Random stop of the night, neither me or bae had a craving for anything specific. The place was not crowded but enough patrons to make it noticeable that it was open (didn't know they closed at midnight). I ordered Garlic Parmesan boneless wings as a part of their current Mon/Tues special at 70cents per wing and a large order of cheese fries. Bae started digging at my fries so the pic didn't make it LOL Even though it was slightly oily, the wings were good and I can taste the flavors on it well. Fries weren't burnt, but a little salty. Nothing amazing, but it did taste better with cheese on it. Bae got bone in GP wings and regular fries which his opinion was the same as mine - a bit oily the closer he got to the bottom of the tray. Table wasn't clean when we sat but by the looks of it, there were only 2-3 people working. Staffing affects all things. After all orders were placed, one person came out and started wiping the tables down. If they had the staff to do this, I'm sure it would have been done prior. DONT COME HERE! The supervisor blamed me for the quality of the chicken and the amount of seasoning that was not on the wing and they overcook the chicken so bad that you can see the bottom of the bone where it starts to really dried out when you overcooked the chicken. I went in around noon to get my husband and I lunch because he was gonna have it at 4 o'clock. My chicken was great. Had a bunch of sauce on it. It was very well seasoned. My husband had no seasoning on the chicken and there was no sauce on the chicken. This supervisor was terrible. He had zero communication skills and zero customer service skills. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I don't know how he got this position. Didn't even give me his name. It is 5:00 PM today. May 13, 2025 whoever is working there today! I don't know how this person is in Management. I will never be back at this location to spend my hard-working money with such a hard pandemic right now. All we wanted was the chicken to be replaced. OK to start... Flavor! Lots of Flavor! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with Hot honey rub, honey mustard for the dipping sauce, and the Louisiana Voodoo fries. The Fries... easy 8 out of 10. Flavor was impossible to stop eating, the Texture was the issue, the fries were soggy at the time I got them due to the AMAZING Cheese Sauce that was on them. Now I understand this and am not too critical for this, but I feel that the Sauce Should be left on the side and keep the fries crispy. the Sandwich.... bun was ok, soft enough, the Chicken patty was REALLY small. Flavor was there though, kept my mouth tingling with that hot honey rub, though with no sauce initially, it was Dry. I did add the Honey mustard to it which solved that issue, and found that the flavor was complimented with it as well. The Issue was the size (thickness) it was really thin, and the breading was more than the meat. I also found at some areas, Just breading and Large amounts of Oil, I give the sandwich a 4/10, Flavor was easy a 6-7. Overall, the Fries will send me back, but I feel the Sandwich is an afterthought and would not bring me back, them fries though.... I give this a 3/5 overall which is on Par with the current rating... cut the chicken thicker and give a little more for the money on that Sandwich, maybe add a Hot honey sauce and this could have EASILY been a 4 or a 5/5. read more

I've been to this location and seen enough to say 2 stars is creditable during COVID19 and going forward. Gloves being worn while cleaning work areas and not removed while handling the food. Items missing from my orders consistently. Customer service lacks all the time. Each time I kindly bring issues to attention it's a new manager or manager who does not care about my legitimate opinion (6 attempts to make a situation rite or something that needs attention but was not fixed, I am still waiting on refunds for 3 previous orders, I do order large family and company orders but clearly done online for correctness!). The food I get is good but lacks in proper preparation. Wings are overcooked but seasoned well and fries can be said the same, mushy but seasoned well. Staff goofs off a lot and that's fine being professional but there missing the professional part and it shows when items are missing in my orders. Calling this location is a standard 10 minute hold and then the kindness just isn't there. Walk-ins are met with kindness but from plain site I can see counters not being cleaned and staff not doing proper repetitive orders, dishes, quality checks, and area checks! My husband left since we are about 15-20 minutes away to pick up the food and still had to wait another 20 minutes for them to get it put together.
