I just wanted to give Hiawatha 5 stars!! She greeted me with a huge smile and got my order to me correct and hot!! This place needed her energy! Hats off to you Ms. Hiawatha!!! Thank you read more

Rude. Girl at front counter just acted like she hated her job and definitely didn't want to take anyones order. I can get past decent food with good customer service, but decent food is destroyed by rudeness. read more

Ordered $92.00 worth of wings and sides, drove 20miles into town just to drive 20miles home to find out they didn't put all of it there. Should have checked before I left but I didn't! Will not be giving this store anymore of my money!!!! I don't recommend this store to anyone!!! read more

We ordered online and it said it would take 28 minutes, not bad. Then we get there and go in to get it, the order wasn't printed. They hadn't started it and it was 30 minutes later, we had to wait another 20 minutes. No apologies. Then we purchase extra dips and when we were given the bag and asked about the dips we were told they were in there. They weren't so we had to go back and ask for them, good thing we checked before we left. Still no apology from the workers. The people here do not have any job satisfaction, we might go to midlands wingstop from now on just from this experience. read more

1) Japanese? Definitely got the wrong type of food there homies. 2) Ehh... sad that this location didn't meet my expectations for the Wing-stop I have experienced in Dallas. But it filled the immediate craving for the time. The hostess at the front desk was extremely unattentive and rude and I had to hold my tongue not to let her know that... my friend asked for ketchup and she didn't even blink because she was engrossed in her phone.. so customer service was definitely a no-no! Probably won't be back, ever. read more

Apparently none of the staff know how to put in a coupon. Then they conveniently say they can't put in the coupon because it's not printed out... sounds lazy to me. Waited an hour for my food afterwards. Not worth it in my opinion. You'd be better off going to the other location. read more

Wing Stop famous for their flavorful wings, wings were great perfectly sauced and fries were homemade and perfectly made, not too seasoned or salty, my only complaint is they don't seem to great with customer service or keeping their dining room cleaned for that matter, if your lucky enough to dine in here (only about 7 tables available) your likely to clean it off on your own and ask them to wipe it off with a cloth. Excellent wings, encourage you to carry it out tho. read more

Soggy fries, soggy chicken. Wouldn't mind paying the ridiculous prices if the food was halfway decent. We only eat here maybe twice a year, we always think it's going to be good because it's good everywhere else but no, just like any other food place in Odessa- lower your standards or just cook at home. read more

Ugh.. just don't even bother coming to this location. RUDE staff takes forever to get your order (even if you ordered and paid in advance) they still manage to mess up the order. read more

I don't know why this place gets a bad rap. I've always had pretty good luck with this location

They are closing early then they supposed to. And ran off someone and said they had no more fries.

Manager on duty Sydney was very rude after they messed up my order. Came back inside to get it fixed after waiting past quoted time and she was upset that I did so. Was missing a wing and seasoning and she proceeded to talk in the kitchen about how it was such an issue as if I wasn't standing directly in front of her, again after they messed up. Paid extra for more seasoning and asked them to add it onto the wings and that was also an issue for her and she refused. Highly disappointed considering wingstop is one of my favorite places. read more

Ordered online, showed up 5 mins before supposed to be ready. Fries were cold, bbq wings look like the squeezed bbq sauce on them after they put them in the basket. They expected us to take our wings to go and not notice until we got home. Rude service. I will be going to Midland next time to get wings. read more

Not sure why they only have 2 stars right now, but the employees were very nice and respectful. It took only 14 mins to get our food and this was after 5:45pm on a weekday so you would think it would be a longer wait time during that time of day. Food was delicious too. read more

Same great wings and fries you expect from a Wingstop. I ate in and the tables were dirty. The waitstaff was friendly and the service was fast. read more

