The service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean, but I absolutely did not like the wings. I got the bqq, garlic parm, and mango habanero ones. The bqq was just not good - not sweet, a weird kind of sour taste. The garlic parm was good but very lightly seasoned. The mango ones were good but kind of dry. This was my first time at wingstop in years. I had a coupon and decided why not try it out, but honestly I don't plan to be back any time soon. read more

I've always thought I was lucky given the number of burger places in the neighborhood. Now, I'll have to add wings to the list. Within a 2-mile radius, 3 popular eateries specialize in wings: Buffalo Wild Wings, Detroit Wing Company, and Wing Stop. The latter is the newest; I noticed it a few months ago. Wing Stop is mostly set up for pick-up, although there are a few tables at the front. A large counter that opens up into the spacious kitchen greets each guests. I had placed the order online for pick-up. Apparently, delivery is also available. I selected the 10-piece classic combo with Hawaiian and Maple Sriracha sauces. Along with these wings, I also had cheese fries. I'm glad I got the fries since they filled me up, as the wings were smaller than what I am accustomed to. Also, they were mostly drums instead of my preferred flats. However, both the sauces were flavorful. One was sweet, while the other was a bit spicy. The fries were better, though. They were thin but tender, with a nice cheese sauce. My other complaint is that the online order system indicated that this location has a Coke Freestyle machine. It doesn't - it just has a basic self-serve fountain machine. Service was quick and friendly - a bright spot in this restaurant. read more

Tuesday after 7pm stopped by to grab a quick carry out. Friendly staff, slow process overall waited for 10 wings and fries about 20-25 min. Good sauce but the wings itself were too dry. Clean cool vibe all around the place. read more

Boneless wings are great taste. Crispy outside, tender inside. Fast service and polite. The garlic Parmesan is great and the buffalo sauce is spicy but not over powering. read more

Every single time I order online on Uber eats or the website and my order is completely wrong. There's no seasoning on the chicken no seasoning on the fries. This is getting very disappointing. This used to be my favorite Wingstop to go to because it's super close by and I can place an online order and go pick it up or it'll be to my house if I order it online for delivery by the time I'm done getting ready to settle in for the night. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's getting quite frustrating because I spend $20 on a meal that's not worth anything because it's wrong every time the last four times read more

We started coming to this one after going to the one on 6 Mile & Grand River, then the one in Livonia on Schoolcraft & Middlebelt. The first is better than the second but this location is the best I've had. It's always fresh and they're always nice. We have to wait a few minutes sometimes but we don't mind, just means the food is being made fresh. read more

I arrived 1 hour before they closed, and as soon as I walked in he said to me I don't have fries, boneless or bbq sauce. And I said that's fine I still want to order, he rolled his eyes and he looked annoyed while I was placing my order. He was rude and had the worst attitude ever!!! The I asked for a cup for water and he said I don't have cups. This is my 3rd time coming to this location thinking it would be better but it just gets worse. I normally don't like giving bad reviews but this time it was enough. read more

Great customer service and good food super fresh, and the staff was friendly and overall good vibe walking in !

Thanks for delivering ice cold I mean like they've been in the refrigerator overnight french fries and ice cold wings like they have been in the refrigerator overnight ridiculous waste of money. Perhaps the employees forgot to put the stuff in the oil like they're supposed to it all immediately went in the garbage. I'll never order from here again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in and immediately was told with attitude "if you're ordering it's gonna be a 20/25 minute wait" I asked how about for fries and the guy behind the counter asked what size so I asked how big the small was and he said "it's a small" and scoffed at me. I then asked if this was the place that does the large tray of fries and he asked me "so you want a large?" "What do you want?" I told him that's why I'm asking! Ridiculous 'service' if you don't want to do your job, get out of the workplace. I'm seriously appalled at the attitude. Never would I have expected that sort of treatment in Northville read more

I placed an online order and wanted to add that I forgot to ask for well done for the wings, when I called the lady who answered said "we are closed" but it was only around 11:30 PM, and online states this specific location closes after 1 am. I told her I place an online order and if it would be refunded and she said yes, however, I have not received anything back and my bank account was charged. read more

soggy strips. bone in ones were so soggy. forgot our veggies. took 55 minutes. never again!

