Ordered late and all the food was piping hot! So many great sauces & rubs to choose from. Went with the combo dinner- boneless wings and chicken tenders! Plus the Vodoo fries did not disappoint. Also A+ on the ranch. read more

I gave it a one star because I can't give it a zero. Sticker on the front of my bag says my name but the food inside says another name. No one wears hairnets or gloves. I couldn't point out which employee was a manager, or even seemed like they'd been working there more than a day, I've never seen such a disorganized place before. Will be taking the time to drive to a different location from now on. I recommend you don't eat here, but if you do, you'll get a mystery bag! read more

I just went and picked up my food when it was expected to be ready and my fries are freezing cold. ruined the whole meal

OMG! Today, Wing Stop made my DAY!!! My chicken was cooked to PERFECTION!!! Customer Service 100% To each employee who worked the am shift May 18th need a raise, especially the pregnant mother read more

Takes the cake as far as the Laziest employees. The bigger lady is rude, slow and NOT A PEOPLE PERSON! Not attentive as a customer service rep for the restaurant. As a D Dasher, I don't eat here so I couldn't comment on the food, but I do pick up food for my Customers. When you go in there, they don't know if I'm a Dasher or a customer and they don't greet you or wait on you. You have to stand there and wait until it starts getting uncomfortable. I'm in here all the time and the service is the same every time a few particular employees are working in the PM. read more

I should of looked here before I decided to spend $50 plus on this garbage. Horrible. If I could leave less then 1 star I would. Food was cold, not even Luke warm. The boneless wings were soggy and all their breading fell off when trying to eat them. Fries were soggy and no flavor. Unfriendly employees whose it seem like I was bothering them when I asked if the to go order that was sitting on the counter was mine. Only good thing from $50 of food was the ranch. Spend your money elsewhere. I bet frozen wings from Walmart would have been better. read more

I ordered from here thinking the wings would be good based off I've had them before just not from this location NEVER again! I ordered 8 Lemon Pepper, 7 Garlic Parmigan, and 5 Hawaiian!! I didn't even eat 2 my coworkers whom I bought them for to show my appreciation for them barely ate and was nice to say they enjoyed but how could they...... the wings were drenched in oil and you couldn't even taste what flavor they were supposed to be! The fries weren't even good, I mean how do u mess up fries!! They DID!!! I'm totally disappointed and hate I spent money on this nonsense!! I'll also be contacting them to let them know how disappointed I am!!! I contact them and because I ordered through Door Dash they tell me to contact them but why???? They didn't make the food, you Wing Stop did!! This is ridiculous!! I'm so pushed off right now and can't find a way to contact Door Dash !! I guess it's just $50 down the drain!! read more

I love wingstop because of the juicey tender taste and flavor and the lemon pepper and original hot and the ranch and red Fanta and the fries ! the service there is amazing too! read more

Unfortunately I can not recommend frequenting this location. The food was good however, it took them way to long to not only take my order but also get my order out to me. Me and my friend decided to get some wings and fries we arrived to place our order and to be fair it was pretty busy and they only had two people working at the time. So we waited for about 15 minutes and they took my friend's order. However, when I stepped up to place my order the gentleman who took her order walked away. So I waited, and before long two more workers arrived to start there shift and then a third right after them. So I said awesome maybe one of them would be able to take my order but they just went to work in the back with everyone else. At this point my friend has received her food and I continued waiting for 20 more minutes before some one realized that I was there and actually heard me request service. Normally I would have walked out after waiting for 45 minutes however, my friend bought and paid for her food at this point and I was not gonna have her eat alone. So I finally got my order in and it took them almost 35 minutes to get my food out even though they got food out to two people who just placed an order after me. So needless to say I was fairly frustrated and just took my order and left. I doubt I will be back I have heard good things about some of there competitors that has peeked my interest. Overall the food was good but the service was not which is why I give them 2 out of 5 stars. read more

literally dont answer the phone ive been waiting for someone to answer for 15 mins this is ridiculous

Tried calling in an order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Tried to call them back three times and they just would keep picking up and hanging up. The staff is garbage. read more

