My company has eaten wing stop all over the US we decided to try the one in port Arthur...y'all this place is trash. It's clean, so that's not the problem. Service is slow people that came in 10 minutes after us and were being shoved to the front of the line it's just a shoddy ran place. everything is over cooked and heavily over salted I mean half a salt shaker on just our fries. I have never in my life seen so much salt dumped on food our fries were solid white from so much salt. They dumped extra salt on "everything" they dumped extra hard salt in even the wing sauces. Y'all ever eat a wing where every bite you were crunching salt, it was like a mouth full of sand. If we had the choice I'm pretty sure we would choose a frozen TV dinner over this place. The service is terrible and food mediocre. The attitude of the staff is usually now horrendous. I most likely won't be back for quite a while. They need to fire the guys that work the night shift. They always messing up my order! They coming in high or they're not paying attention, but this has happened to me 3 times. My husband ordered takeout online. The wait time was 12 minutes longer upon arrival. I was not given a receipt at pick up. The lady Handed me the bag & ripped off the receipt with out confirming the contents of the order. They had quite a line so I didn't open the bag and confirm.
