First time going here, drove 45 min out of my way to try it. It was decent, ordered the mild wings and the spicy Korean wings. The mild had barely any sauce on them but the spicy Korean were delicious. The French fries were also very good too with a big cup of ranch. The pricing is like going to BWW for two so it's the same (pricy). Not a Yelper but...Never had Wingstop before and was extremely excited to go, especially cause I have heard magical things about the Ranch. Placed the order online for 10 boneless wings, 10 bone in, a large buffalo ranch fry, and a small seasoned fry. I arrived and was not even asked my name for 15 minutes of being in the restaurant for pick up. When I was asked my name I was told they are waiting on fries... 20 minutes went by and I was asked again for my name, along with three other people, we were then told "your orders are ready just waiting on your fries". The other two people received their orders (who ordered after me), left and I continued to wait for 12 minutes until I was asked again for my name, the response.... you guessed it, "could someone drop some fries". At that point after being in the store for 45 minutes, my wings sitting on a table waiting for fries, and around 20 other costumers receiving their orders and leaving I said "give me the wings forget the fries", no refund just a sorry, so you got it I paid for those fries. These are the best chicken wings I have had in a long time. Crispy and juicy with plenty to choose from in sauces. The spicy Korean BBQ is a must. Accompanied with fresh hand cut seasoned fries, which were delicious. You have to wait a bit because the wings are cooked fresh to order, which is what makes them so good. Went on Sunday and had the freshest and crispiest wings I've ever had. It was my first visit to Wingstop and it did not disappoint!! I was never a fan of dry rubs, but that quickly changed with the Garlic Parmesan, which was flavorful and perfectly coated. I also tried the honey BBQ wings--would recommend! I was very impressed by the price as well; the combo orders cost less than anticipated. The staff was also friendly and helpful, the place is new and clean. The service here from the moment you walk in the door until you leave is 100% friendly, efficient and aimed at pleasing the customer. We were greeted within the first 30 seconds even though the cashier was assisting someone ahead of us. Ordering was guided with complete description of what they have to offer (and make no mistake about it, there's plenty of variety and choices of rubs and sauces that you could easily spend more than a few minutes taking it all in. The patient cashier was pleasant, very helpful, knowledgeable and did not rush us with our order. The wait was a little longer but for fresh food this is what you'd expect at a high end restaurant so it was not a problem. The boneless and bone in order of 12 pieces with Louisiana rub and BBQ were perfect for 2 or more and quite delicious. The large size fries were very well seasoned, served hot and were not greasy. The drinks are refillable for free and there are plenty of choices at the drink station where you pick your flavor. The large screen televisions are tuned to sports and add a nice touch for those who like to enjoy their wings as if they were at home chilling and watching the game. Honestly everything here was so good that I actually wanted a second serving of both wings and fries not because I was still hungry but just to repeat that wonderful eating experience all over again. My first time at a Wing Stop and I had the mango habanero and Louisiana rub... They were AWESOME! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was mostly impressed by the no trash can policy. Never have been to a wing stop before and my husband loves chicken wings so I decided to pick him up some while I was shopping nearby. My husband likes his wings hot so I ordered the mango habenero, atomic and original hot combo of 20 wings. We both thought they were good but not great. I did like that they had a lot of different flavors of wings bc where we usually go just has a couple. The dressing was really good and they do make it in house which was cool. We ordered the family pack online for a party we were having (75 wings, 2 fries, 1 coleslaw, dressings, and veggies) . We called 3 days before the party to make sure the order was in the system. The person who answered was very friendly and said to call back the next day as the ticket did not print yet. We called the next day and again, the same answer. This person did say that the ticket is usually printed the day the order is needed, which made us feel better knowing that the food was cooked same day and not sitting around. When I picked up the food the next day it was all ready and still hot. The wings were terrific. We ordered hot, mango habanera, garlic parm, and honey BBQ. Our guests really enjoyed them. The fries were a little soggy but we figured that since they were in a bag for some time. We ordered 1 with Cajun seasoning which was pretty tasty. First let me say that I love Wingstop, just not this one. I did an online order of 12 Louisiana Rub wings well done. I pickup my wings and go home only to find that they are not well done. I called the manager at the store to voice my complaint and all she could say is "well what do you want me to do". I came here with my friend on a Thursday night. The wings were out of this world. I got the Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. They were crispy, with the right amount of juicy, and plenty of