I gave it a one star because I can't give it a zero. Sticker on the front of my bag says my name but the food inside says another name. No one wears hairnets or gloves. As a D Dasher, I don't eat here so I couldn't comment on the food, but I do pick up food for my Customers. When you go in there, they don't know if I'm a Dasher or a customer and they don't greet you or wait on you. You have to stand there and wait until it starts getting uncomfortable. Unfortunately I can not recommend frequenting this location. The food was good however, it took them way to long to not only take my order but also get my order out to me. Me and my friend decided to get some wings and fries we arrived to place our order and to be fair it was pretty busy and they only had two people working at the time. So we waited for about 15 minutes and they took my friend's order. However, when I stepped up to place my order the gentleman who took her order walked away. So I waited, and before long two more workers arrived to start there shift and then a third right after them. So I said awesome maybe one of them would be able to take my order but they just went to work in the back with everyone else. At this point my friend has received her food and I continued waiting for 20 more minutes before some one realized that I was there and actually heard me request service. Normally I would have walked out after waiting for 45 minutes however, my friend bought and paid for her food at this point and I was not gonna have her eat alone. So I finally got my order in and it took them almost 35 minutes to get my food out even though they got food out to two people who just placed an order after me. So needless to say I was fairly frustrated and just took my order and left. I doubt I will be back I have heard good things about some of there competitors that has peeked my interest. Overall the food was good but the service was not which is why I give them 2 out of 5 stars. read more

The wings were great but they didn't walk them it to the car, so I waited in the restaurant to pick up with about 12 other people and tried to socially distance while inside. Then it's another 7-10 days to get a refund!!! Never again *Update - only took 1 business day for refund. I went here about a month ago when I was visiting a friend for his wedding. I made a personal note in my iPhone to write a review, and I'm just getting around to it now. I heard great things about Wingstop, and figured I would give you guys a try. I ordered food from a lady by the name of Justice, and she gave me a really nasty attitude. The food has clearly been sitting for a few hours, and the dips I received had traces of some other food in it, it was pretty disgusting. When I drove back to the location I was greeted (rudely) by Justice, and she accused me of putting the nasty stuff in my dip, and claimed that they have the freshest wings. I will speak to the higher ups in this company and get this straightened out, because this kind of customer service is simply appalling. I hope Wingstop removes this worker, because she clearly doesn't have any passion in the food service industry. There are many people out there who would be thrilled to have that job, who would treat customers with respect. Every single time I order from here the customer service is terrible. The first time I ordered the wait was over a half hour for a carry out while I waited in the lobby. Today, I ordered online and accidentally hit carry out instead of delivery. I promptly called them immediately after hitting send to see if I could change it to delivery; being that delivery was free I figured they would be able to. When I spoke with Mike he said there was absolutely nothing they could do once the order was placed and didn't care to attempt to resolve the issue. I instead cancelled my order altogether for the lack of customer service and he seemed pleasant to help me with my questions concerning that process. I LOVE the cajun corn on the cob bites. I cant get enough. Fries are great. The seem fresh cut. If their not, you fooled me. You can get different seasoning and sauce flavors on them. I've only had the boneless wings but they are meaty and tasty. The drink machine is one where you have TONS of choices. Decent service.kind of a wait but also it's made to order. Over all. I do not recommend ordering delivery chances are you won't get your food. And getting a refund is difficult. I order food on 1-28-23 YES January 28th. it is now 30 days later and i am still waiting on my refund. I placed my order on wingstops ap. they hire doordash to deliver our food. my order was confirmed. i received the email and text. about 5 mins before my food should have been delivered that my order was cancelled or modified. I called the Taylor mich location and spoke with the Manager Jazmine. She told me doordash picked up my order more then 40mins ago and there was nothing she could do. at first a refund wasnt even offered nor did she offer to replace my order. she then sent an email to cancel my order. I called back up to the store and Jazmine told me she had to do that to offer a refund and that it would take 7-10days. 13 days later i called back because i still dont have my money. i asked for the manager again and this is when i was told that Jazmine no longer works there and that they dont see any refunds pending. i gave my info over to the step in manager from the Lincoln park location he said he needed to look into it and talk to the GM. he called me back and said my money would be returned by end of week. which would have been feb 17th. it is now feb 27th and i still have no received my money. you can take it out of my account in 3 days but it takes over 30 to return? this needs to be fixed. