Our flight landed late at night and there weren't a lot of options, so I wasn't too optimistic despite the high reviews. I stand to be corrected. Do not treat this like gas station food. Although, they don't have water (you gotta buy soda or water from the convenience store connected), so it doesn't feel quite like a full restaurant either. Anyways, it was late at night, but the employees were busy prepping togo/takeout orders. Despite that, they took time to go over the menu with us, and made recommendations based on our personal preference. They also gave us ideas on how we can customize our order. They made everything fresh, so we had some time to walk around the convenience store. After walking around, we decided to wait at the table. The staff saw us and they kindly brought the food over to the table. I don't know if they normally do that, but they're definitely one of the best fast-food service I've had. As for my burger, I didn't want something heavy so I went for a basic burger. The burger was...basic, but good. I stole a bite of my husband's spicy burger and that was amazing. I wished I didn't try his before having my own because I am a bit biased because of that. My husband also went back for round 2 of ordering...with the loaded fries....it was indeed very loaded, and to be honest, way too salty for me. However, it was customized based on my husband's request so it combined multiple seasoning.

Most locations have a fast casual setup. I was impressed by the number of flavors and sides available. It can be hard to narrow down, so my friend and I went for a few different sauces: Classic Buffalo, Honey Chipotle, Garlic Parmesan, and Berry BBQ (seasonal.) Wait time for the food is about 20 minutes, which I think is reasonable. I've tried a ton of wings spots over time, so I'm pretty critical when it comes to ranking them. These were good, but not extraordinary. They were cooked well. The skin was crispy without drying out the meat inside. I enjoyed all of the sauces. I was definitely skeptical of the Berry BBQ; I'm glad I tried it but probably wouldn't reorder. Overall, this spot is good. I'd rank the wings higher than other chain restaurants but wouldn't seek it out above other restaurants in the Detroit area.

The chipotle chicken wrap was quite tasty, think it would have been for me without the breading on the chicken for me though. The red Reuben with turkey looked simple, but the red cabbage is slightly sweet and spicy. It's good. The bread didn't hold up on the 7 minute trip back to the office and was unfortunately soggy on the bottom side. Still tasted good. I would have liked a side of the special sauce to add to each bite. I said pick up and she said pull forward. This is where I don't know if a drive through is a good idea here. I waited and waited and waited. About 20 minutes and now my order was, according to the app ready. I departed the queue and parked to walk inside. Staff was rushing around, mostly white and relatively friendly I was told my order was almost ready. I asked about the long drive through line how it works when someone's online order is ready and they're stuck behind others? She said we have them park on the side and wait. Well this didn't happen today. I eventually got my food and left. Food was good, although they never put enough sauce and sloppy staff performance because of course, I was shorted 6 wings from my bag. I was pleasantly surprised when my order didn't include any takeout fees as the full service locations tack this on to takeout orders which is absolute bs.