Would give zero stars if I could! First of all super slow, rude and dirty. Hair in our food after it was the wrong order. When addressed to employee over the phone (Luca) lied about there being an employee with long blonde hair. Spoke to manager which didnt give a shit and was rude. This is not the Texan way. Will never return and dont wate your time or money. read more

I would give zero stars if I could!! We had a large order and it was so wrong! Missing several items and some of the chicken was raw. We called and the assistant manager was extremely rude and didn't really want to be bothered by me. I show up to get what was missing and it was STILL WRONG!! The assistant manager, Theresa would not even speak with me. I'll never go back here. When we were leaving with our messed up order for the 2nd time the man who cooked the chicken was saying rude stuff about myself and my sister and all of the employees were laughing. This place is so unprofessional! Go somewhere else!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service ! Will not go back! Ordered food over the app. It said 45 minute wait. My husband waited another 45 minutes for it to be ready. We live four blocks away and the food was cold, burned and fries were soggy. I called the manager on duty and told her my food was cold and burned and she called me a liar that she cooks in the kitchen and she doesn't burn chicken. Terrible service. read more

Horrible service and rude. When calling in they don't listen very well and tend to act as if they are ignoring you. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. Just unprofessional and not worthy to get business from a hard working individual!!! read more

Ordered in store 80 dollars worth of food. Waited 50 minutes for our food and finally asked and the whole time the food was sitting there and no one had called our name or anything. And I mean we were sitting right in front of the register doing nothing. We would have heard it. All the food is cold and looks like crap. The counter girl was too worried about doing her makeup i guess at the register. Don't go here. Thanks for the horrible experience "manager" read more

They take forever to take your order and you can't say they are busy they are whole of them waiters chit chatting and on there phones....

No one has better wings in this town then Wingstop! Deep fried deliciousness! Lemon pepper and original are my favorite flavors! The fries are seasoned and delicious natural cut! The one on 42nd is very small and crowded! The one on west county is roomier and nicer! read more

Excellent Customer Service in person and over the phone! delicious taste Like no where else!!! Awesome very satisfy

This is the third time I order from this place online and the app says it will be ready at such time and every single time of my visit after I come to pick up my order when it's supposed to be ready I have to wait in the parking lot an additional 20-30 minutes. The 3 times HAS HAPPENED. I give up on you Wingstop @ Odessa 42nd st read more

I moved to Odessa recently due to my husbands work. This wingstop was much better than the ones from where I lived! The chicken and fries were both cooked well but not too dry and they were seasoned but not overly so. Very pleased with them! read more

Food is horrible and the people are terrible. The fries were old and the wings tasted like they were pulled straight from the garbage can. Talked to the manager and he said "order something better next time". read more

The BEST wings in town! Fries can't be beat and neither can there original hot wings or lemon pepper wings! You can wash it down with an ice cold beer or sweet tea! This place is always clean and the staff are always friendly!!! read more

Honestly I love wingstop fries just to start off ... but the service isn't great at all... they had lots of people standing around waiting for their order... while bags and orders were sitting on the shelf under the heater... I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes just for my order 15 piece and fries ... I had to get up and go to the window and ask if them orders was done she said yes ... I asked well you got people standing here waiting and y'all aint calling out orders ... I had to take my order and my friends order ... besides that sitting under the heater in them thick paper bags ...it don't heat the wings it heats the bag.. my fries were cold and she put no seasoning like I asked ..my wings were cold.. the customer service wasn't good ... the cashiers were taking their sweet time ... and if I asked for a replacement it would of been another 1:10... I worked at hooters .. if it took that long to make orders and leave them and they get cold like that I'd be in trouble .... get it together management.. heck management didn't even care he stepped out looked around ... like he coked out... the workers are rude ..the food is bad ..corporate need to go in there and fix that place ... read more

The flavors on these chicken wings really lack favor compared to the Wingstop on West County Road. The chicken bone-in wings are way too dry which means they were probably deep frying the wings for too long. The wait on the wings are also extremely long. A walk in usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes. read more
