This Wingstop is horrible. Literally EVERYONE was rude. I never write negative reviews on restaurants even when the service is bad because I know that people have bad days. However, these employees decided to put all the chairs up an hour and a half early. When I asked if me and my friends could sit down. They told us no. We had to take our food to go and eat in the vehicle. They were not friendly and obviously hated their job. Overall, horrible experience and I would never come here again. read more

Ordered pick up and it took them a while to realize i was even in there. The soda machine was out on EVERY flavor, i asked her if the machine was broken or if they were out of syrup and she yells at the back and they said yes it was broken and offered me no type of compensation. This location has the rudest employees. The girl at the front desk sat on her phone texting the whole time while I was trying to place my order. I ordered my fries extra crispy and they were soggy. They put my husband's hot wings in the same box as my non spicy wings, causing his hot sauce to get all over my wings. Won't be going to this location again because of the service alone. read more

Do not order you food online or go to this place. I tried to place an order online and it said invalid cvv. I tried a second time and said the same thing. I checked my credit card and I got charged twice. I figured it was a mistake and that my order had gone though- so I called them to check. After holding on the line for 10 min they hung up on me. I called again and was on hold for 20 min. I ended up driving over there and they said there was no order and that there was no charge- yet $100 ($50 for each time it went through) was taken out of my account. The regional manager was called and he was no help. I was out a dinner because it was a two hour wait to order again and on top of that I am out $100. The regional manager did nothing to make it right for me. The manager was going to try and at least get my dinner and the regional manager said he wasn't about to lose money on a meal. Yet, I was out a dinner for my family and my money. Don't order online or eat here for that matter. read more

The service here was just a poor experience overall. The cashier (Terenzo) was being very rude and laughing at me for not understanding the combo wings vs the wings by themselves. Kept referring to me and honey and told me to pay attention. After placing my order I realized their ice machine was out along with Dr Pepper. So I immediately asked if I could change my order to just wings and he did so without giving the difference in price. I love this place but I came in and the lady taking my order didn't look at me or say hi and all she said was "name" and "what do you want" and that's all, the floors were very dirty and the girl just sat on her phone sitting on the table for the rest of the time I was there until another customer came in. I went to Wingstop today and ordered some wings. I had casual conversation with some other's waiting on their food. The young guy bringing the orders out was not wearing a face mask. So, I politely asked him to put a mask on to protect himself and me. I continued to watch him come in and out and I noticed he was not wearing a mask inside at all. First off, walked in and there are about 5 tables that are dirty. There is no one in the restaurant. Then I'm greeted by a girl that yells at me from the back of the kitchen area. No real welcome just "are you picking up?" As I'm paying I'm given my cups for my drinks and head to the soda machine. There is literally nothing to choose from except coke and water, no flavors, no other options. I wasn't told or offered something else. I asked for a refund on the drinks and was told I could get a bottle drink from the fridge because "yeah we got nothing in there". The bottle was warm. The wings were good and the fries were ok. I haven't yet been to this location but I called ahead and was put on hold and made it to the store before anyone even took me off of hold. When I walked in the guy at the register was on his cell phone, I realize that there are only three people but I wasn't expecting to be on hold the whole drive over here. I'm not sure if the guy was on the phone for business or personal use, doesn't really matter, someone should've taken care of their landline first. Staff is friendly, fast, and funny! The wait time here is very short, and the employees are constantly hustling to get orders out as fast as possible. The place is clean, but small. I am a repeat customer because I appreciate that the people at the register get your order right and will make small talk with you while you wait. All-around, this place is doing it right. Best wing stop EVER! I ordered online so I cant say much for their customer service. This location has a fancy coke machine and BIG slices of limes and lemons. They gave us two extra wings. My husband and I love Wingstop and frequent ours in Brownsville, Texas. We recently visited this Wingstop in Lubbock and were a bit confused and disappointed to find that their idea of bleu cheese is much more different than any other Wingstop we've visited. We have visited different locations (San Antonio, Arlington area, Austin, many more) and we have not encountered this elsewhere. The dip was mostly mayo with maybe a "packet of bleu cheese" mixed in with no indication that actual chunks of bleu cheese were ever a part of this mixture. Is this typical of all Lubbock locations? Could this possibly be what they think it should be like? I guess we figured it was a chain and needed to keep the ingredients and manner of preparation the same, otherwise are you really holding up to the name that brings in your customers?
