This location is rough. I've ordered from here multiple times. It's always gross, undercooked raw chicken. Be prepared to wait an hour+ for a nasty meal. Even before COVID this location has been underwhelming. Order from somewhere else, seriously. read more

Two orders now have been messed up. First one online said my card didn't work but then charged it. Took two weeks to get the money back. Tonight they did not deliver half my meal and when I call the restaurant it goes to voicemail. Will never order from this location again. read more

Food was really good. Order took a little while to be fulfilled but was very fresh and delicious. Can be considered a little pricey. Bathroom was dirty. read more

Sooo though it says it's open til midnight in bright lights outside they actually close at 11. Walked in and both registers were being counted out so not fully sure if I was greeted or not. The menu is easy to read and straight to the point. They sell wings, fries, and some other side options like baked beans and rolls. On the other hand, the chicken is pretty good. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken which was lemony!!! It was also crunchy which is what I look for in a good chicken wing. And the Mango Habenero which I find it to be too sweet for my taste buds and seem more like a baked chicken covered in heavy SWEET sauce. The fries are pretty good. Instead of the typical processed fries, you have hand cut fries which brings a homely feel to the experience. For 8 pieces, fries, and drink comes to $10.49. Overall, okay experience. Not in a rush to come back. It'll be more like, "oh we're near Wingstop, you want to grab some wings" but not driving out my way to get here. read more

I liked it Probably not the most healthy food being Fried but food was delivered in 10 minutes The women who took our order was kind enough to ask if how we were enjoying our meal the place was clean Their Louisiana dry rub was very good I would return read more

Wing stop has always been a great staple for delicious wings. I went with my roommate and we bought the 8 pack of wings (4 were Mango habonero and 4 were Louisanna rub) for around 7.99$. I also ordered an extra atomic three wings on the side. The wings were quite delicious but for some reason the atomic wings when we tried it were not as spicy as I used to remember. So that was the only letdown for this experience. The staff was very friendly and nice. And overall the experience was great. Definitely would recommend going here for some wings. read more

The wings were decent, I don't normally order sauce on wings...I usually order it on the side because I like to dip. I decided to order the sauce on wings this time. I ordered the garlic parmesan and teriyaki. Both were pretty salty, but the flavor of the sauce was still good. The fries were salty as well. The place was clean for a semi fast food joint. You just walk in order, pay, and pick your own seats. The wings were kind of pricey though. The thing I like is you basically self serve yourself to drinks and other things after you pick up your food at the front counter. After eating, you just clean up your own mess and leave. It's just more convenient if you don't feel like being waited on. If I'm hungry and I pass by, id stop by to eat again. read more

The wings are Ok but the fries were way too salty. I wouldn't go back! I came at 6:00 for a "to go" order and the place was empty. THe young woman who waited on me took my order and cooked my food was very nice but there were three other people hanging around and talking right where the food was being made. Not very appetizing. Best wings and fries outside of a college campus! You get a decent set of wings bones/boneless and my fav! The sweet salty fries in many different flavors! Check those! read more

All these other bad reviews must have been based off of when this place first open. Ordered online through the Yelp APP. Place was packed for a Monday night and well staffed. Lady at register confirmed my order, stated it back and collected payment. If you are looking for a quick turnaround I highly recommend ordering ahead as they cook the wings fresh to order. Which is what you want. 8 Piece Combo Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. Came out right on time. Crispy, Flavorful and Delicious. Best wings I have had in NJ. Located in a nice shopping center. Glad I have one close as I missed the one back home. Will be back next time I want solid wings. read more

I never crave wings. I usually end up eating them because #1: I want a beer so I go to a bar or restaurant (have 2 or 3) then end up ordering wings just because or #2: I want to check out (insert sporting event/game here) which then results in rule #1. With that said, to Wing Stops credit, they have three tv's and as one game ended they immediately changed the channel to the next game airing. So, if I wanted to check out a game Wing Stop is a go except for rule #1 they don't have a liquor license. So, with that said, Wing Stop is out (for me) I truly don't see the need for a wing place that doesn't have (at the very least) beer; but others might, so on with the food.... As many (not all) have said the fries are very good. I actually ordered the vegetables (carrots and celery) as my side but found myself picking at my son's fries (much to his dismay). They were not overly salty (as others have complained) so maybe they found the balance or maybe we just got luck. The vegetables were fine a little too wet perhaps (at least I know they were cleaned). The portion of fries vs the portion of vegetables is extremely off (you get way more fries). Speaking of wet the blue cheese dressing they use is thin, and fairly flavorless...huge disappointment. They have posted they don't use warmers or microwaves which is great but maybe they can move away from jarred crap (like that dressing) next. The moment of truth....the wings. I ordered a 8 piece combo ($10.49 wings, fries or veg + 20oz beverage) and added an extra three (for almost three dollars they average almost a buck a wing). I ordered 4 Mango Habanero, 4 Korean BBQ (special flavor), and three Atomic (their hottest sauce). The crisp on the wings were okay (not undercooked or fatty) and were (for the most part) meaty. Where the wings fell flat for me were the sauces. They rate the heat level of their wings with flames 1 - 5. The Korean was a 3, Mango Habanero was a 4, and Atomic was the lone 5. Mango flavor was present in the Mango Habanero but the heat was toned down considerably for something touting habanero. There was a slight back of the throat burn but given the name it did not deliver. Atomic was also a disappointment. The bulk of the heat comes from corse pepper (something you might find just above the middle heat area of other wing places). I really can't believe this is their hottest wing?!?!? The bright side was the Korean BBQ. It was sweeter than the others (maybe 2 flames not 3) but was the tastiest of the three I tried. So when all is said and done the ultimate question is are they better than B-Dubs? It's their main competition in the area.... While B-Dubs can sometimes serve some fatty gross wings you can ask for crispy or well done. The flavors are also more on point at B-Dubs and they have more tv's and alcohol. If your in No. Brunswick and want wings hit up B-Dubs. If you're near Newark and see Wing Stop hit up Mighty Quinns, Cheeseburger In Paradise, or Sharky's instead. read more

