If there was a way to write a review with 0 starts believe me I would do so. Not only is this place staffed with employees who have zero to no training in customer service what so ever, my question is how hard is it to make chicken and hand it out with a smile on your face to the deserving customer. I placed an online order which totaled up to $50+. I processed the payment online and 20 minutes later was excited for some chicken. When I arrived I waited in line with only 1 customer in front of me for about 10 minutes, once it was my turn to go up, the associate decided out of all other employees she had to be the one to pick up the phone. Without even asking for a minute as I stepped up she just picked up the phone and had me wait for a gruesome 10 more minutes. If that wasn't enough to throw my experience out the window, in the end they did not allow me to pick up my order because the name was different on the card then my ID. Obviously same last name and address, but they just would not let me go with my chicken. Of course a line began to form behind me and the associate began to apply pressure towards me telling me that I would have to pay an additional $50 to take home my order and that I would have to call corporate to receive the first $50+ I have initially paid for my chicken. So $100 for a small family sharing of chicken. Ridiculous. They showed no remorse and made it seem as if this whole thing was my fault. The worst part is 2 weeks later after numerous calls to corporate, I have yet to receive my refund for $50+ and they keep giving me the run around saying that it's the stores fault per corporate and they should have just gave me the chicken, I don't see how that helps my situation 1 bit. Save yourself the hassle, it's hard to find parking in this complex anyways. If your already there try chipotle, jersey mikes, or in-n-out instead. If you really want wing stop make your way to the Rancho Cucamonga location at least there I have never experienced any problems. And don't use credit card to pay. Lames terms this place sucks. Avoid at all costs! Crooks. Thanks for your time. Save yourself the regret. read more

Wingstop in Rialto offers a variety of chicken wings and sides - perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. This American International Chain lives up to its reputation, providing a laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to dig in and enjoy. While cleanliness might not be their top priority (expect to see remnants of previous diners), the focus is clearly on the food. And the food delivers! The wings are the undisputed star of the show, available in both classic and boneless varieties. The flavor selection is extensive, promising something for everyone. My personal experience with the garlic parmesan wings was a resounding success - they were bursting with flavor and incredibly satisfying. The chicken tenders are another highlight, boasting a delightful crispy exterior and a juicy interior. Don't skip the fries either, they're the ideal crispy and golden companion to the wings. Budget-wise, expect to spend between $20 and $30 for a fulfilling meal, a price point that feels quite fair for the portion sizes and quality. Service is adequate; not particularly memorable, but friendly and welcoming enough. Overall, Wingstop in Rialto is a great option for those seeking a casual, no-fuss dining experience focused on delicious wings and comfort food classics. If you're looking for a place to unwind, indulge in flavorful wings, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with friends, Wingstop is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a potentially less-than-spotless environment and you'll be set for a tasty and satisfying meal. read more

I swear i laugh at some of the comments on here. First of all its a new location so obviously theres gonna be new employees that know the system or are in training. Second some of you need to freaking understand that the cashiers do say the WAIT TIME!!! it does take time to cook wings and not only that theres other customers ahead of you so if you are complaining about 10 wings to wait for 30 mins or more then go home and cook them yourself. Its called Common sense! Have patience for the new store and the people that work there. If you think you can do there job then go ahead and apply they are hiring, i could guarantee some of you will definitely stay hush. I believe the place will get better every store will have its downs and ups.. read more

Food is really good but the service at this location is TERRIBLE. I had to wait 30 mins for takeout with only one other table in the restaurant waiting, which they neglected to tell me until AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID. All of the tables were dirty, the people at checkout were rude as hell, one of the associates was bragging about giving her grandma free extra food, and that same girl locked the key to the ladies room key in the bathroom! And no one had an extra key! I had to pee so bad while I was waiting that I used the mens restroom instead and the door was stuck. On top of that it was FILTHY. I will never come here again. read more

Not usually my typical spot, but since it was so close to my work i decided to give it a try. The lady who helped me, Nayely, was so helpful and very polite. One of the best people i have ever encountered. She has such great customer service, which really made up for a long day working that 9 to 5. If only everyone were like her, despite it being a rush, they still managed to give my order earlier than expected and everything was just perfect, especially the fries (that really hit the spot). Would definitely come again, especially since it look like it was a team effort to help get all the orders out on time. read more

This place was great. I ordered a large order for my 'day of football' for me and my friends. It was complicated and I was sure it was going to have an error. To be honest there was one thing wrong but upon a closer look with a staff member it became clear that I had ordered the wrong flavor for one of my wing orders. They were very cool and changed it to the flavor I wanted and I was on my way. The wings were hot, it was fast and the staff was super nice. Great wings. It was a hit for Football Sunday. Now if only my Boys could score a touchdown.... read more