flavor. The fries were delicious as well. They had a sweet and salty texture to them that was great. I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a family pack of wings, veggies sticks and fries on Sunday for Super Bowl. It was my first time ordering at Wings Stop. I went into the store around 5pm and was told that they wouldn't be taking any more orders until 8pm. I was walking out and I am guessing manager/owner yelled back and told me that it was ok to order again. I found it odd but went ahead and ordered and they told me that they would call when the wings were ready to be picked up. They said 45 minutes to an hour so I went back home. It was 6:20 and I had not received a call back to pick up the orders. I already had guests at my house with no food. So I called and they told me the order was ready to be picked up so my husband went to pick it up. The food arrived and we sat down to eat. My friends kids and my kids had already started eating the veggie sticks when we noticed that the carrots sticks had mold on them. We were so disgusted and scared that we were going to get sick that we threw out all the food. I called Wings Stop and told them what happened and the manager said that right now he was extremely busy but for me to come in on Monday and he would make it up to me. So last night I go in, and the manager comes to the register and tells me that he will give me a gift card for $5. I told him I was under the impression he would give me a refund since the food had mold in it. He went ahead to say that only the veggie sticks had mold and they cost a dollar and change and he was being nice giving me $5 dollars. I even showed him a picture of the carrots and it was evident that there was mold on them. I honestly had to walk away because I was livid. I asked for the owner's phone # and I called and it goes straight to a voicemail with no greeting, so I am not sure if this is a fake phone # he gave me so he would not get in trouble. Having mold on the food put my family and my friends in a major health risk. I am actually contemplating reporting it to the Board of Health. The manager called me and is still arguing with me that the green and blue dots on the carrots are not mold. This is not acceptable. My kids were exposed and ate moldy vegetables. Came here with my friend during our lunch break(A fellow yelper), and our experience at this Wingstop was much better than the other reviews. Sanitation: A+. A lovely aroma of mouthwatering wings as soon as you step through the door. I've never been to a Wingstop before, but I really did appreciate the seating arrangements next to the windows so that you can see exactly how your order is being processed from start to finish. I am a big fan of the lemon pepper, Mango Habanero, and the newest addition to the Wingstop flavors, Smoke 9 (rate 10/10). Wingstop has yet to fail me. Taking into consideration the populace of New Brunswick, this place seems to be doing considerably well, in addition to the super friendly staff. I've been to several different Wingstop locations, and this one is easily my favorite. I heard about it in my daily commute in the morning through Hot 97, which was surprising considering I wasn't thinking about Chicken Wings during breakfast time, however the desire plagued me all through the day, and the advertising caught my attention during lunch time. I placed an order online with this location for Louisiana Rub and received Lemon Pepper. I live 10 miles from the store and when I got home and found my order incorrect, I called the store. The manager then told me that I had to return the wings in order for them to replace them. Really??? I should drive 10 miles back and then 10 miles back home to get what I ordered in the first place. I tried this place within the first few weeks of its grand opening. I got chicken fingers and buffalo wings for a pick-up order. I don't remember exactly how much it came to but I do remember thinking wow that was expensive. Not only that, but they told me it would be ready in 20 mins. Showed up in 25mins and had to wait and extra 20 mins more. When I got there the place wasn't busy at all. How long does it take to deep fry food? Got home with the food and thought this is bad. The BBQ sauce on the chicken fingers tasted like they definitely watered down the sauce and same with the buffalo sauce on the wings. Also regardless of how many you order blue cheese or ranch is an extra dollar each which is ridiculous. Anyways Monday I was in the shoppes at north brunswick and saw a sign for .60 cents boneless wings so I figured let me try this place one more time see if anything changed. Was greeted by a friendly cashier. Ordered 5 garlic Parm boneless wings and 5 Hawaiian. After I paid she said thanks it'll be about 15 mins. I said 15 mins?? Again it wasn't busy at all and shouldn't have taken more than 7-8 mins tops. Finally got the food and the garlic Parm had no sauce on it. It was literally fresh granulated garlic sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. I asked the lady if I could please get some sauce on the side because there wasn't any on the wings. She said it's a dry rub that's why. Nowhere on the menu did it state dry rub or else I would have not gotten it. Was not a fan of the oily "rub". The Hawaiian flavored reminded me of a watered down tasteless sauce that I've experienced months earlier. Once again had to pay extra for blue cheese and ranch so the total came to $8.55 for 10 Boneless wings with ranch and blue cheese that were heavily breaded with horrible taste.
