The karaoke guy is also a very nice gentleman. The stars go down because the karaoke guy will move you down on the list and let other people get pushed in front. I get wanting variety, but some people can't stay. I don't sing! Ha! But my crew does. We get there early, they stick their songs in knowing we are leaving in a couple of hours. We stayed late because my friends came out of town to see me. They kept putting more and more people in front of my friends, we left at midnight with oily one of my friends singing one song. She put in 3 songs.. Anyway, it's a bad practice, you never know where people are at and what's going on, so to skip them is pretty disrespectful. Also they never start the karaoke at 8 as advertised. It's whenever the guy wants to start it.

For over 15 minutes, not a single hostess, server, or staff member acknowledged us. No greeting. No drink order. Not even a quick "We'll be right with you." I understand restaurants get busy, but basic communication costs nothing. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Instead, we sat there wondering if anyone even knew we were there. First impressions matter, and unfortunately our first impression was being completely ignored. If this is how guests are welcomed, it's hard to imagine what the rest of the experience would have been like. We eventually left disappointed and took our business elsewhere.
