We waited 45 minutes for wings and fries that never arrived. The second I finally asked to have the order placed to-go, the food miraculously appeared in less than a minute. To make matters worse, the server tried to tell me I "didn't order fries" (I did), and then brought out a side of ranch with no lid for a to-go order. I still tipped well because I know the grind, but if you don't want to work late hours, find a different job. Management needs to train this staff on accountability and basic order accuracy.
