I have ordered from this Wingstop three times now and EVERY time they give me whatever drink they want and not what I asked for . They have missing wings and missing brownies . When I call and ask the manager for a refund she tells me it was door dash fault even when I didn't even order door dash , I ordered directly from the Wingstop app! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Service !!! I normally don't waist my time writing reviews but the manager Ashley is beyond disrespectful. The staff was very unprofessional but I can't blame them because as a manager you are supposed to lead by example. Let me start off by saying that I waited about 20 minutes before I could place an order only to be asked by the manager (Ashley) "what?" I told her that I had been waiting to place and order and her reply was "ok... we busy(while rolling her eyes)... what you want me to do about it!" I should have left then but my son wanted Wingstop. So we placed the order, was told 18 minutes and we left. Upon coming back 30 minutes later. We waited about 15 more minutes and another customer comes in to pick up his order. He received one order but placed two separate orders at the some time. He was told that his second order was not ready. He waited nearly 15 more minutes allowing them to issue out more orders. He then goes to the counter again to ask the status of his order. He says "is the other order for B----- ready?" The manager says NO. He ask what is the hold up because he received the first order 30 minutes prior? He received the response from the manager of "Ok and what you want me to do about it!" Then the manager walked away. He asked the young lady at the register for the managers name so that he could speak with the GM. She walks to the back and informs the manager that the gentleman is asking for her name so he can report her and she responds by saying "I don't give a f--- give it to him...shit'd we busy!" Not only did she say it once she kept saying it making sure that it was heard by him. Now keep in mind that the store had over 15 customers in it at this time and all were appalled at the display of unprofessionalism by the manager on duty.....Oh and it didn't stop there..... She proceed on with the vulgar language stating that she did not give a f--- about him nor the customers that were there and we better be glad that they were open as if she was the owner. Then the gentleman's order became available and she called his name and slid it across the counter. He told her "why did you have to do me like that?" She told him "and you don't have to talk to me" and "you can get your food and leave before I call the police." But call them for what when the disrespect was coming from here. He told her that he would leave after he checks his food to assure that it was correct. Then she proceeded with degrading him more by telling to check his food and get the f--- out before she calls the police to take his a-- to jail. At this point a lot of words exchanged but as a manager she was absolutely out of order. The gentleman did what he said....check his food and left. The manager thought that she needed to defuse the situation by calling her superior herself. So she hurried to the back of the store and made a call... towards the end of the call you could hear her say something on the lines of "I wanted to call and tell you myself before....." After hanging up the phone she still proceeded with anger and went to the extent of telling her staff " I don't know who he think he's f---ing with I have brothers that live around here and it's nothing for them to come up here. By this time.... Nearly an hour or more..... My food was ready !!! This manage obviously has no respect for this business and does not know how to lead a crew. Even in your most frustrated moments "the customer is always right!" She should have never cursed at him nor should she have acted the way she did in front of any other customers. Not only that she has a crew of younger employs that were feeding off her energy. The environment was horrible. I wish that I didn't have to give a star and could give this negative stares. Ever since Mo-Joe's by 675 closed, I have been searching desperately for a wing place that was as good. I have been passing by this place on my way home from work for years and years, but since the shopping center it is in is difficult to get in and out of when heading in the direction I am, especially during rush hour, I never stopped. After a long and difficult week, I decided to splurge and treat myself, so I finally decided to make my way in on the way home to try them out. BIG MISTAKE. While waiting for my order, a lady came up to the counter and started talking to one of the girls. Suddenly, the entire staff, including the manager, had left the kitchen to come look at some bracelets the woman was selling. The only person not involved in the shopping spree was the one male employee, who was left to take care of customers. After about 10-15 minutes of shopping and buying, they finally went back into the kitchen, and my order came out a few minutes later. I got in my car and headed home. When I got home and opened my bag, I was completely shocked at what was in it. The fries apparently burned while they were shopping, and instead of dumping them and starting another batch, they just went ahead and filled my order with them. They were dark, dark, dark brown. I then opened the container with the wings, and there was nothing but a huge puddle of butter with the wings swimming in it. I had ordered mild wings, but saw nothing that looked like wing sauce, just butter. As much as I really wanted to, I was in no position to take them back to the store, or go out and get something else (and couldn't afford to pay for something else either). I didn't have anything at home to make, so I had no choice but to eat this disgusting mess. At the bottom of the stack of wings, I did finally find about a teaspoon of reddish globs that I assume was the flavor sauce that must have separated during the shopping spree and was not re-blended before tossing my wings. Needless to say, I ended up getting sick later from the butter-laden wings. This was my first visit to Wing Stop, and will most definitely be my last. My first experience with Wingstop's wings was when I was in Colorado and I fell in love with how flavorful the wings were. Before the location in Stockbridge opened, the only other location that is "near" me is the one in Atlanta so I was extremely excited when my cousin told me about the location that was opening up not too far from where I live. The first time I went there, I ordered the 8 piece combo with half of my wings tossed in Louisiana Rub and the other half tossed in the Cajun sauce. The Louisiana Rub wings were less than stellar, they had more grease than seasoning but I really enjoyed the Cajun flavored wings; they basically taste like a spicier hot wing. The second time I visited Wingstop, I decided to try a different flavor and ordered another half & half combo with Mango Habanero and Cajun tossed wings. The Mango Habanero sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy; it reminds me of a spicy version of a sweet and sour sauce. I'm deducting a star from my rating because of how long it took for my food to be ready. I used their website to order my food and placed my order to-go at 6:58 PM with a pickup time for 7:30 PM. I got there at 7:28 and didn't receive my food until 7:50, yet there was a guy who was in the middle of ordering a 20 piece meal and yet he received his food before me. They didn't ask me whether I wanted ranch or blue cheese which was strange that's like a question I'm automatically asked at wing places. Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked and my husband told me the men's bathroom had no paper towels. With all these germs going around making people sick that is unacceptable. Finally decided to give Wingstop a try after hearing many positive reviews about it, so I came to the Stockbridge location. I made 3 orders of a 10 piece with fries, I ordered the original hot, Cajun, and atomic flavors. Right after I ordered I took a seat, not even 3 minutes later they told me my order was ready... that's when I should have became suspicious but I was too excited to try the wings I grabbed my food and left. Right when I got in the car me and my brother tried the fries and they were pretty good! We decided to wait until we got home to try the wings, 5 minutes later we made it home and went right for the food... to our surprise the wings didn't taste very fresh and they gave us all the same flavored (I'm guess mild) wings instead of the 3 flavors I ordered. It seem like they gave us someone's order whom they never picked up and just reheated the wings and made us the fries which didn't take long as to why we only waited 3 minutes for our food to be ready...I'm very disappointed in my first experience I don't think I would be willing to give Wingstop (at least not the Stockbridge location) another try. Bad experience!! I placed an online order on March 6. When I got to the restaurant the power was out and the employees were looking like deer in headlights. The manager took my name and promised to call me back once the power was on. Needless to say that never happened; and when I called the next day, the "manager" did not know what was going on. First time eating here Sat night! Best thing to do to avoid waiting longer is to order food online so that you can just grab and go since you already paid for it. I asked for my wings to be crispy also my fries but only the wings came out crispy majority of the fries were soft. Even though the fries were soft the seasoning on them was good.
