So disappointed. I'm a Wingstop guy. Like tell everyone I come across who is a wing fanatic I am saying that Wingstop is the best place to go. Recently, I placed an order for pick up. I drove 45 minutes across town because we were finishing with the sporting event and we timed it up so that the pick up occurred at the designated time, only to be told they were short staffed, and that it would probably be another 40 minutes from getting my meal. We canceled the order. I did get an email for 10 free wings because of that. Tonight wanting to give them a second chance we ordered Uber eats wings from the house. It's six miles from house. We placed order at 6:20 and got them at 6:50 So possibly some delays but when you get Uber Eats you don't expect Friday from the restaurant temperatures. I usually am fairly careful when I order. Uber eats for certain restaurants for this very reason but with Wingstop wings that come right out of the grease right into the bag usually stay almost too hot to eat for the first 5 to 10 minutes. Unfortunately, when I got my wings. They were not only cold. You couldn't even really pull them apart because I get flats only they were incredibly tough from being overcooked or this facility is still shortstaffed and just cooked off a bunch of wings for volume and mine were the lucky ones that sat for a decent amount of time before they just threw some seasoning on them and toss them in a container for Uber. I couldn't really even eat them. 0-2 at one of my favorite places... read more

**Warning** Very piss poor location. The service was terrible as I had to wait for the meal for over a hour. We ordered 3 meals and drinks. The chicken and French fries were cold. The fries felt as if they were sitting in the back. Don't waste your money on this location. You have been warned. read more

Food is always good, when they get it right. Customer service was terrible tonight. Received our sides, but no chicken. Husband called to report and they couldn't have cared less. read more

The Mexican dude up front is soo rude he should not be at the registers if he doesn't posses a calm attitude. Very aggressive and short.

Took like 30 minutes because employees were too busy talking to make anyone's food. I get my food with literally no sauce and the fries were so soggy it seemed like they had gotten wet somehow. I know I came in late, but this is insane. read more

Wingstop - boneless wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

Do NOT go during the night shift, two people who came after me and ordered in-store, like I did, got their food before me. 40 mins after I ordered they find out that my order had been sitting on the rack all along! Silly them! They then proceeded to serve me the cold wings and fries and honestly at that point I didn't care I just wanted to leave. Half of the crew were busting their butts and the other half was just having a grand ole time. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because some of them were trying to deal with the chaos and this is my first time here, I've never experienced the day shift. read more

This might be the worst Wingstop location I've ever visited, and I've ordered from many other locations. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time, yet when I arrived, I was told it was still being prepared and would take another 15-20 minutes because "it takes 40-50 minutes to prepare." Meanwhile, the app and my order confirmation stated a 16-21 minute carryout time. To make matters worse, it was just a small order. I asked them to cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait, as I was on my lunch break. They agreed to cancel it, which I have recorded for this very reason, but they never followed through. Now I have to go through corporate to get my refund. This might be the worst Wingstop location I've ever dealt with, and I will never order from this location again as long as I'm alive. read more

The food is always terrible from here. I got my food by DoorDash so I couldn't see what I got until it arrived. The chicken had absolutely no taste and the fries was burnt and tasted like it was left over fries that they keep recooking. This place needs to get better management and take pride in the quality of the food that they are serving to the customers. read more

It does not matter if you order ahead. It does not matter what time you say you want your order to be picked up. You will always have to wait. Go to the location down the road in Richmond at grand parkway. They are a lot better read more

Not sure why even wasting my time with a review as their rating can't get much worse. Never take their word on a "refund" was told the big manager / owner needed to do it so onsite manager took a picture of my receipt and sent to him. I ended up paying for the order again expecting a refund for the first bill. Called back twice to follow up and was told they were looking into it. Filed with my credit card and suddenly they get their stuff together and submit something to my CC company that the amount owed is correct so my CC put the charge back on my card and now I ended up paying for the same order twice. read more

Came at night right after the rodeo and two of their employees had their phones while cooking. One guy had their phone and an AirPod on the other ear. They were also touching their faces without washing their hands afterwards. We also waiting 45 min for our order. read more