This Wingstop Location is easily the worst location. You can tell that staff do not want to be there and like the other reviewers, my wings were very uneven on sauce. Instead of tossing them in sauce, it appears that they just pour sauce on the wings in the box. This is the second time visiting this location, about a year apart, and it has once again proved to be painfully slow and poor performance. I would suggest trying a different location, as this one will give you the wrong impression of the chain. read more

This place always seems to be busy. I am never let down by the speed of service. They get my order out quickly every time. Not sure if its because its nothing special or unusual. I think its just because they are fast in general. They always have a ton of people coming and picking up orders and leaving very quickly. My meal was great during this last visit. I tried a new flavor that I had never tried and it was pretty good. I'm going to have to start going through all of their flavors. Great visit. read more

This was terrible business I've seen in a while. Firstly they gave away our food to someone else and didn't ask for confirmation. One of the workers gave us attitude after we explained. A simple 15 minute order took an hour and a half. Also when they remade our order they completely messed up with the seasoning and sauce. When we went to explain the issue we were given attitude by the same worker from before. I definitely don't recommend this spot due to the employee experience and the food experience read more

I came by here late last night. It was still very busy and it was almost closing time. I was hungry and didn't want to go someplace else so I ordered and figured I'd be there until closing(20 minutes away). I was surprised as they got my order done in about 10 minutes and it was very hot. The flavors were right on and the people were actually courteous. Usually at this time of night so close to closing time most places are hit and miss(mostly miss). This place was great. read more

Great Wingstop Location! The Rialto Wingstop always comes through! They're super quick, the food is fresh, and my order is always right. The staff is also really friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Honestly, management needs to give these employees some raises and a little more appreciation! They're clearly hardworking and keeping things running smoothly. Good employees deserve to be recognized and taken care of. Keep up the great work, Rialto team! read more

I was back in the area after a few years. I wanted something to eat and I remembered this place. About 3+ years ago I had a bad visit here. Since I wanted wings I thought I would give it a try. It was way different than my last experience. It was fast, hot and the people were nice. I went in thinking it was going to be the same as last time but hoping not and I was happily wrong. It has definitely changed for the better. I will always love their Korean BBQ. read more

Went here not expecting much. Its just chicken after all. Hadn't been to a Wingstop in years. It was pretty darn good! I had the mango habanero bone in wings and they were great. I know Buffs has a similar flavor but its just not as good. The wings were hot and the service was fast. The restroom was clean which is always a good sing of the overall restaurant. I had a very good visit when I thought it was going to be average at best. I will patronize again. read more

I absolutely love coming here, and it has easily become one of my favorite spots! On my recent visit, I tried the lemon pepper chili glaze and it was absolutely delicious--the perfect balance of tangy citrus and a sweet, savory kick. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. Maria went above and beyond to help us, making us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Great food and amazing staff. I will definitely be back soon read more

I wasn't expecting much. It's a Wingstop. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. First off the staff was super nice. My order was ready pretty quickly and it tasted great. It was a really good experience especially when I was just expecting service like everywhere else I go(mediocre). I will be back as they have shown they actually care about their guests. It's nice to be surprised in a good way once in awhile and this was one of those times. read more

I went on National Wing Day. It was sooo busy!!! I thought I had made a mistake going on this day and expected a very long wait time for my order. I was so wrong. It was quick and the team was just cranking out chicken like crazy. There were orders being handed to customers very quickly. They were really on top of their game. Plus my order was well done and did not take long at all. It was cooked perfectly. Great experience. read more

The staff here is so friendly. I was there and there were some very rude people buying chicken. The staff was very professional and got the individuals their order and wished them a good night. I applaud them for not stooping to the level of the rude guests. My food was great! Wings were hot, tasted great and was made fast. I am a sucker for their lemon pepper. I'll be back knowing I will be treated with respect. read more

I was in a rush and had to pick up some food on Easter. This was the only place open in the whole center. I went in expecting to wait a long time. While they were busy(as you could tell by the number of orders they had and the amount of people coming in and out) they were able to get my order out in under 15 minutes. And thats for a 50 piece. Great service. The wings were awesome too. read more

The new sandwich is awesome. I was unable to order it online so I called the restaurant. It seems all of Wingstop is short on chicken sandwiches so you can only order it by calling or in person for now. I love it. It is such a good sandwich for an incredible price. I love the crunch and the bun too! The service was fast and the food was hot. Friendly staff. I had a very good visit. read more
