The employees at this location are unprofessional. We ordered a 10 piece meal at 10:55 pm. It is currently 11:37 pm as I am typing this and we still have not received our meal. My wife just told me that they lost the ticket and just now found it. So I guess we're going to be waiting for another 25 minutes before we get our meal. Never again. Until last night, I would give this place a 4/5 because the food was great, even with the awful service. However, I watched the employees fry frozen Tyson chicken wings, straight from the Kroger bag, after placing an online order and hour before. The young men working were very nice, but management needs to be held accountable for telling them it's ok to go buy frozen chicken from the grocery store next door. I really hope this location gets itself together. Until now, the food has been great! But when you order on line and you get the typical wait time - you tend to go by what the location gives you. My wait time said 20 minutes. Why wasn't I told that before paying? 7:50, ask them if they are almost done, guy says it's coming up. 8 comes up and they put an order out and there is nothing on the line. I waited 30 min, no one said anything. I asked them if I can just get a refund since they haven't even started my order. Still not a word. No apology, no explanation. Although the wings are typically good, customer service is always nonexistent! They refuse to answer the phone and when they do, you are placed on hold and they never return. I have been to this location on several occasions and there's never a management presence!! I have tried this place three times. Each time was more disappointing than the last. The staff seems as if they would rather be somewhere else. Attitudes galore. First time my order was wrong and cold. Second time the hot wings look like they were swimming in blood the sauce was so red. If I was reviewing Wingstop on the food alone, it would be closer to a 4 or 5. But the service at this location is terrible. And today takes the cake, lights it on fire, and watches it burn in the street. I tried to place a call in order and was asked to hold. Sure, no problem. 20 minutes later, I hang up and call back. The employee pick up, while screaming to someone in the back, "I'm losing my patience!" before rudely saying "Hello." I inform her I need to place a quick order and have been on hold for 20 minutes. At this point I hear the phone hit the counter. That's the last thing I hear. I hang up and call back. The phone is answered, followed by a familiar sound, of it hitting the counter. I'm on my way to the store, as I'm heading to work and was going to pick up just 8 wings on the way. I try calling a few more times, and the line is busy. I pull up to the store and to my utter shock. There are two people sitting a table eating, another man walking in the door, and that's it. I try calling again as I walk in, and get a busy signal. I see one of their two phones sitting on the counter, with my phone number showing on the caller ID. I approach the counter and ask if they have any wings ready to go, and when she informs me no, I respond, "Oh, well I was left on hold for 20 minutes, and when I called back you put the phone down right there where it's still sitting and on so I couldn't place my order." The employee proceeds to yell to the back that she's going on break, picks up her phone, WHICH IS ALREADY ON FACETIME WITH HER BOYFRIEND. She proceeds to tell him to come pick her up and says, "I'm DONE." I respond with, "Good. You should be." As I leave, because I have to get to work. This is followed by her screaming at me on my way out the door to get in my car. This location has some great food and some really good workers. But 9 times out of 10. You wait entirely too long, they're understaffed, or they just incredibly rude. I love their Louisiana Dry Rub wings. But the Olive Branch location needs to reconsider how much they like being open for business. Because with employees like her, they won't be open for much longer. But hey, if you like being told 14 minutes til your food is ready, and then having to wait 45. And you don't mind some of the worst customer service you've every experienced...... you might get some good wings..... well, if they could get the order right. Save yourself the trouble. I guess the reviews didn't lie! Ordered online and went to pick up. Waited over 45 minutes and they were unable to issue a refund as we did the order online. No discount offered for wait time. Got home and I realized I was missing half my order. Called to let them know and they still couldn't issue me a refund for food I didn't receive. They told me to call corporate Monday as this was Saturday and they could help me then... how can you keep my money all weekend if you didn't give me the food? Glad to see the lousy BBQ locale be replaced by this place. A small branch compared to the Winchester or Poplar franchises, their cooked to order method is good. Seems these folks are more geared to take out orders, as you don't have a waste basket for dine-in customers. You just leave the trash on the table after you're done. If the staff isn't on top of bussing tables, you will have a tough time finding a clean table. Dine in orders take an average of 10-12 minutes to be prepared. The wings are on the smallish side, not as minuscule as D-Bo's, but these are far from turkey or ostrich wings. The flavors aren't as varied as other places, but you can get them sauced up or seasoned (like the Parmesan); even small combos gets two choices for flavors. It isn't as noisy loud as Buffalo Wild Wings, and the container of Bleu Cheese is ample. read more