The wings were great but they didn't walk them it to the car, so I waited in the restaurant to pick up with about 12 other people and tried to socially distance while inside. There orders all seemed to be running late. I would in the future plan to arrive about 10m after the order pick up time. read more

Super expensive and not very helpful when THEY don't pack the order properly for door dash to deliver for them. Expects the customer to drive to store to pick up food when delivery was chosen. Then it's another 7-10 days to get a refund!!! Never again *Update - only took 1 business day for refund. Also, I only expected a refund for the food that wasn't delivered, but I received a full refund. That was greatly appreciated. read more

Love the food service is horrible the fat manager is EXTREMELY rude and accused me and my boyfriend of stealing when I asked for ranch they forgot the previous order when I ordered online read more

I went here about a month ago when I was visiting a friend for his wedding. I made a personal note in my iPhone to write a review, and I'm just getting around to it now. I heard great things about Wingstop, and figured I would give you guys a try. I ordered food from a lady by the name of Justice, and she gave me a really nasty attitude. The food has clearly been sitting for a few hours, and the dips I received had traces of some other food in it, it was pretty disgusting. When I drove back to the location I was greeted (rudely) by Justice, and she accused me of putting the nasty stuff in my dip, and claimed that they have the freshest wings. I will speak to the higher ups in this company and get this straightened out, because this kind of customer service is simply appalling. I hope Wingstop removes this worker, because she clearly doesn't have any passion in the food service industry. There are many people out there who would be thrilled to have that job, who would treat customers with respect. I will make sure to tell everyone about this individual, and to steer clear of this location. read more

terrible customer service they NEVER answer the phone will pick up say hold and never come back to the phone happen every time I calm been staying in the area going in a year now and have yet to be able to place a order I've the phone then when u go inside everybody standing around letting the phone ring read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! They never answer the phones I called off 3 different phone and they put all of them on hold for over 20 mins!! And when she finally answered she had a attitude and hung up only happens during the night shift they need to get better workers that are not rude to customers and have attitude Everytime they answer the phone p.s the lady that works the night shift her excuse was they only had 2 workers so that means to be rude to customers??? and the wings were cold barely had any sauce on them spent $40 for nothing I would give this place 0 starts if I could highly don't recommend spending your money here take it someplace worth spending! read more

It was a long wait for only 4 things but when they finally god done they were very warm and freshly cooked so the wait was a little bit worth it other then that though the food was really good I just got voodoo fries and garlic parm tenders instead of wings the employees are nice and overall it was good so I would go again read more

Every single time I order from here the customer service is terrible. The first time I ordered the wait was over a half hour for a carry out while I waited in the lobby. Today, I ordered online and accidentally hit carry out instead of delivery. I promptly called them immediately after hitting send to see if I could change it to delivery; being that delivery was free I figured they would be able to. When I spoke with Mike he said there was absolutely nothing they could do once the order was placed and didn't care to attempt to resolve the issue. I instead cancelled my order altogether for the lack of customer service and he seemed pleasant to help me with my questions concerning that process. Due to the lack of customer service I get each time I visit this location I will never attempt to order from there again and will instead go a further distance if I'm craving wings. read more

I LOVE the cajun corn on the cob bites. I cant get enough. Fries are great. The seem fresh cut. If their not, you fooled me. You can get different seasoning and sauce flavors on them. I've only had the boneless wings but they are meaty and tasty. The drink machine is one where you have TONS of choices. Decent service.kind of a wait but also it's made to order. Over all. Pretty solid place. Definitely will be back...frequently. read more

Wing stop is always good, I love their fries and chicken( bone in) is great... it's just a bit pricey I think, but worth it in my opinion

