I know I'm about 2 weeks late writing this review, but I had to make sure I did. Steven at the Wingstop in Port Chester, NY was absolutely amazing. His attitude was so uplifting and positive, and you could genuinely tell he cared about his job and about the customers coming in. I'll be honest -- sometimes the food could be a little fresher at times, but I know when I come in and Steven is there, it's always fresh and made right. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Steven truly stands out. He was welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience better just by the way he treated me. Wingstop is lucky to have someone like him representing their business! read more

So i came here the day after my grandpa died with my favorite friend group, Catherine, Danielle, and Jan the man. This was our first time having wingstop and we were hype asl cus we heard so much good stuff from my friend Dania Pinto who looooves wingstop she is a regular at this location they should have her picture up on the wall for most valued customer but anyway back to my grandpa and jan the man aka jan tello aka JT,, jt would often treat the group to a nice meal and today he thought that wingstop would help me feel better during the loss of my grandfather. when we arrived the person who took our order was really cool I wish I knew his name but the 4 of us instantly connected with him like he was one of our own. he was very chill during the time we took to order since it was our first time and we didn't know what to get we ordered the boneless meal deal 4 flavors lemon pepper, hot honey, bbq, and the Hawaiian one. ngl food was a bit mid it was really salty unless u dipped it in ranch which made the salt settle down a bit. Catherine ordered the cajun corn and it was saltier than my ex who unadded me on everything right after we broke up. i think the only flavor I liked was the lemon pepper would not be my first option ever tho bww better even after the all-you-can-eat nightmare read more

Forgot my fries, wings were completely cold, and the soda was flat. The juices of the wings were everywhere in the bag and the wings had a weird pink color to it. Would NOT recommend. read more

Location was very disorganized with very few employees and I couldn't receive my online order even though it was prepared and I could see it through the pick up window. Not too busy and it was still a 20 minute wait time. The drink station had no lids and none were provided when asked, the sweetened tea was unsweetened, and several parts of my order were missing. I have been to other location with much better quality and ambiance, and I was very disappointed at what I was met with here. read more

I work nearby and this place is always empty. I was the only customer when I came in for lunch. The staff was busy with other things but come to take my order after a minute or two. The good thing was that everything was made fresh, so the wings and fries were hot. The fries were good. The wings were OK, but not amazing. Not as crispy as I would like. The mild sauce was bland, both in heat level and flavor. They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, so lots of drink options if you eat in. If you like Wingstop wings and are in the area you'll do ok, but I've had better elsewhere. read more

Customer service was terrible, the cashier was so rude and was back handed. Never come here.

I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped in. I ordered a two person combo with french fries, Korean barbecue wings, and garlic Parmesan Wings. It came with two sodas and two sauces. I chose blue cheese and ranch. The wings were crispy, and delicious. Loved the spicy Korean barbecue sauce, but equally loved the dry rub garlic Parmesan. My family devoured them. The french fries were very fresh, cut from the potato vertically, with skin on. Very good. The employee working was extremely polite and nice. I heard a woman speaking with him about something she had ordered the previous day being incorrect. She didn't have the receipt to prove it, but he was very respectful, and wanted to make it right. He offered to make her new wings, no charge. His service was outstanding, as was his attitude. I will definitely be back to order more wings. I want to try the entire list. read more

I've ordered from this location a couple times, throughout those times it's been great. Tonight, i order food for me and my husbands family, two 15 piece meals for 4 people.. they forgot 5 wings? How? We called the restaurant and asked if we could get the 5 wings or atleast a refund, they said that they could only give me the 5 wings with no refund. When I get there, i get the wings and they mess it up again. I ordered mild and received BBQ! who EATS BBQ?!?! Environment was ok always dirty. read more

The Wingstop that I went to was rather falling apart. (This may be different for you). So I do not recommend eating at the place, but bringing the food home or getting your food delivered is good. The service was nice and not mean or rowdy. Nothing stood out with the service and it was more average then anything else. Overall the food was really good and totally recommend eating at Wingstop in general. And, in the end, this is just my opinion, so I would recommend trying the place out yourself. read more

