First WS started barely seasoning my garlic parm wings Next they stopped fresh cut fries and use Walmart frozen fries and charge the same price. Final straw PACKING MY WINGS WITH MY SONS ORDER CROSS CONTAMINATING OUR FLAVORS WHICH WE HATE MAKING THE ORDER INEDIBLE. I will never order or eat wingstop again even if it was free. I will throw it in the trash like I do with McDonald's read more

Wingstop - 6 Whole Chicken Feathers, I counted them! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Seagoville, Texas

On maps and on the app says it closes at 12 and they are closing an hour early and not taking orders and the employees are so rude

I made the mistake of taking advantage of the delivery option on their website today when ordering for a company lunch. Paid the 15% tip only for them to leave half my order at the restaurant. This location did nothing to make matters right except to say I could come pick up the items or they would add a credit to be used another day. So I'm cheated out of $8 for the delivery only to still have to drive to the location and pick up my missing items. This is unacceptable. I'm sure it wouldn't have hurt them to at least credit or give me a gift card for the amount of the tip but I guess they rather lose a customer instead. And to add insult to injury I told them I was on the way over the phone and they didn't start on the missing items until I was at the counter. read more

By far one of the best Wingstop's I've ever been too, staff is fast and courteous, wings are Flavorful and fried just right! Fries are fresh, and seasoned to perfection! Lobby is still closed, which kinda sucks considering most restaurants with dinning rooms are open somewhat, I guess that means they care about the public at large and take into consideration the safety of the community of Seagoville! Still tho miss the lobby being open! read more

Wingstop - I'm such a fan I had Wingstop wedding cake! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Seagoville, Texas

I went in 3 hours before closing and the cook was openly saying that he didn't want to cook the food. So we left the people here are utterly disrespectful and don't aim to serve customers at all. read more

They were SUPER busy. The place was packed, but the staff was friendly. The food was fresh and hot!! Kudos to the staff!!

My goodness can they be any slower. Food was good but don't go on your lunch break, or if you're in a hurry. Oh and the fountain drink machine is just about out of every flavor soda. read more

customer service is garbage especially when you call in an order they answer and automatically put you on hold and I guess they notice you're still on hold and they answer and go back on hold. I've waited for 10 minutes before smh. Walk in the girls at the register look miserable and act unprofessional all the time read more

The food and service here is awesome. The manager Ramon there went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my order and I was very pleased. Will definitely be coming back here frequently because of the top-notch service. Not to mention the food is great read more

Received food faster than expected and wings were really good. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Went with a group to watch a football game. Location was very packed, but service was fast, friendly, and completely accurate. Best wings and service your will find! read more

The best wing stop location so far! The cashier who took my order (Ramon) was very helpful. I never noticed they sell more than wings, the cashier was very helpful with telling me some of the meals he liked. I would recommend this location. I will be ordering my wings from this location for now on. Will definitely be trying the different kinds of meals they have next time as well. read more

This is the second time I have tried this Wingstop as a family we go to Wingstop about maybe every 4 to 6 weeks this one in seagoville we had three flavors you would think they would be in three different boxes mild, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper two boxes kind of split very very greasy, we were told that came with two large sides for $38 one was a mess of Grease fries and one was supposed to been carrots and celery well that celery was kind of split into and kind of cuts he might have gotten one piece of celery and then about four inches long and then three pieces the same of carrots the same way the last time I had tried it was over $70 family of 4 when the order was wrong we took it back to the city of The office restaurant manager was extremely rude so that is why I didn't bother calling them this time but look at the picture below when I mean extremely greasy I mean 6 in the whole bag it wasn't something like I'm oblivious to what race is or what wings are read more

Tried to go order food from them got there at 10:00 pm and sign says that it's open till 11:00pm and the doors where locked with people in there and the lady comes and says they are closed. Experience from working fast food places we take orders till it's the time to close. Would not advise to go and waste of your time. read more

Worst wingstop I've ever been to. The people are incompetent and rude. Our order has never been correct. Won't visit again

I really like this wingstop super clean and fresh food always hits the spot friendly workers

This spot has a new crew and cooks! The bar has been raised and reminds me of when they first opened. Beats other nearby wing-joints. Cant get enough of the Louisiana rub! Recommended. Ask for crispy, get it while it's hot! read more

I took my wife and daughter here about an hour ago. My wife and I are now both suffering from severe stomach cramps. Both of us had the ranch dressing while my daughter didn't. Both of us are convinced this is a case of food poisoning. Tried to call to warn them but was put on indefinite hold. read more

This is definitely one my favorite wingstops. The service is fantastic, the food always comes out hot and fresh and the wait time is exceptional. The staff take meticulous care of you while you dine with them. I highly recommend this food establishment to anyone that has not experienced the deliciousness of perfectly seasoned wings. I will definitely continue coming here. read more

I didn't expect much difference from the one I usually go to and it didn't change. I had to give it a lesser rating because I was missing items once I got home and opened my order. Disappointing but not something that will keep me away as long as it doesn't become a trend. However, I will stay away until they work the kinks out as they are a new restaurant opening read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I ordered my food online and came to pick it up...the food wasn't ready, so I waited 30 extra minutes for them to finish my order and I went to the counter to ask where's my food, and they had given my food to someone else!! And the girl that took my order lied and said she gave it to Crystal Wells and I told her NO!! I am Crystal Wells and showed her the receipt proving to that I am that person and she kept saying I gave it to you, I gave it to you and I was like no, I was waiting here all this time, you didn't call me and you didn't give me my food. I had the manager credit the $60 back to my card and told them not to remake my order, I'll go somewhere that will get it right!! I will never go to the seagoville wingstop ever again!! read more

This winsgstop in seagoville is probably the worst wingstop I have ever been too. they play in the kitchen and at the register and barely get your order even after you repeat yourself 3 times and then they still forget multiple things like extra sauces or the size of your drinks! They are incapable of owning / running that restaurant when they act like a bunch of 5 yr olds. Not to even mention they are rude and need new workers and a new manager because he doesn't even care if they play or work. they also are impatient and so loud that they couldn't hear my order, and the young woman at the register was getting frustrated at mebecause she couldn't hear me while I was wearing my mask. when I would pull it down to talk she would get mad and raise her voice. read more

This place delivers wings how u want them. They added the corn on the cob to their menu which is totally fantastic. Its like clockwork no matter what city i order them in read more

very clean and quiet. Could be a little more generous with their seasoning. A real blessing to Seagoville.

Best wings in town.. everybody is always so nice and the food is always great! I would totally come here all the time.
