Fantastic service! I had challenges getting my new phones samsung wallet card to work... took me literally 20 minutes to figure out. (I just switched from apple) When I got to my car I noticed 1 wing was missing and with my meal costing more than $18 I went back in and let them know. They immediately made my additional wing no questions asked. I thanked them and went back to my car and was surprised to see 4 fresh flats inside. They were patient with me and went above and beyond. There's a gas station around the corner that has ice available for 2.15 for 10 pounds. So I had to leave with no drinks for my family. We order from Wingstop a copy of times a month as we enjoy their food. We have always had a good experience with this location. Food is always tasty and just as we have ordered. We normally order to go through the app so making sure the order is correct is a big issue we have with others. I feel like it's a job requirement for Wingstop to not be able to cook fries. Every time I come we make sure to put extra cooked fries on the order but they still come out soggy and half cooked. Chicken is alright but always soggy too, better to dip than get it tossed in the sauce. read more

I wish I could give a zero star rating. Hands down the WORST customer service I've had in 45 years of my adult life! It was the Wingstop in Sulphur Springs TX. I believe her name was Carla...something like that. The last time I visited, they gave me chicken nuggets when I ordered chicken tenders, and paid for chicken tenders. I drove all the way home only to discover the order was wrong. I called the establishment, and told the girl who made the order what happened. She wanted me to drive back and she would replace only my chicken, never mind that my fries would be cold when I got back! I had to actually TELL her that I would like my fries remade also so they wouldn't be cold! When I get there she offers me no compensation, no coupon...nothing at all for my trouble, my time, my gas to drive back for HER mistake. I sat down to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for them to redo the order, during which time I saw the area manager and told him what happened, as I felt he would want to know about the poor service and lack of apology or compensation. sure enough, he apologized and gave me a credit. Tonight when I went back to use the credit, the first cashier found my credit, and was going to help me use it, but she didn't know how so she called the other cashier/shift leader over. Her name was maybe Carli. She was working the evening shift on 4-29-24 around the time between about 7-8pm. This Carli starts questioning me about what was wrong with the food last time. Mind you, I had already told TWO people previously, the person who made my food incorrectly and the area manager, but I told her, for a THIRD time! She seems argumentative and aggressive, and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted chicken tenders, and she asked me how many. I glanced up at the board and said the 25 piece for close to the price of my credit. She said she didn't have a 25 piece tender, and so I read from the board. She said that's the nuggets that's probably what happened last time. Wow! So okay rather than HELP the customer and suggest the prices and sizes of the tenders, she attacks the customer? Then she helped the other cashier....incorrectly, obviously, because the other cashier actually said "It will be $21." This is AFTER I told her I had a credit and the Cari girl said it was for $20. smh It was easy to see these two didn't care about the customer or the service. Finally after fumbling with the cash register for about 5 minutes, I suggested she call her area manager to see how to proceed. She took offense even though it was obvious by how long she was taking that she didn't know how to correct the situation. I was tired of her attitude and her denial of her inability, at the expense of me having to wait, while she also took other orders and passed out other orders. while having me continue to wait. Then she had the nerve to call me at home and threaten me that Sahell, her area manager told her to call me and tell me that if I couldn't have a positive attitude, there would be no trespassing and they would call the police. She lied and said I was calling them names and that it was on the camera! lol I told her I wanted to see the camera footage where I'm calling them names! I like the fact that Wing Stop does not batter their wings since I'm avoiding carbs. We ordered a 30 count combo, mild, original and (my fav) garlic parmesan. We've tried WS several times and we're always disappointed and this visit (3/18/2023) didn't improve our opinion. We're still disappointed. The wings are supposed to be knock-your-socks-off full of flavor and there was none. They were just very mildly favored. The fries (which I didn't eat) are coated in sugar (yuk, who things that's good) but the ranch dressing is good. I dipped my wings in the ranch and that helped but why? Garlic parm should have been very flavorful. Plus, they could have been a little more cooked because the meat was rather slimey. Again yuk. I placed a to go order...not a combo just fries and wings. I specifically asked for a large ranch dressing and I got nothing!!! Called them, no manager available because they were 'training' someone. So I get nothing bc a 16 year old kid didn't take my order correctly. They need to train who is at the front desk or we will never be back nor will my team or my family or anybody I know that I can spread the word to in Sulphur springs or in Emory. I hope the so called managers understands the repercussions of one or two transactions and will make things right or suffer the consequences of poor management and direction. The simple reason that I didn't get a 3& tub of ranch will cost you hundreds and maybe thousands because you didn't have the personnel to handle the situation.