Ordered online for my daughter's birthday party and they canceled the order. Called several times. Placed on hold for over 10 mins twice. Received attitude with each employee we spoke with. They never sent email confirmation that it was ready. Then when we picked up the food, they staff placed our to-go bag in the dine-in rack. To top it off they forgot party of the order an had to wait for them to make it. read more

This is my closest location since I live in CT now. So was out for the day and decided to stop in. I ordered a LARGE 10 PC WING COMBO, so incase I didn't finish it I could take it home and have leftovers. I choose lemon pepper boneless wings, and garlic parmesan boneless wings. It came with a soda, fries and two sauces. I picked ranch and blue cheese. The wings were so crispy, and very good. A little salty though, for my taste. But I loved the the flavor on them. I am ashamed to admit it, but they didn't make it home. I killed everything. The french fries were also very good. The staff was very nice. The service was outstanding. Since this is my closest location and it was good. I will definitely be back again. Plus there are so many other flavors I didn't try. Next up is HICKORY SMOKED BBQ and CAJUN! read more

So I came and decided to give wingstop another chance againnnn because I was craving wings and I got tired of BWW.. So I ordered it through Uber Eats but I went to do pick up and I told my BF to go in for me to get it and to make sure everything was there because every single time I ordered from here literally, I was missing items and I couldn't even get to there because I always Uber eats except this one time I went for pick up but i had work ina couple of minutes so I didn't bother to check .. And yea I was missing some items but today it was all good ! They did their thing but I ain't like the drink and I got a lemonade and I thought it was gonna be sour or sweet but it didn't taste like neither of those and it tasted weird so I went to AMC and bought a soda lol but I liked it today read more

Ok wings.. my friend told me this place was better than BWW so I thought I'd give them a shot after my trip to Costco nearby. Ordered the Original hot buffalo wings "that made them famous", Garlic Parmesan and spicy Korean. Guessing they'd be close to the flavors at BWW. The original were standard mild wings.. aka white ppl spicy lol. Ok nothing special. The garlic parm was prob the best but not saying much. Korean one was just sweet and soy sauce and very blah. Overall good if you're ordering wings on a night other than BWW Tuesday bogo wings special. Is a dollar a wing here and that's a respectable price compared to BWW normally bloated wings price. Overall, if I'm craving wings I'd wait till Tuesday bogo deal. read more

It's hard to believe anyone could give this place five stars (unless they work there or have friends or relatives working there: but notice a pattern by sorting these from recent to oldest - the five star reviews seem to come after a series of bad ones... maybe they're sincere but that pattern seems a bit artificial). We've given the place a chance many times since 2018. Occasionally some things seemed to improve - only to get twice as bad as they were within a couple of visits. Simply stated, they get their orders wrong, often omitting things you've PAID for, the staff is exceptionally rude: they don't want to work there, they shut down things and "run out" of food items an hour or two before closing, and the food is inconsistent - the soda machine always low on flavors or soda brands, the ice is always out, and the napkins / paper towels poorly supplied. For a chain, it's surprising this place runs as pitifully as it does. If you're stuck with a need for good wings in the area, like we were after cancelling an order following a horrible incident that finally sealed the deal for us with Wingstop, try Clydesdale Pub, just two minutes away: it had been highly recommended for years by people who were skipping Wingstop altogether but we hadn't tried it. Ask for their Thai Chili wings, and never look back. Wingstop is like a third world anarchy. It's Thunderdome. read more

Ordered 2 (4) pc tenders and 2 fries online. Got home after pickup and found only 1 order of chicken. Tried calling several times, went to an answering service. Finally got through. Was on hold for 17 minutes so I called back. Was then told whoever picked up the order only took 1 bag there were 2. I told the woman, I was the one who picked up the order and there was only 1 bag not 2. I'm sure there was supposed to be 2, but there wasn't. Had I known the actual size of their containers I would have known the order wasn't all there. I was told to call back and yell at the manager. I was not yelling on the phone. I should have known. The operation looked like I was watching the keystone cops. The tenders and fries were only mediocre. Not going back read more