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I just watched a employee from my car theough the glass window TODAY 11/17/2020 AT 6:30 PM dig in her mouth twice and perceed to walk behind the counter and make customers food. I jump out of my car left it running and my cellphone out of anger. I then asked before she continued to make order for someone to make her was her hands. All three employees looked at me like I was crazy. I asked for a refund and for a complaint number which I did not get. Thank God for google. Not only were employees not wear mask but to not practice proper hand hygiene when away from the work area or just even after doing something as Nasty as digging in your mouth is disgusting and unprofessional. So, up until today this was my favorite Wingstop! Upon my arrival I was told they were only accepting online orders. Okay! The lady that was taking orders was obviously having a bad moment, day or maybe even life. Our whole visit she did nothing but show discontent about what it is she was at the wingstop for. HER JOB!!! So while I sat patiently maneuvering through the ordering process, I sent my order and it immediately chimes into the system and onto the printer. This lady was furious that another order came in. Now y'all know me. It takes a lot to make me give anything less than 3 stars. But this visit was one. The spicy korean q sauce for the wings was very delicious. We ordered to-go in the store. It honestly took a long time for our order to come out. Especially because the store wasn't busy. The price is good for the amount of food you get. We ended up eating in the store. The front counter people were friendly. I had to make an account for this, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I'm usually not the type to leave reviews for food places, but I needed to leave a warning. I had gotten off work at 8 PM on a Sunday evening, and was heading to pick up some dinner. So I place an online order, show up at 8:25 PM, and to my surprise, the food is ready early for me to grab it. Nothing but good so far, right? So I head home and eat it around 8:45 PM, and it tasted great. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. 9:30 PM strikes, and all hell breaks loose. Over the next week(7 days!), cue the most vile, soul-draining case of food poisoning I have ever had. I'm talking hunched over the toilet for 5 hours, unable to sleep through a single night uninterrupted due to cramps and diarrhea, and stomach pain I wouldn't wish on the most evil person in the world. I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked, spoiled, or something else entirely. I will not be returning to this location, and potentially not this company either. Absolutely my worst experience. Called in order and was told 25-30 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes. They took my name and said it would be ten minutes and that I had to go wait in my car. After ten minutes I go back in and they said a few more minutes. I stand outside the building looking in, waiting for my order. Another half hour goes by before somebody waves me in with my order. No apology, no nothing. If it is going to take an hour or more, why dont they tell me when I call in the order? They saw me waiting in the cold and said nothing. Rude morons! read more

So my experience was perfect in the end. But I ordered in advance, hours in advance mind you, and DoorDash took my order and delivered the wrong food. Upon calling him, he told me to call the merchant, to which I did and they explained the mix up and gave me instructions to relay to the DoorDash driver to come get the food and then swap it at the store. Well he went straight to the store, and proceeded to call me a liar (wingstop called me back to inform me) and then he picked a fight with them in the lobby as I was describing what I explained to him and how I gave him my address. So I waited on hold as they handled the argument, then they explained how the guy refused to come back and I told them I would just drop by and get it myself and they remade my order fresh. I ordered through Doordash and when it arrived we didn't have the fries we ordered. No big deal, I gave them a call and Justice (a woman) told me that they've had issues with Doordash. Now, they're literally two miles from my home so I asked her if she's saying she ate all of our fries and then got rid of the evidence and she told me to file a complaint with Doordash. I highly doubt the 50+ year old woman ate all of our fries on her two mile journey and then just got rid of the evidence. This is my first one star review. I was so excited about ordering from Wing Stop regardless of the yelp reviews as I have heard via word of mouth how great they were. Unfortunately, the online reviews were more accurate than word of mouth. I ordered 15 wings, 8 Lemon Pepper and 7 Original Hot, (well done) along with a Large Bleu Cheese (which I was charged for). I received 15 Original Hot (not well done) and no bleu cheese. I ordered them to be delivered ASAP as the website stated 87-97 mins for delivery. However, as soon as the payment went through the delivery time changed to 20-30 minutes. Normally that would be a good thing but I wanted them delivered around a specific time for a specific reason. When I tried to call there was no ringing, just silence(ish) then the phone went dead. There is no way to get a hold of this location and when I tried the other location close to me and explained I couldn't get a hold of the location that made my order they pretty much responded with "oh well". I am SEVERELY disappointed! Pretty much from beginning to end this is the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. read more
