The district manager promised to send us some gift cards.... Still waiting... extremely unprofessional

Once again very poor service. Every time you order from this business you don't get your full order, and then when you call them and ask them about it, they expect you to come back so they can correct it. Last night I placed an order two different kinds of chicken wings french fries, and two drinks. When my husband came home, one of the drinks was pure seltzer, And of course the fries were missing. I ordered online and included fries with no seasoning. when my husband came home with the order, the strawberry soda was seltzer, no fries. I called the store, and the girl said can you please come and get your french fries. Now wouldn't you think if we had to go back the food would be cold? my husband got so disgusted. he took the whole order back to the store, the guy talked with no intelligence, and could not find his name in the machine. My husband looked and it was starring him in the face. i'm glad I gave him a copy of the receipt that I got online to show, because the next words were, that we didn't buy it in his store. . Food was great. Service was horrible. Chick with the black hair at the cashier is beyond rude. I ordered over the phone and was told that the food will be ready for pick up in about 18 mins. Drove to the location on time, came in and asked for my order. That black haired chick said can't she find the order in the system and didn't even bother to recheck. Thank goodness for that dude who offered to check the order and took care of it. We waited for 15 more minutes until we got our order. I absolutely love Wingstop but sadly I won't be visiting the Rosenberg location again. My wife and I have ordered pickup orders here twice in the past month (the first time by phone and today using Wingstop.com). On both visits, our orders were not started until I showed up (at the pick up time suggested; 22 mins after placing the order). As a consumer it makes my business feel worthless to the organization and with no apology or compensation (partial or full) offered to us on either visit, we'll be dining elsewhere in the future. read more

I've eaten here in the past and it was your standard wing stop. Unfortunately, the last time I tried to order for pickup I was placed on hold for several minutes and then finally hung up and called back. I ordered through Door Dash, but the app would not let me put special instructions on there. I called the location and Alex was VERY ACCOMMODATING!!!! I told him what I wanted and he waited for the order to come through and did everything perfect. Even called me back to let me know that he had done it and that my dasher was there to get my order. Ordered to go last night. Wings were big, fresh and we actually got 1 wing more than we ordered which made up for the last time we ordered to go and got one wing less. I love the flavors Mango Habanero & Garlic Parmesan. Unique, bold flavors! I love this place every now and again for a cheat meal! read more

The staff at this location is awful. Mumbling when speaking, on their phones, zero effort to communicate, and got our order wrong 3 times. The restaurant was also dirty, every table was gross with food on the chairs and table. Terrible experience all around. read more

I love wing stop but almost everywhere I go I get cranky people who just want rid of me. I came here and a young lady was so sweet and helped me pick the flavors and everything. I live near this Wingstop but never came because I travel to Houston a lot. However I'm definitely coming here more often. So good to know the Wingstop nearest me has some good service and the wait isn't super long. read more

The food is great just like any other wing stop but it takes forever for your food to come out and the employees are always so rude and unenthusiastic. They seem so miserable and it makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. I get off work late so I stop in there a lot but most nights I dread having to go there but I can't resist their wings! read more

WORST WING STOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! I called for a pick up order and they told me it would be ready in 18 minutes. I took my time to get here; probably about 22-25 minutes. When I got here I payed for the order expecting it to be ready. I have been sitting here for more than 30 minutes waiting for my order while other people that came after me have been receiving their food. Not one care from the people who work here. If i could give this location zero stars i would. Every. Single. Time we have eaten here, our order is never completed. When we dine in they cant get the order right and when we call in?! I walked In To place an order it was 7:58 -that's what my ticket had when I paid. they said it would be ready in 18 minutes. 18 minutes turned into 35 minutes. Then my order was incomplete. I had to wait another 15minutes for an order of fries. They weren't full of customers when I was there. They were messing up left and right with orders. Customers there all (4) complained about an order. Just so frustrating. I never waited nor will I ever again wait that long. Thank goodness another wing place is next door. read more

They don't even deserve a star so I quit going to Buffalo Wild Wings because they are 24/7 rude ! Well I go to wing stop during the day and never have a problem finally I go tonight there are two white girls who acted like I wasn't even standing there I stood there for 10 minutes and they got the woman behind me and I look at the girl like hello I've been waiting for ever just because I look young doesn't mean I am ! And so I finally got my order and it was a call in order and I make them repeat my order to me three times to make sure it was right and when I get home the shit was wrong ! On 02/12/2013, I called in an order at Wingstop for takeout. When paying, my debit card was taken and swiped. The receipt printed, but with a zero charge and the lady at the counter requested my debit card again to swipe. I told her I would provide my debit card, if she could assure me that the amount would not be duplicated on my account. She called another employee over, named Brandon. He also assured me that the charge would not be duplicated and just in case... he would take my name and keep it in the register, if i had any issue, i was to go back to wingstop and they would give me back my money. So, my card was swiped a second time for $9.72. The following day, i did check my account and noticed that i was, in fact, charged twice, but both charges were pending. I assumed that one of the charges would drop. The following week, I checked my account, and I noticed that both charges did in fact go through. So, 02/23/2013 I went back to the same wingstop as instructed. I proceeded to tell the lady at the counter what happened. She then called over Dennis, the general manager. I explained the situation to him as well. Dennis explained that he could not give me my money back, and pointed to the corporate number. I was to call this number (972)686-6500 and tell them the situation and they would call the wingstop location where they would "confirm" that my money was due back to me.(Basically I did all the work for their error) I told Dennis that this was wingstop's error as their system failed. ( I even showed him both charges that hit my bank account) He proceeded to tell me that he could do nothing for me and just shrugged his shoulders. I also mentioned that his employee told me I could go back if charged twice and receive my money. So, even though this was WINGSTOP'S ERROR, I was to be the individual to call and request my money back. I have worked customer service for 13 years and I have never seen anything so horribly handled. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to that wingstop and will ensure my family and friends are cautious before stoping by wingstop. read more