Wingstop - Wings keep getting smaller and didnt request all drumsticks! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Port Chester, New York

Looks like there's a new upstart kid on the block! Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner better keep good count of their chickens because Wingstop has hatched in town. The main difference is that Wingstop doesn't have a bar nor 50 TV screens showing every sport on Earth. On-line ordering is convenient and pick-up was fast because the place was empty when we got there during lunch. We'll have to see how they fare during a real lunch rush. Bone-in wings were a little scrawny and what they call boneless wings are basically white meat nuggets which are decent sized. Your choice of a whole bunch of different sauces (similar to BWW) ranging from surface of the sun hot to smoky and sweet. Your choices: Atomic Hickory Smoked BBQ Mango Habanero Lemon Pepper Cajun Garlic Parmesan Original Hot Hawaiian Louisiana Rub Teriyaki Mild (Blah) With combo bone-in and boneless meals, you can get a mix of sauces to try. You also get a choice of dipping sauces: Ranch, Bleu Cheese & Honey Mustard (though they forgot to put it in my bag). The seasoned fries were pretty good and they also had a choice of seasonings: Regular, Parmesan & Cajun. There are a lot of options on the on-line menu, so we'll have to try a lot of combinations to sort out our favorites. read more

Not gon hold u bruh but these wings were bootycheeks. I was excited to start eating them wings, but i was dissapointed. You coulda at least put some more flavor and salt into them fries, them shits tasted like you took some left over fries and put some buffalo and ranch on them. Y'all play too much, everything on them plates tasted like two cans of bounce that ass. I ate ts cus i didn't wanna starve the kids in africa. That ranch was rancid on word. Ts wasn't even ranch fr. Ion even know what service or ambiance means but u making me put it. Anyways, don't order the barbecue boneless wings bc ts sucks. If u desperate then maybe the hawaiian ones but you still gon throw up. I appreciate the effort, and I also appreciate you helping me realize that maybe everything on tiktok isn't good. I put those last two photos to make you realize how ANGRY i was at how bad those wings were. Thank you, plz get better cookers or change your recipe. read more

They'll have absolutely no soda options left because they never refill the machines, every single time 6. They'll either be out of blue cheese or ranch, whichever one you order. Temporarily closed?!?!?! I was feening for some wings today and y'all are closed. Very disappointed

First off the address that Yelp lists for this location is incorrect. When I tried calling for directions and correct address I received no answer. Called twice and the phone just rang out so I assumed that they must've been very busy. Well when I finally got to the restaurant I found it empty and almost thought it was closed. When I entered I saw no staff member at the counter. When I walked in further I heard conversation and laughter coming from the back. Once I could be seen by the staff a female walked towards ma and requested my order. She then informed me that it would be about a 15 minute wait once I paid. She immediately returned back to the back kitchen area and the laughter continued. I could also see one staff member who I believe was the cook having a bite to eat while they continued their loud conversation that included curses. I assumed that there was no manager onsite but I could be wrong. The level of customer service definitely needs improvement. read more

Wingstop - R u working or having lunch? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Port Chester, New York

