Food is always good. It's wings so it is what it is. But ALWAYS slow. I mean an hour wait for 1 meal. I would eat here more if I didn't have to plan hours in advance. read more

I love wingstop but this one was subpar to put it nicely. The wings were literally drier than the Sahara desert. They were hard asf, If you threw one of these wings at someone's head you could straight knock them out cold. I couldn't eat a single one. I don't like putting out these type of reviews but something has to be done. Step it up WS read more

This Wingstop is horrible. Literally EVERYONE was rude. I never write negative reviews on restaurants even when the service is bad because I know that people have bad days. However, these employees decided to put all the chairs up an hour and a half early. When I asked if me and my friends could sit down. They told us no. We had to take our food to go and eat in the vehicle. They were not friendly and obviously hated their job. Overall, horrible experience and I would never come here again. read more

This has to be the worst wingstop I've ever had. I just moved to Lubbock and have wingstop about twice a week. The fires tasted like they were from the previous day. Not even the slightest bit warm. Simply cold. I'll be taking my business to the other wingstop in town read more

Ordered pick up and it took them a while to realize i was even in there. The soda machine was out on EVERY flavor, i asked her if the machine was broken or if they were out of syrup and she yells at the back and they said yes it was broken and offered me no type of compensation. Would not recommend to go, i will not be back. read more

AThis location has stepped the game up! Very cheerful team that made this old asshole laugh at the counter and at the dinner table!!!

This location has the rudest employees. The girl at the front desk sat on her phone texting the whole time while I was trying to place my order. I ordered my fries extra crispy and they were soggy. They put my husband's hot wings in the same box as my non spicy wings, causing his hot sauce to get all over my wings. Won't be going to this location again because of the service alone. read more

This is one of the best Wingstop's in Lubbock. I drive across town, 98 blocks to get my wings here. The employees are always smiling and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh (I'm watching them cook my order right now!!) Totally worth it in my opinion!! I love this location!!! read more

Do not order you food online or go to this place. I tried to place an order online and it said invalid cvv. I tried a second time and said the same thing. I checked my credit card and I got charged twice. I figured it was a mistake and that my order had gone though- so I called them to check. After holding on the line for 10 min they hung up on me. I called again and was on hold for 20 min. I ended up driving over there and they said there was no order and that there was no charge- yet $100 ($50 for each time it went through) was taken out of my account. The regional manager was called and he was no help. I was out a dinner because it was a two hour wait to order again and on top of that I am out $100. The regional manager did nothing to make it right for me. The manager was going to try and at least get my dinner and the regional manager said he wasn't about to lose money on a meal. Yet, I was out a dinner for my family and my money. Don't order online or eat here for that matter. read more

The service here was just a poor experience overall. The cashier (Terenzo) was being very rude and laughing at me for not understanding the combo wings vs the wings by themselves. Kept referring to me and honey and told me to pay attention. After placing my order I realized their ice machine was out along with Dr Pepper. So I immediately asked if I could change my order to just wings and he did so without giving the difference in price. I get home and realize we didn't receive any ranch or blue cheese after ordering it and it being on the ticket and we turned around to go get some only for him to charge us again and continue to be rude. read more

I love this place but I came in and the lady taking my order didn't look at me or say hi and all she said was "name" and "what do you want" and that's all, the floors were very dirty and the girl just sat on her phone sitting on the table for the rest of the time I was there until another customer came in. I've never had this problem at any other wing stop. Just this one. read more

Me and my boyfriend ate here and we both woke up with food poisoning

I went to Wingstop today and ordered some wings. I had casual conversation with some other's waiting on their food. The young guy bringing the orders out was not wearing a face mask. So, I politely asked him to put a mask on to protect himself and me. I continued to watch him come in and out and I noticed he was not wearing a mask inside at all. I told him a second time and then again a third. When he walked out again without a mask. I simply told them to F'off and keep my food and money. read more