First Time Purchasing Wingstop for a get together customer service was great ordering was easy as well

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I put my order in online (16-20 mins), I actually got there 30 mins past due time and the rude cashier told me they haven't started on my order yet. What made it worse was I had to wait an additional 40 mins! The cooks were taking their time, having conversations and answering text messages. I'm never coming here again. At least my food was hot. read more

Not great Too much vinegar on the wings they're dry and small I only went there maybe twice same experience I wouldn't go back. The service was good and it was cleaner than average read more

This location is so bad, you're better off driving 10 more minutes and going to the Richmond location near Riverpark. I place an online order and asked my fries to be cooked well done, to my surprise the fries weren't fried at all, they were just raw potatoes. The service sucks, I asked them if they were open on Christmas Eve and after being put on hold several times I was given inaccurate information and told they'd be closed all day when in reality they will be open until 9 pm. Don't waste your time with them. read more

They fry the wings wayyyy too hard. I ordered them two more times and they still came out super dry. Do not come to this location. You will be disappointed and waste ur money. Manager tried to help but the wings still was dry. I'm never coming back, so disappointed. read more

If you have no wings please turn offf your website order. Don't just make people's order with boneless wings because we didn't ask for it. Worst wing stop ever can't even call us or modify the email saying your order is out of bone in wings. Called the store for a refund and they said no because we ordered the 15 piece combo when they have Monday special for 60 cents. Don't go here if you want rude customer service. Ps your boneless wings are extra salty can't even eat it it burns your mouth Parmesan and lemon pepper read more

So Brandon messaged me about my lil inconvenience, and he was very professional and helpful. He offered a replacement and I took my kids in. Everything was perfect! Cooked fresh, my babies enjoyed it and I didn't have to cook!! With the order be correct, hot and fresh, I would definitely recommend this place! They never answer their phones. I need to make a change to an order that they don't have online and not one answers the phone. I get there and the staff is lolly gagging. They need to check in on this location. Been on hold for almost 30 mins. read more

Wingstop - No one should be on the phone on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

Please don't eat here.. employees picking up chicken with bare hands no gloves .. when informed the manager he stated technically that's how we do it .. I noticed no hair nets , a few with caps on not all no beard guards. Ask for a refund before food was even delivered.. the manager stated you sure ..yes I stated .. we can give you the food .credit your card tomorrow .. so no credit to card at all stated we can't do that .. so enough call Rosenberg police officer .. the manager to the Office King that's the company wide policy pick up chicken no gloves bare hands .. mind you washing before and after never took place with the guy dropping chicken in grease bare hands read more

Don't waste you time or money here they are very rude and can't get orders right we ordered on line and live about 20 min from this location. Still had to wait another 40 min for order then on top of that asked for extra fry seasoning so they didn't put any at all. we had to wait another 25 min for them to give us some seasoning so it was about an hour and 30 min from the time ordered just to get our food read more

Usually Wing Stop is one of our favorite places to eat wings; however, this particular location completely messed up our order. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings and we were given lemon pepper. Instead of making our wings properly, they refried the lemon wings and then covered them with the garlic Parmesan. Not a pleasant flavor combination. I guess they don't realize the lemon flavor remains on the wings even after recooking them. We were not impressed and figured that it wasn't worth the argument. We won't be returning to this location, nor do we recommend eating at this location. I wonder if they teach their employees this to keep their food costs low. I guess it's a good thing that weren't not allergic to lemon. read more

I hate to sound like a Karen but this location is convenient so i keep thinking this visit will be better than the last. Today was the worst service. I ordered online & I waited almost an hour for my food when it said 20 min to begin with. People were getting there food before me that ordered when I was already waiting. Like I didn't order the whole damn menu. I ordered 3 combos. I asked the shorter lady if she could check if my food was on the shelf and she had someone else do it, like didn't even want to acknowledge me. I'm done this place sucks read more

Manager at the store in Rosenberg is unattended. They leave customers on the phone for more than 25 minutes and then they said they can't take orders through the phone and then they hang up. They need a corporate manager on site to handle. This situation is not the first time Wingstop is one of my favorite stores for wings, but this store is getting out of hand in Rosenberg, this store needs corporate attention ASAP. There are sloppy and employees don't know what they're doing. I have to drive all the way to Sugarland to get wings please can we get this resolved at this store? read more

The fries and veggie sticks were good. The chicken was too hard to chew. The girls at the registers were super nice.

