This place really goes on my nerves just because I see something good such as the wraps I enjoy them and it's a limited time but the food is good. Service is nice and fast. It's pretty quiet most of the time. Last time I went they didn't had BBQ, I wasn't too bummed but the food I still enjoyed even without it. read more

Found a clump of long dark brown hair in our gravy and gave us the wrong tenders. Definitely not going here again

Haven't been into this location in a while after they had an issue with their AC. We came in on a Sunday and it was very clean. The food portions were right and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff was super helpful and polite. Glad to add it back to my spots to grab food on this side of town. read more

Decent KFC. For the 2 or 3 times a year I go to KFC it seems to do the job. Employees can sometimes be rude but I can understand why some people would not enjoy working there. I usually have to wait for fresh chicken. I don't mind waiting for fresh instead of getting stuff that's been sitting there for who knows how long. They had a remodel recently and it seems to be drawing more crowds. read more

I thought " come on how can KFC be" well i went at 8:15 pm they are open till 10. They were cleaning up already and seemed pretty upset that i came by to order food. The young girl at the window was not nice, she was actually quite rude! Then mashed potatoes and gravy were awful?? No butter for biscuit and she got very upset that i asked for extra napkins. Just like the person before me on the reviews, it was 8:35pm when I went through the drive thru and they said it was going to be a 20 minute wait for me to get the 8 piece crispy family meal since all they had was grilled chicken. So I still ordered that and other meals only to be told that they didn't even have some of the items for meals and I had to change my order yet again. Then after choosing my sides for the family meal I was then told my total of $40. Once I got to the window they told me they didn't have any Mac and cheese. So I had to settle for mashed potatoes only. I didn't get an apology or discount at all. Terrible location and they have officially lost my business at this location for food and I'll be sharing this experience on other social media pages. To make it better, I just got home and noticed they didn't give me one of my meals. read more

Horrible experience...the young lady that helped my family and I had really bad customer service. Didn't even bother asking what style of chicken we wanted we actually had to clarify what we wanted. We asked if they sold jalapeños and asked if we could order 4 sides of jalapeños. She only charged one. When we got our food it was all smashed in into 1 bag!! No plates or utensils we had to go back and ask for that. Horrible customer service! Won't be going back. read more

Food poisoning is no joke, avoid this place. If only I went to diner across the street from this garbage instead of this place, my life would been less painful right now. If there's something I hate and something that shouldn't be play with is food poisoning and KFC have succeeded giving me that. Since yesterday evening I've been sick with the common symptoms but haven't shook it off 100 percent. I will contact the restaurant owner following a phone call with corporate. My family ate this food and they experience the common symptoms of food poisoning. By far the worst KFC I've ever been to. We live around the corner and have been here about a handful of times when we are needing something fast. They never have grilled chicken breast almost every time we have been here! They respond with "25 minute wait". Only one of those times did they apologize by giving me a free item. Today, the reason for why I'm writing this review is because again they didn't have grilled chicken breast AND the way they placed napkins in our bag just infuriated me. While my wife and I was dining in ,it was a worker on break whom was being bullied and picked on by a MANAGER whom identified himself as Reggie ,he was very hateful and harsh towards the young lady she began to cry ,I will be notifying head quarters and corporate office , also reporting the situation to wral trouble shooter ,the young lady was disabled , she seemed to have a possible mental impearment ,she asked for her meal as she needed Management override and he refused ,I heard him at others laughing and saying he spit in the young ladies food ,i will mostbdefinetly NEVER go there again ,also gonna contact the food and nutrition service about this situation if they spit in employee food I don't want to think about what they do to customers, again the young lady suffered from a mental impearment condition and the manager refused her meal and jokef about spitting in it the girl threw ut in the trash without eating and went outside crying and hurt as she went out the door when I approached her as my wife and i were leaving i assured hee i would repory this incident to the right peoplw reggie if your reading this you are the definition of a pos traah ,i have video footage of gim saying he spit in the young ladies food and being hatwful to her as well he flat out refused her to meal that she was untitled too and that is policy violation if hes bot handled accordingly i will make sure those are ate permantly shut down read more

So I was worried about this location when I saw the other reviews but I was hungry and guess what, the service was great except they forgot the little sandwich after making up the two 20 piece buckets with mashed potatoes and gravy but when I reminded them about the little sandwich, they give me a second one at no charge so I did not mind. Six of us ate all the chicken over two days and no one got sick, etc. although we all felt a little stuffed. Anyway, I would definitely go there again. (Oh yeah, while we went kind of late and no one was dining in, there were plenty of cars going through the drive through.) read more