I do not recommend ordering delivery chances are you won't get your food. And getting a refund is difficult. I order food on 1-28-23 YES January 28th. it is now 30 days later and i am still waiting on my refund. I placed my order on wingstops ap. they hire doordash to deliver our food. my order was confirmed. i received the email and text. about 5 mins before my food should have been delivered that my order was cancelled or modified. I called the Taylor mich location and spoke with the Manager Jazmine. She told me doordash picked up my order more then 40mins ago and there was nothing she could do. at first a refund wasnt even offered nor did she offer to replace my order. she then sent an email to cancel my order. I called back up to the store and Jazmine told me she had to do that to offer a refund and that it would take 7-10days. 13 days later i called back because i still dont have my money. i asked for the manager again and this is when i was told that Jazmine no longer works there and that they dont see any refunds pending. i gave my info over to the step in manager from the Lincoln park location he said he needed to look into it and talk to the GM. he called me back and said my money would be returned by end of week. which would have been feb 17th. it is now feb 27th and i still have no received my money. you can take it out of my account in 3 days but it takes over 30 to return? this needs to be fixed. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I just watched a employee from my car theough the glass window TODAY 11/17/2020 AT 6:30 PM dig in her mouth twice and perceed to walk behind the counter and make customers food. I jump out of my car left it running and my cellphone out of anger. I then asked before she continued to make order for someone to make her was her hands. All three employees looked at me like I was crazy. I asked for a refund and for a complaint number which I did not get. Thank God for google. Not only were employees not wear mask but to not practice proper hand hygiene when away from the work area or just even after doing something as Nasty as digging in your mouth is disgusting and unprofessional. I will make several complaints because that is beyond exceptable. PLEASE BE AWARE! read more

Never want to go here again. There are young people only working and it shows...one girl does Nothing but eat in the kitchen and take orders. She checks on the order and then never responds. So, up until today this was my favorite Wingstop! Upon my arrival I was told they were only accepting online orders. Okay! The lady that was taking orders was obviously having a bad moment, day or maybe even life. Our whole visit she did nothing but show discontent about what it is she was at the wingstop for. HER JOB!!! So while I sat patiently maneuvering through the ordering process, I sent my order and it immediately chimes into the system and onto the printer. This lady was furious that another order came in. Now y'all know me. It takes a lot to make me give anything less than 3 stars. But this visit was one. I am also a little peeved because the employee that was on break went from eating her lunch to serving food and making beverages without washing her hands. And somebody keeps sneezing back there because the young man ( who actually save the day fir me) kept saying God bless you every-time she would sneeze. I'm not happy but glad that God was brought into the restaurant with the "God bless you's". read more

1 star for the customer service. Was patiently waiting and a group of people came in awhile after us and she addressed everyone but us and when my mom said we were waiting first she screamed at my mom and asked for her name and when my mom told her she yelled it wasn't ready yet without even checking and the bags where behind her the whole time. Then threw the bags at my mom. She acted so rude instead of just apologizing and checking for our order. I will not be going back there was no reason to treat customer like that. This happened on 01/12/21 at 07:45 PM read more

The spicy korean q sauce for the wings was very delicious. We ordered to-go in the store. It honestly took a long time for our order to come out. Especially because the store wasn't busy. The price is good for the amount of food you get. We ended up eating in the store. The front counter people were friendly. Overall, no complaints other than the fact that it took a while for the food to come out I would say it took a little over 20 mins. read more

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I was impressed by the quality of the food the wings were so fresh and the fries were made just right. WILL BE COMING BACK read more

Workers are purposely slow and always rude. Little to no sauce on my strips. Boneless wings were soggy. Forgot my ranch. Forgot to give me a cup for my soda. But the traditional wings, strips, and fries are always delicious. Fries were a little under cooked for my liking and barely any cheese but all in all food is good, will be returning. Just hoping you get some new people who have customer service skills which is why I left two stars. read more

I had to make an account for this, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I'm usually not the type to leave reviews for food places, but I needed to leave a warning. I had gotten off work at 8 PM on a Sunday evening, and was heading to pick up some dinner. So I place an online order, show up at 8:25 PM, and to my surprise, the food is ready early for me to grab it. Nothing but good so far, right? So I head home and eat it around 8:45 PM, and it tasted great. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. 9:30 PM strikes, and all hell breaks loose. Over the next week(7 days!), cue the most vile, soul-draining case of food poisoning I have ever had. I'm talking hunched over the toilet for 5 hours, unable to sleep through a single night uninterrupted due to cramps and diarrhea, and stomach pain I wouldn't wish on the most evil person in the world. I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked, spoiled, or something else entirely. I will not be returning to this location, and potentially not this company either. Steer clear of this location, you're better off going to a different location or just somewhere entirely different. read more

Loved their Chicken wings. And the service was pleasant. Nice to have somewhere else with a lot of flavored sauce for wings.