My God almighty I cannot believe how little they had it together tonight. We are talking next level unpreparedness. If management does not make changes soon this does not bode well for them. This was like night and day compared to the times I have gone here before. They didn't even know if I paid or not and told me that it was between me and God if I paid. Another guy was openly complaining about how long he had been waiting, the cook was being loud about how he wasn't staying one minute past the time he supposed to get off and as soon as the clock hits, hes out. Many people waiting around for food 15 minutes before they closed. I have never seen that many people in there waiting for food. The two people on the register both making mistakes and asking for help and the manager ended up screwing my payment up and let me go without paying 3 dollars. My order was $12.84 and I gave 10 bucks cash and he screwed up and he said I could go without paying the rest on my card. My fries were cold, I didn't get my extra ranch which I had paid for. I just can't believe it and before, just a few months back, they only had 2 guys working in there at night and they were top notch and were on the ball. Tonight they had 4 or 5 employees and it was just pure chaos and hectic. I would have been embarrassed working here with these folks like literally I would have felt ashamed. Wingstop in Olive Branch is my least favorite Wingstop. On several occasions they have failed to complete my order. I ordered 1 - 20 pc, and 2 - 15 pc wings with 2 fries. When order was picked up the 20 pc had 15 wings and 1 of my 2 fries were missing. I received 4 ranches when 6 should have come with the order. Staff did not answer phone for 1.5 hours and refused to charge back for the missing items. The wait time is ridiculous and when order is online they didn't start order until I arrived to pick it up. I have been to a lot of wing places in Desoto county and this was a WONDERFUL experience. The mango hab. Are by far my favorite flavor there. The staff was very helpful and great when it came to making me feel welcomed there and with their customer service. I even got a chance to speak with the GM, I believe her name was Jamie, she was so pleasant and nice when I payed her and her staff a compliment. She thanked me and of course asked if they could help me with anything further. LOVED LOVED THIS OLIVE BRANCH WINGSTOP!!!! I arrived a few minutes after the suggested arrival time, gave my online order name, and paid for my food. The cashier checked the ready orders and didn't grab one of them, so I sat and waited for my order. Customers came and went and each time the staff checked the orders, some stayed, some went with the customers. I assumed they were busy and mine would be ready soon. After 20 minutes I asked where my order was. The cashier asked my name again, checked the orders and grabbed mine. It was ready the whole time. I wasted 20 minutes of my weekend night. The food was cold when I got it home. The food is normally good (when fresh) but this type of customer service is inexcusable. Wing Stop needs to step up its game. I wish I'd reviewed this Wingstop before stopping in for lunch at 12:30 ... which is lunch rush right? There were approximately 4-5 people who ordered ahead of me so I was in line for a while. No problem with being in line; Wingstop is generally busy at lunchtime. The entire time I spent in line there was only one girl in the kitchen and no one cooking. By the time I reached the cash register there was still no cook. I asked the cashier who was cooking and she advised the girl in the kitchen ... who still had not gone to the stove. So I stepped aside to wait. Three more people ordered and still the girl had not gone to the stove. She moved from one end of the kitchen to a cubby hole...still not cooking. So I stepped up to the cashier and asked again who's cooking. She said the girl to which I replied she is not cooking. The girl heard me and slowly meandered to the stove and SLOWLY dropped some chicken into a fryer. By that time I could tell I would not be getting my food for some time. So I asked for a refund from a man who appeared into the kitchen. He went to the girl and asked about my order; he came back saying my order was up next. I explained that all these people sitting waiting were ahead of me and the girl had not even begin to cook their orders. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Please, if you do not want to be upset, spend your money and time elsewhere. I stopped by at 2:30 and placed an order for 50 wings this past weekend to be picked up at 1830. I arrived at the establishment 10 minutes early, order was not ready. When order finally got ready I trusted that it was complete (especially since I gave them a 4 hour notice) wrapped up the end of my bag and drove home. After checking my order I discovered that 20 pieces were missing. I immediate called and was told to come back and they will complete the order. When I arrived all I met was hostility from I guess the shift manager telling me that she had spoken with her manager and was told that she could not give me the additional 20 pieces and that I had to take it up with corporate. I asked if she could get her manager on the phone and she stated "she can't just be calling her manager because she had already cursed her out once for trying to get some guidance on what to do about the rest of my order". Needless to say, I left the store without my order. That was my first and last time at WingStop. In addition, I will continue to tell others not to patronize that store. Backtrack: The lady on the cashier when I placed the order was very rushy and the gentleman preparing the order was extremely rude. One of them screamed out in a nasty tone "if she didn't want her order until 6:30 why didn't she call it in. He went back and searched the orders and i noticed his pants were around his knees. Come on dude, you are working in food prep/customer service, pants around your knees and can't comprehend English. Came in one night was greeted by the cashier name was something like a nesha , it was her in two others. I was quickly informed by the cashier that my order was given out to the wrong person because both of our names were JOSHUA I ordered online , while the other person ordered call in or pick up maybe.