The food hits if it is prepared as such. If you see ur fries look old and not hot, ask for new ones. Do not be shy. They will give u new ones. This is not the place you trust and confide in. Everytime I leave this location im always always missing a sauce. I check everytime time now and I'm still missing sauces. Or an item. If I'm getting Wingstop I know I'm going to take my time to check my food before I leave. It's a must you should do too. I never realized how important a staff can be to a fast food place such as this. I've been coming to this location since it opened, the original staff was exceptional at preparing the food. These guys made this place the go to spot. However the new staff leave much...TOO much to be desired, and it gets worse each time. This night specifically was one of the worse experiences I've had at any establishment! Our food took almost 20 minutes to come out, we had 2 couples come in after us and get their food first. That was the first red flag, the 2nd is when both couples returned to the front desk and said their orders were wrong. After dealing with both sets of customers the two girls behind the desk realized they missed out order and scrambled to get ours ready. The wings had maybe a teaspoon of sauce per wing, and the fries came out black...black. I brought those fries back faster then someone could blink and asked for a new batch. A new batch was made and brought to the table. On the service it seemed like the order was salvaged despite the wings being poorly made. Man was I wrong...the new batch of fries were not even cooked. I probley wont return here for a long while. I can hardly deal with the two coworkers they play kissy poopoo in the corner, although highly uncomfortable i can deal with it if the food comes put normal. However this last visit was just awful, and the group of angry customers gathered at the front all but confirmed how awful it's gotten. I would give 1 star, but the old staff was so good back in their day that I'd graciously tack on an extra star despite how awful the service has become. read more

The food was really good, the workers were simple and did there job (average). We tried the mango habanero which was spicy and sweet (delicious) and the Cajun flavor which was full of different spices was spicy was really good too as well! Don't believe these bad reviews. For a long time I never tried this place because of what people wrote in Yelp. On a chance, my friends ordered these for NFL football Sunday and, to our surprise, it was absolutely delicious and the delivery through GrubHub was relatively fast. I'm convinced there are some locals in Port Chester who will write terrible reviews on any successful chain restaurant. There is a REASON there are multiple Wing Stops throughout New York. The reason is because they are pretty good. Here is what I ordered: 1) classic hot wings - Flats 2) mango habanero wings - flats 3) fries with regular seasoning read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. *This review is from a GrubHub delivery* We ordered wings for 2 (15 wings), with Cajun fries and an extra order of blue cheese dip. The order was supposed to be delivered at 8:50, kept changing and when it hit 10:30 I contacted grubhub and it was finally delivered at 9:55. The fries were cold and hard, the wings were cold and shriveled up, and the extra blue cheese we paid for was missing. This is the worst wings ordering experience I've ever had. The food was terrible/inedible (I'm also guessing not food safe because they weren't kept at a temperature appropriate for serving) and purchased menu items were missing. I repeat, do not order here. read more

I drove 30 minutes with my friends to try Wingstop for the first time and they did NOT disappoint. We walked in and the kind man at the register, Steven, immediately welcomed us and took our order. The store was spotless and service was impeccable. The ambiance was comforting and welcoming. We were told the food would take 15 minutes and it took less than 10. Not only that, it tasted absolutely amazing. Best wings i've ever had. We enjoyed our food and Steven asked us how we liked it. We told him it was amazing and he was so polite and happy to hear it. Throughout the meal he asked if we needed anything, and always made sure we were taken care of. Before we left we talked for a while longer and promised him we'd be back. Steven should win World's best employee and everyone at this Wingstop location deserves a raise. We need more Steven's in this world. He is so pure and kind-hearted. I find these negative reviews hard to believe! My son and his friends adore Wingstop (Port Chester)!

The food is mediocre. My 14 year old son enjoys the chicken wings, so I get them once/week. The option is to not order in advance, but rather go there and sit and wait 15 minutes for fast food. The other option is to call them. No matter the time of day (it is now 4pm - certainly not prime time) they never answer the phone. It rings and rings and rings. One time when I couldn't get through I drove over there and they hadn't opened for the day??? So I thought they had closed down for good (wouldn't be a surprise given their service issues) but miraculously they were open the next day. Maybe someone called in sick and there was no backup staff? Anyway, I've now been trying forever to get through. Beyond aggravating! read more

My husband has been dying to find good wings in the Area and we made it a Friday night quest to find good wings. He had read a comparison between wings over (love it!) and this sad, sad excuse for food. This was so bad that I spit it out. The sauce was thick, cold and congealed. The fries were cold. Shame on you, Wingstop. Shame. I would only eat this if there was a zombie apocalypse and eating this would keep me safe from being a zombie. On second thought, I would become a zombie. read more
