This might be the worst Wingstop location I've ever visited, and I've ordered from many other locations. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time, yet when I arrived, I was told it was still being prepared and would take another 15-20 minutes because "it takes 40-50 minutes to prepare." Meanwhile, the app and my order confirmation stated a 16-21 minute carryout time. To make matters worse, it was just a small order. I asked them to cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait, as I was on my lunch break. They agreed to cancel it, which I have recorded for this very reason, but they never followed through. Usually Wing Stop is one of our favorite places to eat wings; however, this particular location completely messed up our order. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings and we were given lemon pepper. Instead of making our wings properly, they refried the lemon wings and then covered them with the garlic Parmesan. Not a pleasant flavor combination. I guess they don't realize the lemon flavor remains on the wings even after recooking them. We were not impressed and figured that it wasn't worth the argument. We won't be returning to this location, nor do we recommend eating at this location. I wonder if they teach their employees this to keep their food costs low. Wings! And more wings!! We had been talking about wings all day so now we really wanted wings!! This was our first visit here so unsure what to expect. Comfortable dining room with seating for approximately 70-75, 5 TVs, and if crowded, very loud if you have to wait or decide to dine in. Not so loud with a minimal crowd. The place was packed with in-house diners and carry out's steadily going out the door. We just popped in on a Friday night hoping we could zip in and out. I know! What were we thinking and yes, currently a 45-60 minute wait but we opted to wait. We really wanted wings to take back to those waiting. Ordering was a breeze and the staff was friendly. We ordered By the Piece instead of Group Packs or Individual Combo's. We ordered 4-10 piece wings which came with two sauces per 10 pieces. So with 40 bone in wings we ordered the Atomic Sauce, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Spicy Korean and Louisiana Rub. We also ordered the Seasoned and Voodoo Fries to go. Those were a huge hit! Ordering almost complete but we still had at least a 45 - 60 minute wait so we decided to order something to snack on. We ordered Cajun Fried Corn with Fry seasoning and their Cajun seasoning plus an order of Louisiana Voodoo Fries served with cheese sauce, ranch and the Cajun seasoning. We devoured both and really loved the seasonings provided for the corn and fries. Soon after our corn and fries were gone our name was called. The group loved the variety of sauces and the nicely breaded wings. Everything disappeared quickly, everyone's faces and fingers were sauce covered and all the bags were empty.
