I ordered 20 bone-in wing flats as an online combo with fries and large corn. I got there to pay for it, and as I'm done paying for it, I see on the receipt I was charged$35. So, wow, I think I got a great deal... I look at the receipt, and I realize I was charged for boneless... not bone-in. So, noticing the mistake before the food was made, I ask them to fix it and charge me the difference. I was already on a tight schedule, and the manager seemed to be stressed as it was busy, so I did not want to take up too much of their time. But I think it's ridiculous. I even informed the staff I will be verifying the order before leaving and there were no issues. Called back and was told I could go pick up the forgotten drinks "anytime this week." They refused to send someone back out to deliver the items they neglected to deliver the first time around. Defeats the purpose of delivery. I can't even suggest you make sure they have all the items you ordered before they leave your house, since they're not going to feel any responsibility to get the missing items to you. Yet here I am pre tipping a driver who forgot a portion of my order (because we all know if you don't tip before hand, your food will sit for eons if it's even delivered at all.) The more concerning part was listening to Emily and a member of the kitchen staff discussing how to purposely screw with customers orders for asking questions. If I could do 0 stars I would. Will never be going back to this location. I ordered online and it said it would be done within 21-28 minutes. I gave them 30 minutes and went to go pick up my food . When I went in, a worker told me she couldn't find my order ticket. I showed her my receipt on my email. She looked on the computer and found my order and said they never started my order because my ticket never printed. After all the looking around it had then been almost an hour. She pretended to look around for my order knowing it was not there. The manager came up and printed a refund receipt and told me I was refunded. It's been 2 weeks. So I called my bank and my bank said they don't see any refund on their end. Idk if they are printing out fake refund receipts or what but I would have never gotten my money back if I hadn't called my bank.
