Not the employees fault it's the company and owners problem they have an employee taking orders who doesn't speak good English && than the kitchen employee is talking shit in Spanish and is pissed off because I want what I ordered not what they made because they didn't understand me. It's the owners fault since locations are independently owned they should make sure the people they hire can do the job required and I'm a restaurant manager and managers for a Long Island chain & the store managers are required to be in there locations during busy hours yet any time I come here the service is poor & theres never a manager available. I can see why this place has such poor ratings.... It's sad because if they had a decent manager in the store && had employees who appreciated the chance to make money im sure it could be so much better. read more

I had a great experience with Wing Stop this evening. I ordered the All in bundle which included boneless wings, some tenders and a large fry. However, I'm not a fan of their bleu cheese so that kinda turned me off about my experience. Other than that my wings were delicious and so were the tenders. For my boneless wings I ordered the Spicy Korean. A little tangy and a spicy kick but nothing you wouldn't be able to handle. read more

Me and my friends ate here tonight. the wings were not great. the garlic parm wings tasted like a Cheeto, and the Cajun wings were EXTREMELY mid. The only good thing were maybe the sauces (ranch and blue cheese) but even those were not as good as they were hyped up to be. Although the meal was disappointing, we headed back to my house to try and salvage our night. We get back and everything is fine...for about 20 minutes. One by one, we rush to the bathroom. Decided to try Wingspot today. Just opened in Shirley. Placed an online order and it stated it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Saw reviews saying the store was slow. And sadly it's true. Waited almost an hour. It's a new store and they were swamped so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Workers were nice and courteous even though they were swamped and had a lot of people waiting. When the food finally came It was great. Seasoned fries were awesome and plentiful. Got a regular order and it was huge. Boneless wings with mild sauce were on point. Wife got inbone wings with lemon pepper and bbq and enjoyed them as well. I'm sure once the store gets going the wait times will be cut down. If the wait time gets down I will def give a 4 star rating. I def will come back read more

Ordered food for my sister & myself on 2/9 around 1:40pm, did online pick up, pre-paid for. I walked in at the time my order said it would be ready & waited on a brief line. Behind the counter was a heavier set girl, and the customer in front of me was being served. The gentleman proceeded to inform her he never had been there before and he just wanted to know how just single wings were sold, he specified he didn't want any sides, or fries specifically. She proceeded to give him the nastiest attitude flailing her hands in the air, acting like he spoke a different language or something. He repeated himself and she still carried on with her attitude and didn't help explain the menu clearly to help him understand. He clearly was a new customer & she could've been so much nicer. Anyway, that happened and I proceeded to come to her for my order- she angrily asked me my name for the pick up, and retrieved it throwing it down on the counter. She proceeded to throw the lids to my drink on the counter. I said thank you and just moved on to get out of the restaurant, because drama & I don't mix well. Long story short, my order was incorrect when I got home, the server was trash & the music was blasting as if it was a trap house lmao. Unpleasant to the eye and the food we think we got were boneless bbq and garlic boneless wings. We wanted chicken on the bone but there is definitely miscommunication. French fries that had a spice like no other that weren't bad but you can only eat a few after it's just to much seasoning. The corn was cut up seasoned cobs you had to eat off the cob and it was good but insanely sneaky spicy. They had a fun soda machine that you can make any soda you want but I think that's where all there $ went into bc the rest of the place is a disaster. Unfortunately like I said about the chicken we couldn't understand anything they were saying and I guess they didn't understand us either and the chicken smelt good but was really crunchy boneless but so hard I couldn't bite it. First time ever ordering at a wingstop. Ordered garlic parm boneless, Louisiana rub boneless and spicy Korean traditional and 3 orders of fries, the Buffalo fries, Louisiana fries and regular. The fries were all absolutely disgusting! Soggy, cold and undercooked. The only real thing I could taste on anything was salt. All the food is so extremely salty its almost impossible to eat. The best thing from there was the ranch dipping sauce probably about the only thing I'd get from there again. If you're looking for real good wings, try RG's wings on mastic rd. This place is hands down the worst. We ordered 3 combo meals that were supposed to come w a drink. In those combos, we were supposed to get wings (on bone). 2 orders were supposed to be with Cajun fries and 1 w/ cheese fries. What we received???.... 2 orders of boneless wings dried out and not even the sauce ordered. 2 orders of regular fries, barely cooked. Oh, and NO drinks!
