on their screens at all. we preordered with 30 minutes in advance so it could be ready to pick up. They made us wait an additional 15 minutes because they forgot to make it. Then we went to check if the order was ready and it was still not made. Then they proceeded to just hand us a random bag without a receipt and told us it was our order. The girl kept asking around and no one knew what was going on with their order and no one was clearly communicating properly. Everyone just kept saying they don't know what's happening. We took it back expecting our order to be made correctly after they messed up already and they made us wait, and the girl working the counter supposedly checked and told us she checked and it was our order. We got home and got entirely the wrong order and absolutely nothing we ordered was in the bag. The girl working front desk definitely needs to do better because she clearly didn't know what she was doing. And there needs to be better communication between the team. Worst Wingstop experience I've ever had -- Valencia location, 8/10 would not recommend. We ordered at 3:30 and were told 25 minutes. At 35 minutes in, I went to check and was told they were backed up and it would be another 20 minutes. We didn't get our food until 4:20 -- nearly an hour after ordering. When we finally got the food, the Parmesan wings were inedible. They were completely caked in dry Parmesan powder -- no sauce, no flavor, no moisture. My dad took one bite and said he couldn't eat them. I brought them to the counter for a refund, and the employee looked at them, shook the wings around like that would somehow fix them, then tossed them in the trash before the manager even came over. He was rude, cut me off, and didn't let me explain what happened. The manager, Josiah, eventually came over. He barely introduced himself and immediately said, "Oh, I know what happened. I'm sorry, we're backed up." I work in food service, so I get that sometimes things happen -- but if you know you're backed up, the manager should be proactive and speak to customers, not wait until they come up upset. He also clearly only heard his employee's side of the story and never gave me the chance to fully explain. Yes, he gave me a refund (since we didn't eat the food) and wrote on the receipt that we could come back for a 10-piece meal -- but why would I want to return after such a bad experience? I have nothing bad to say about the food here. It's very tasty. I love wingstop. Unfortunately, my last experience here at the Valencia location will cause me to never go there again. We went on a Sunday, the dining area was empty and our family was the only individuals dining in there. When we left, my daughter left behind her black, Jimmy Choo purse, with cash inside of it. We werent even gone 2 minutes when I realized it and immediately called the store. We made a u turn and went back. When we entered the restaurant the employee said no one else had been in the dining area. We asked if they could check the cameras because it was very odd that the purse just disappeared. We know we left it on the table. We called and talked to 2 different managers. One of the individuals we spoke to was Josiah, who said he was gonna have his district manager check the camera. Both times they said they would give me a call back promptly. I never got a call back. A week later. I called to check-in again. I explained the situation to the female employee and she hung up on me. This is just very unfortunate.It would appear that an employee here is dishonest and management is covering it up as they reviewed the footage and can see an employee stealing the purse. You'd think showing up a half hour after your time window would be good enough since that's normally how long have you to wait inside which defeats the purpose of a mobile order, however on this occasion I was picking up a family member's order too which was ready 20min before mine (same time window for pickup was chosen) and their wings were soggy since I had to wait over a half hour for mine. I wouldn't like to place blame on the crew who seemed to be working hard but this location can't meet its demand and management should work to improve that. I've lived her for years and have only visited twice in the last month or two. I like the wings. They have enough crisp and sauce that pleases me. Not too much of either. I prefer bone-in, and one of the things I most detest is too soft meat. The wings, in my experience here, have been cooked through quite well, but without the overextended crunch that generally follows with that dried out feeling that no amount of sauce can cover. My go-to items are the Parmesean, naked, mild and lemon pepper. I am also a fan of the fries, though they can sometimes be limp and undercooked. Other than that, good stuff here. Plus, there are a few television sets that are generally tuned to sports -- for all you athletic-oriented types. We have been to several Wingstop restaurants over the years - first time to this location. We were there right is opened for lunch and it was not busy. We like boneless and bone-in - I like boneless with sauce on the side, my wife likes the bone-in sauced. We had the Hawaiian sauce and loved it. Those fries are always fantastic - that combination of salt and sugar is great. There were many take out orders while we were waiting for ours to finish. We finally received our orders - tasted great (some were a little overdone). Still some of the best wings around !