Zero stars. Customer service is beyond ridiculous. No point in ordering ahead at this location . read more

I made the mistake of going back to this location for a 2nd time in less than a week. The first time they forgot to our ranch in the order but I checked beforehand and they thought I was trying to get a free one. If I could leave zero stars I would. I never leave reviews but this location pissed me all the way off and this isn't my first time experiencing horrible customer service from here. I ordered dine in and placed an order at 7:36pm. An almost $90 order.( big family). They were pretty busy which I understand. I didn't start asking about my food until 8:10 and this was after I saw that many customers who had ordered after me had actually got their food, ate, and were leaving while I was still waiting on my order. When I approached the first time the girl went back to check on my order and then came back and said rudely "it's not ready yet". I didn't say anything. I sat back down and waited about 10 more mins before I went up and asked again when the girl said it would be 10 more mins. I told her that it was ridiculous at this point it had been about 40 mins. She literally just walked away and left me standing there with no apology or further explanation. Then about 5 mins later they brought my fries only- no wings and said they were still preparing the wings ...I told her this was a little crazy now and told her the time I placed my order. When our wings were brought to us (almost an hour later at this point) I asked to speak to a manager . The "manager" came over and I asked her to explain to me how and why they kept pushing back my order just because it was "big" but managed to get a whole bunch of orders out instead. She replied RUDELY that they were "backed up and it is what it is" so I told her as a "manager we don't get an apology or anything just a f*** ing attitude. To which she shook her head and replied "no". And just walked off. I'm sure this little girl wasn't at all a manager and if so she needs some serious training. read more

The lady behind me had a bigger order than mine. Well, around 10 minutes later, she gets her order. Ok, that's fine, but then the guy behind her gets his order. This young lady comes in and gets her order. Ive wasted half a hour waiting on some dry wings and to get asked my name twice. I even had to show them my receipt again. The lady with the bigger order had already ate and left. I will never again come to this location. It did not even look that clean. Don't come here. read more

Wings! And more wings!! We had been talking about wings all day so now we really wanted wings!! This was our first visit here so unsure what to expect. Comfortable dining room with seating for approximately 70-75, 5 TVs, and if crowded, very loud if you have to wait or decide to dine in. Not so loud with a minimal crowd. The place was packed with in-house diners and carry out's steadily going out the door. We just popped in on a Friday night hoping we could zip in and out. I know! What were we thinking and yes, currently a 45-60 minute wait but we opted to wait. We really wanted wings to take back to those waiting. Ordering was a breeze and the staff was friendly. We ordered By the Piece instead of Group Packs or Individual Combo's. We ordered 4-10 piece wings which came with two sauces per 10 pieces. So with 40 bone in wings we ordered the Atomic Sauce, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Spicy Korean and Louisiana Rub. We also ordered the Seasoned and Voodoo Fries to go. Those were a huge hit! Ordering almost complete but we still had at least a 45 - 60 minute wait so we decided to order something to snack on. We ordered Cajun Fried Corn with Fry seasoning and their Cajun seasoning plus an order of Louisiana Voodoo Fries served with cheese sauce, ranch and the Cajun seasoning. We devoured both and really loved the seasonings provided for the corn and fries. Soon after our corn and fries were gone our name was called. The group loved the variety of sauces and the nicely breaded wings. Everything disappeared quickly, everyone's faces and fingers were sauce covered and all the bags were empty. Everyone was happy and full so I felt like the visit was successful. We'll definitely be back but we'll call in the order to avoid the lengthy wait. That was our fault for not being prepared. read more
