So tonight was my first time trying wing stop. It's close to my job and I figured why not. I called in to place my order. I specifically asked for mild wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. Not to much to ask, I don't think. Since I only had 10 minutes left to get to work, I didn't check my order, and plus it was wrapped up so nicely. When I finally got ready to eat my wings at work, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! The wings had no hint of spicy....they were just red. They were dry, season less, and lacked the lemon pepper sprinkles that I ordered. Not a good first time experience for me, especially when I paid just about $20. I called and complained and the shift leader said that they were getting ready to close so I couldn't get my order remade tonight but on my next visit, they would make it up to me with a free order. Hello my name is caleb johnson im a real big fan of wing stop its one of my favorite wing places. I went there about two days ago when i was released from work. They have great costomer service which makes me come back for more. Wing stop best items are there wings and fries. I get them everytime i go. The fries have a sweet taste to them that makes them amazing. There wing flavors are the best my favorite flavors are lemon pepper, mild, and garlic parmesan simple but amazing. Nevertheless this place i is great and will always be a top choice for me. In conclusion wing stop its the best wing place in town. What more could you ask For in a restaurant. The food is great the customer service is great the location is amazing. Also you can eat inside the place which is very convenient. read more

Im currently waiting on my food haven't tasted it but really have a good feeling about their restaurant. Upon arrival the Open sign was not on although they are open until Midnight 7 days a week, which is GREAT TO KNOW! Coming in I received a warm welcome from 3 employees and the woman at the register actually was very pleasant to speak to and patient. I ordered my food and it was very reasonably priced there are several flavors to choose from which made me happy. While waiting on my food the manager noticed the sign that says open was off and alerted all the staff that the sign was off and to hurry and turn it on! From there anything that was wrong with the store the manager began to tell them while their not busy to find something to clean. Most Wing places I would not sit down and eat inside of but the way this one is ran and how clean it is I think is a game changer!! Can't wait to taste my food! read more

I just moved here from So Cali, I loved my Wingstop out there so I was excited to see one here in Stockbridge GA. Well all I can say is I was very disappointed. The wings were huge look like they had been pumped with steroids. the fries were huge not the signature looking Wingstop fries and the flavors were watered down. This is a franchise business there should be recipes and instructions on how to prepare each of these items. Get it together! read more

So I love the Wingstop on Buford Hwy but this Wingstop is near my home. I figured surely they would have the same service and quality of food from cooks but I was wrong. This Wingstop is the worst in Georgia. They hire kids that don't care about the job and don't know 1 thing about customer service or running a fast food wing shop. I've been to this location 15 times over the past year and half and they either over cook the wings or take too long because their to busy playing or laughing in the back. I'm done with this location and hope they close this location since they can't seem to hire people who really care about their job and want customers to be happy. I heard that Ludacris was part owner or owns all Wingstop franchises here in ATL. Luda please make a change at this location bruh. I love me some Wings but I refuse to spend money at a place that hires ratchet teenagers and college students who are just there to ride the clock and get a quick buck. read more

Sadly disappointed. Online gluten free menu brought me in but service and food will keep me from going back. Plenty of scruffy looking young men milling around the cookers doing what appeared to be nothing. 30 minutes later my ten wings were presented with little apology for the long wait. The lemon pepper flavor were extremely salty and strong tasting. The mild far from being mild. The wings were very small, greasy and pricey to boot. When I asked the manager if he knew if the ranch dressing was gluten free, he had no idea what gluten was or what an allergen menu is. There was a young lady trying to clean tables and take orders while the rest of the staff appeared to be doing very little. I felt sorry for her. Bad food, bad service...get your wings at Publix where you get real service and great wings. Though they don't advertise them as gluten free...I don't seem to get sick when I have the non breaded hot and spicy ones and at half the price. We came in 30 minutes before closing. They were friendly enough to accept our order. That's a plus. The staffs are friendly. The wings are relatively small considering that we bought the jumbo size option. Flavors could be bolder. But overall a good place to grab some late night wing crave around Clalyton County. read more
