Zinga's has burgers, chicken fingers and just about everything to satisfy your craving. We ordered different things off the menu, and was impressed with the outcome. The experience at Zinga's was a solid A. The cashier was so nice to check on us to see if our food came out right. It was more than right, it was delicious. For over 15 minutes, not a single hostess, server, or staff member acknowledged us. No greeting. No drink order. Not even a quick "We'll be right with you." First impressions matter, and unfortunately our first impression was being completely ignored. If this is how guests are welcomed, it's hard to imagine what the rest of the experience would have been like. We eventually left disappointed and took our business elsewhere.