I ordered my food at 9:30 I received it at 11. When ordering it says should take 15-21 minutes so I know there is standards amongst Wingstop. This Wingstop however fails to meet these standards constantly. Disregarding the wait, the staff seemed as though the didn't care that 20 people had been waiting over an hour for their food. They clearly knew they were doing something wrong because we received complementary drinks. We received our food and pleasantly enjoyed the French fries. The chicken however was overcooked and I don't think seasoned correctly. I've been to other Wingstop and never had an experience similar to this. I know standards exist for chain restaurants so I'm confused why the staff isn't being held to them. Terrible experience but fries were absolutely delectable. read more

the service was the best food was fresh and hot ty store and restrooms was so clean and the music was the best

I'm visiting from San Diego and my local Wingstop at home is TRASH. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Tables were clean. Soda fountain area was clean. I ordered online and my food was ready at the promised time. Everything was correct. Quick and friendly service. Fresh food. I can't complain. read more

This place is never on time! Just expect it to be 5-10 min late and it's not bad but if you need to be somewhere or have something to do expect 5-10 min after the order says it will be ready and then it will be ready. read more

Ok so the first time I went I got my order back with wings as big as my pinkie and the fries where all broken and smooshed so I tried to out again and let me tell you I went and I order 8 pieces bone in I said it twice and she knotted her head every time and I also asked them extra wet and she knotted then me and my cousin order and we got our order and went home my cousin ask for ranch and got blue cheese I asked for bone in I got boneless and it was not saucy and I got countable fries and they don't even say you welcome after you say thank you read more

Ordered online and had to wait quite a long time, along with some other customers inside...BUT. The manager on duty was great at communicating that to the customers, offered a drink and extra sauces to someone that waited much longer than expected and just generally had a great sense of customer service. That's so incredibly hard to find post-Covid. Not to mention, the wait was definitely worth it. The wings and voodoo fries were perfect. Thanks, guys!!! read more

If this was my first time at wingstop, it would probably be my last time. Cashier knew what she was doing but the food took forever and the wings were mad tiny. I'm not familiar with the process of making wings but I don't think it should take as long as it did. read more

Ordered 4 items on their website for delivery. The order was delivered incomplete and the driver had already fled before we could check the order. Called ... no answer. Listened to a recorded message for 10 minutes, then began driving to the location. Upon arrival the staff was unwilling to provide any accommodation for their failure to deliver the order completely. Only willing to offer for me to wait an additional 15 minutes for my missing items, or to have that portion of my order refunded. Never heard an apology or any acknowledgement that they had failed to deliver on the order. Strongly discouraged everyone from ordering from this bad business. read more

I never been treated with such disdain before. I walked in on a slow Saturday afternoon for a pickup order. There was only two pickup orders on the shelf, and there was a woman seated right it front of it. She asked me for my full name - first and last, and I repeated the name to her TWICE. She then asked if it was a 16 piece combo (i had ordered a 15 piece), which i nodded yes to in confusion but i figured she would match the name to the order given that my name was written large and bold across the bag. I double checked again to make sure as she ripped the receipt off the bag. I noticed that it wasn't my name and quickly mentioned to her that it was not my order. I was absolutely kind about it, but her entire demeanor changed and she was like "this is why i asked you if it was the 16 piece" in the most irritated way possible as if she was talking down to a child. I did not say anything to her as she grabbed the right bag this time and tossed it on the counter and said "that's your order you can take it". She still did not hand over the cups for the two drinks that came with the combo so I hesitated before I picked the bag up. I still said thanks and kept it pushing, but this was the worst possible experience i've ever had when it came to service in MY ENTIRE LIFE. The woman was so condescending and belittling in her mannerisms and tone. The fact that she was acting this way and I did not say anything to her spoke volumes about her character. Mind you, she did not have to put ANY effort whatsoever. She did not even move a step away from the pickup shelf and she was acting like we inconvenienced her. The service and the food are horrible and if I ever wanted Wingstop I would drive to any other possible location no matter how far to avoid this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

This wing stop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people working here hate their job and it shows through their interactions with customers. I placed an order at 7:11 online. I was given an estimated time of pickup at 8:35! I arrived at 7:45 just to see if it was ready and was told my order was not ready yet. I was never told they had no record of my order just that it wasn't ready yet. I said no problem I will be back at the time indicated on my email. I arrive again to pick up the order at 8:35 just to be informed they never made my order. It didn't "come through their system". Which makes no sense if I got a confirmation number. I ask if I can just cancel my order because I'm not waiting another hour for my order to be made I ask to cancel my order. No one knows how to cancel an order at this location? No one offered any type of compensation for my time no drink nothing but attitude. Then I call back the next day and Ashley who is supposed to be the manager has the nastiest attitude for somebody supposedly handling customers. Wouldn't let me talk and claims she's cancelling all of the orders that was left the night before. If you never got my order slip how are you cancelling my order? Just a bunch of lies and the most ridiculous process to giving someone a refund. I will never eat at another wing stop again. Not just this location. read more
