I made the mistake of taking advantage of the delivery option on their website today when ordering for a company lunch. Paid the 15% tip only for them to leave half my order at the restaurant. This location did nothing to make matters right except to say I could come pick up the items or they would add a credit to be used another day. So I'm cheated out of $8 for the delivery only to still have to drive to the location and pick up my missing items. This is unacceptable. I'm sure it wouldn't have hurt them to at least credit or give me a gift card for the amount of the tip but I guess they rather lose a customer instead. The best wing stop location so far! The cashier who took my order (Ramon) was very helpful. I never noticed they sell more than wings, the cashier was very helpful with telling me some of the meals he liked. I would recommend this location.