Wingstop - No napkins at the tables (inconvenient) there's a towel roll at the counter - Chicken Wings Near Me - North Brunswick, New Jersey

Wing Stop is a much needed franchise in the area. For years, this area was plagued with pizzerias selling frozen wings and the dreaded corporate beast known as buffalo wild wings (which always leaves me sick). There used to be a cluck u chicken in the area but that went out of business. This place reminded me of Cluck u. Similar take out and seating with TVs, freshly made chicken with zero additives and fillers and delicious custom sauces. This place is priced competitively, offers a fresh product that does not leave you feeling fat and bloated, super clean, and has employees that seemingly enjoy working there. I have been there 6 times over the past two weeks (yes I have a problem). I have tried mango habenaro, hot, mild, garlic parm and the spicy Korean Q. All of which are different and delicious. Try this place out! read more

This wingstop definitely gets a 10/10 not only is their food cooked fresh and delicious, they are family owned and operated which adds a little extra to your casual sit-down fast food experience. Be sure to try the lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub and original hot. They have a very spacious dining area with a semi-open kitchen in case you wanted to watch the team prepare your savory wings! They have special combo-meals which are great for a single person but hearty enough to share. Don't forget to grab a few of their sweet rolls, they pair very well with their spicy wings! The most fascinating part of my WingStop experience here was the fact that there are no garbage cans, an employee came and cleaned the table the moment we left, it was a great touch! read more

Great service! They even don't have garbage cans and when I asked why he said "because you're our guest" Wings tasted great here as well :-) I also love the fact that they're open until midnight. Great place to go at night read more

Let me start by saying that I love wings.. a lot. I like to try different sauces, places, etc and if they offer wings - I'm all in. I wanted to like this place. I really did. But I didn't. And I will explain why. First, I visited around 3:30pm on a weekday and I was the only customer there. Not surprising since it wasn't lunchtime or dinnertime. I walked in and - after checking out the menu options - promptly placed my order. I ordered the 6 wing combo with vegetable sticks and a drink. The cost was around $11 - PRICEY for 6 wings and a drink. And then I waited. And waited. It took approx. 12 minutes to get my order. Now some might say "well, they are freshly preparing the food", and I can appreciate that. But I've had pizza's that were created and cooked in shorter time than this. Secondly, the wings were OKAY. Not great by any means, but not bad in any way. Size wise, decent but small for the price. The 2 different sauces I tried were decent, but nothing to write home about. i also disliked the fact that there are no napkins on the table. You have to tear off segments of brown industrial style paper towel from a big "spool" on the counter. If you don't take enough the first time, be ready to go back up. I don't mean to be overly critical of the place. If you like wings, and you're nearby, and you have time to wait, and don't mind paying a little more than you would at an average fast food place - it's palatable. I won't say I'll never go there again, but I won't go out of my way for it. read more

This Wingstop is horrible. The tenders weren't completely sauced and not as crispy as the one on US 22. The fries were limp and cold. Also the Coke remix machine had all different flavors that barely tasted as they usually do on other machines like coke and orange. Even regular coke was flat. Super disappointed. Save your money. read more

The only thing saving this place from only getting one star was the wings themselves. The flavors of the wings were great. The service was extremely slow. It took 34 minutes to get my wings. Meanwhile people that ordered after me were getting their wings. The food is good if you don't mind a long wait. read more

Tried Wingstop today for the first time and was very pleased! The lady that took my order was very nice. We ordered 20 classic wings (classic buffalo, lemon pepper, and Parmesan garlic). We really like the lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic! Both were so fresh, crispy, and tasty. We didn't really like the classic Buffalo though. I mean, the taste was okay but they were not as crispy as the other two flavors (the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5). I'd definitely go back but I would just order the lemon pepper and Parmesan garlic. Lemon pepper is my favorite though. I can see why Rick Ross loves them. At least now I know he has good taste in food! read more

The food is good. But some flavors are horrible. The atomic is a disappointment. Every flavor is ok. But there's other Wings location that can beat this wings. The only reason wing taste great because is drop to order. Fresh orders no microwave or heat lamps. read more