I haven't yet been to this location but I called ahead and was put on hold and made it to the store before anyone even took me off of hold. When I walked in the guy at the register was on his cell phone, I realize that there are only three people but I wasn't expecting to be on hold the whole drive over here. I'm not sure if the guy was on the phone for business or personal use, doesn't really matter, someone should've taken care of their landline first. The food came out quickly though, that was their saving grace. read more

Staff is friendly, fast, and funny! The wait time here is very short, and the employees are constantly hustling to get orders out as fast as possible. The place is clean, but small. I am a repeat customer because I appreciate that the people at the register get your order right and will make small talk with you while you wait. All-around, this place is doing it right. I recommend this Wingstop above all others in LBK. read more

Best wing stop EVER! I ordered online so I cant say much for their customer service. This location has a fancy coke machine and BIG slices of limes and lemons. They gave us two extra wings. We requested extra crispy and extra seasoned fries and wings and they did not disappoint! Delicious! read more

First off, walked in and there are about 5 tables that are dirty. There is no one in the restaurant. Then I'm greeted by a girl that yells at me from the back of the kitchen area. No real welcome just "are you picking up?" As I'm paying I'm given my cups for my drinks and head to the soda machine. There is literally nothing to choose from except coke and water, no flavors, no other options. I wasn't told or offered something else. I asked for a refund on the drinks and was told I could get a bottle drink from the fridge because "yeah we got nothing in there". The bottle was warm. The wings were good and the fries were ok. But customer service and soda machine empty???? read more

Been here 4 times now without any problems. Food tastes great and is ready in about 10 minutes for an order fit for two. Tables are usually clean with good customer service. read more

Place was dirty, tables were dirty, tray was dirty and sticky. The buckets they used to refill ice were filthy. Never go there again.

One of my favorite Wingstops! Great service and food! Other Wingstops done have the same vibe to them. This one feels like a hole-in-the-wall type of place, I love it! read more

My husband and I love Wingstop and frequent ours in Brownsville, Texas. We recently visited this Wingstop in Lubbock and were a bit confused and disappointed to find that their idea of bleu cheese is much more different than any other Wingstop we've visited. We have visited different locations (San Antonio, Arlington area, Austin, many more) and we have not encountered this elsewhere. The dip was mostly mayo with maybe a "packet of bleu cheese" mixed in with no indication that actual chunks of bleu cheese were ever a part of this mixture. Is this typical of all Lubbock locations? Could this possibly be what they think it should be like? I guess we figured it was a chain and needed to keep the ingredients and manner of preparation the same, otherwise are you really holding up to the name that brings in your customers? We made sure to ask that they hadn't given us ranch but they assured us that it was indeed bleu cheese. Oh, well! ‍ read more

Changed my mind on the last time I said anything about wingstop tried to order would not take my info over the phone when a friend was picking it up cause I live down a half a mile of dirt roads and could not get out to pick it up myself way to go great customer service got buffalo wildwings instead read more

This is by far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. The past 5 times I have eaten there my order has been wrong. I ordered online, it was wrong. I ordered over the phone, it was wrong. I ordered in person and it was still wrong. Not only has my order been wrong but I have gotten food poisoning the past 2 times as well. Save yourself the trouble and eat at a different location. read more

The place is small. Every time I visit I receive great customer service. The cashier is always friendly. The wings are always consistent. The wings are tasty. Not the greatest wings but certainly above average! The service is quick. I place my orders online and receive my order in a timely manner every time. read more

Great food! Great customer service! Wings were big and juicy. Fries were just right. Loved the fancy come machine where one can combine flavors. Place was clean. Order was ready before the customary 20 minutes. Over all great experience. read more

I was super impressed with this location. Everyone I encountered was energetic and really makes you feel like they want your business. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing. That is so rare in Lubbock. We even got to taste a sample of the newest flavor. This will be out new date night spot. read more