Absolutely my worst experience. Called in order and was told 25-30 minutes. I arrived after 30 minutes. They took my name and said it would be ten minutes and that I had to go wait in my car. After ten minutes I go back in and they said a few more minutes. I stand outside the building looking in, waiting for my order. Another half hour goes by before somebody waves me in with my order. No apology, no nothing. If it is going to take an hour or more, why dont they tell me when I call in the order? They saw me waiting in the cold and said nothing. Rude morons! read more

So my experience was perfect in the end. But I ordered in advance, hours in advance mind you, and DoorDash took my order and delivered the wrong food. Upon calling him, he told me to call the merchant, to which I did and they explained the mix up and gave me instructions to relay to the DoorDash driver to come get the food and then swap it at the store. Well he went straight to the store, and proceeded to call me a liar (wingstop called me back to inform me) and then he picked a fight with them in the lobby as I was describing what I explained to him and how I gave him my address. So I waited on hold as they handled the argument, then they explained how the guy refused to come back and I told them I would just drop by and get it myself and they remade my order fresh. Wingstop really stuck it to this guy then proceeded to ban such a person from working with them again. Thank you wingstop for going the extra mile! read more

Oh god ... stay away!!!! Ordered extra well done and they were slimy! Told the dumb lady 3 times.. also asked if they had spicy garlic sauce , they're response was yeah.. I asked just to make sure.. "is it a rub or sauce.. she went to ask (I'm guessing the cook) , came back and said sauce" . NOPE! Rub and all their sauces taste the same with absolutely no heat! Go to Buffalo Wild Wings . They get it right every time . If you want disgusting slimy almost raw fat plump wings that have no spice and taste like sweet baby rays BBQ sauce then go to wing stop on telegraph! Also tried calling to bring the wings back and avoid writing this review but no answer 3 times ..... read more

I ordered through Doordash and when it arrived we didn't have the fries we ordered. No big deal, I gave them a call and Justice (a woman) told me that they've had issues with Doordash. Now, they're literally two miles from my home so I asked her if she's saying she ate all of our fries and then got rid of the evidence and she told me to file a complaint with Doordash. I highly doubt the 50+ year old woman ate all of our fries on her two mile journey and then just got rid of the evidence. I'd never go there again, but the one in Madison Heights is actually really nice. read more

I arrived to pick up an order and watched as another delivery driver asked the cashier about an order. She started giving the delivery driver attitude and when the driver left then came back to ask her for her name she got even more rude and saying that she'd talk to the manager first and said her name was Hannah. Everyone in the lobby was agreeing that she was in the wrong. read more

This is my first one star review. I was so excited about ordering from Wing Stop regardless of the yelp reviews as I have heard via word of mouth how great they were. Unfortunately, the online reviews were more accurate than word of mouth. I ordered 15 wings, 8 Lemon Pepper and 7 Original Hot, (well done) along with a Large Bleu Cheese (which I was charged for). I received 15 Original Hot (not well done) and no bleu cheese. I ordered them to be delivered ASAP as the website stated 87-97 mins for delivery. However, as soon as the payment went through the delivery time changed to 20-30 minutes. Normally that would be a good thing but I wanted them delivered around a specific time for a specific reason. When I tried to call there was no ringing, just silence(ish) then the phone went dead. There is no way to get a hold of this location and when I tried the other location close to me and explained I couldn't get a hold of the location that made my order they pretty much responded with "oh well". I am SEVERELY disappointed! Pretty much from beginning to end this is the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. read more

The food is ok but it seems like every time you order over the phone they put you on hold intentionally for at least 15 mins as if they want you to order online or use there app which has happened every time I order just to see if I was tripping I pulled up an waited for no one to be at the register called and the person who answered the phone still put me on hold and walked back and forth doing absolutely nothing what type of shit is that I wonder if this is there regular business practice I've spent a lot of money here and this is one of the reasons that this will be my last time read more