I love wing stop, the wings are delicious. However this location in North Brunswick has gone down hill. The staff doesn't greet you or say anything quite frankly. We walked in and the rude cashier just stared at us until we asked if we could order. After placing the order I said thank you, she just looked at me. When they called our name 23 minutes later for our wings.. I went to the counter and said thank you, again no response. On top of that, every table was sticky I had to wash my own table, and my flip flops literally stuck to the floor. I am so disappointed. read more

It says always "cooked to order", "no heat lamps or microwave" well false advertising....how did they prep 20 bone-in and 20 boneless frying wings for 45 freaking mins and when we eat it it's "lukewarm" when you cook to order it should be piping hot when serve but what happened?... not to mention again 45 mins. Please if you want to try this place you better have time to wait ot just order for pickup. Very disappointing place!!! read more

I wouldn't even give this location a star at all it I could. They were soooo rude and incredibly inconsiderate. The cashier was not helpful at all and snatched my credit card from me after I said to my friend I don't even know what total he said I can't hear him. Then he STORMED out the back door of the restaurant like a child. read more

I normally don't do reviews of fast food eateries but in this case I felt it necessary to let folks know about the horrible service to expect at Wing Stop in North Brunswick, NJ if you encounter a problem with your order! We've ordered here in the past with no problems, but on this occasion they got what we requested wrong! I did not expect the horrible service we received after bringing their errors to their attention. Some Background: It was a to go order so by the time we got home it was already too late and too far to go back to the location. So we called back to let them know the issues with the order! The so called manager was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. We did not eat the food they provided because it was that bad and that wrong; nor did we receive a full credit/refund towards our next purchase for their wrong order and quality of food. I was surprised at such service and unprofessionalism that I ultimately contacted their corporate office and filed a complaint regarding this location! Businesses are built on building a customer base not running their base away - or so I thought! I don't know what they think about when it comes to customer service, but for a $20 order, they just lost a customer. We will not be frequenting this business anymore and will take our business elsewhere where it's welcomed! read more

Excited to finally hear there was a wing place close to me, so we decided to place an order right away. We ordered the family combo. We ordered the spicy Korean flavor, garlic parmesan, and this Hawaiian one. It also came with fries and veggie sticks. I was honestly disappointed with most of the order. Both the spicy Korean and Hawaiian chicken were both drowned in way too much sauce. I think a light coating would of been enough with the option of an additional sauce container, in case you wanted to add more. It was just too much in my opinion. The garlic parmesan and the fries were pretty good. If it were between this place and the wings at Quaker Steak and Lube, I would stick with Quaker Steak and Lube. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Absolutely nasty, the food is heavy over seasoned and our food has been under cooked previously. I swear i will take be buying anything here again. As a baker that I am. the roll is stale it's been sitting for at least two days. It's really dry and tasteless. Who ever made it needs to recheck they're recipe because that bothers me when someone tells me it's really good and buttery and it's butter slapped on top of it and extremely dry Everything else was good but the bread is bad avoid the bread waste of money. The bbq sauce isn't that great. The lemon pepper chicken is pretty good. But the boneless wings are pretty small for the price they're asking for, I do not think I would come here again. Nice and clean place but they need to work on they're wing game cuz the last thing they are is wing experts. read more

This place is horrible. The staff does not greet you I could barely understand the women who finally assisted us. The wings barely had sauce and very dry. Overcooked. There were no napkins in bag , the self serve drink station had empty drinks. I asked the server and he was nonchalant and failed to assist. I assume what was to be owner or manager was both walking around with his cell phone and preparing food. The fries were greasy. If you want good food, GO ELSEWHERE. Unless you want to waste your money. read more

Wings are fried well enough. Mild sauce is blah -- just a reddish goopy cover for the chicken. It's not even the tiniest bit spicy nor pungent. Lemon Pepper flavor was okay -- I'm sure many folks would enjoy it. Fries were onion-garlicky -- a favourite and unexpected flavour for us. Unfortunately, everything was too salty. If they offered a side salad or maybe a larger portion of veggies with their meals, the customer would be able to survive the blast of sodium. Greatest criticism? The person at the counter needs to learn to speak. Greet the customer. "Welcome to Wingstop" "Hi there" would be nice. Or simply provide the perfunctory prompt "What can I get you?" Staring and sucking on your fingernail makes you look apathetic and downright dim. On a positive note, the bathrooms were immaculate. read more

Very middle of the road wing joint. Personally, I think the wings are way too salty and over seasoned with not much meat. I prefer the wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. Lemon pepper most definitely the BEST & fries are good also. Well worth the ride & didn't wait long for order.

Customer service is lacking. Frequented there since its opening and after 2 bad experiences (well done & paid extra for it chicken with blood on the inside and rolls that were extremely burned, black and rock hard at the bottom). Both times I hoped for resolution from the staff to no avail. No refund, no apology, not even a l "Let us make it better" ..nothing. Had I gotten sick from the undercooked chicken, that place would have my name on it. But as an informed consumer, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately for them. read more
