Food has usually always been good, hot and fresh. The reason I only give two stars is because that's how bad their service is. The employees there lack professionalism and respect! They'll mess up an order by not including certain items and laugh at a customer being frustrated for having to go back! By far the worst Wingstop I've EVER gone too. First of all, they only gave me half my order. Second, I tried to call the store back to see what I could do and they never picked up the phone after I called multiple times. Then when they did pick up, I was on hold for the longest time and as I tried to call again, I was put on hold AGAIN and never even got to talk to anyone.
