food was terrible, I ordered hot honey tenders and had basically no seasoning, usually they are spicy and sweet, this time it was just dry and bland. Service was okay, seemed like they didn't care at all. Place was also kind of sketchy, only two other people in the place. Also to mention, they forgot my veggie sticks. read more

Terrible I had an order through uber and my driver either forgot a bag or stole it I tried to contact the restaurant to see if the driver left it there and they blatantly hung up my call read more

Super upset. Not only did they forget my corn in my order but the bag was completely dripping in grease 2 min after the I left the store. My wings barely had any sauce on them and when I walked into the restaurant the employees were eating in the back instead of helping the 2 people in line that were in front of me. I tried calling 4 times to talk to someone but each time was met with no answer. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one star! Music blasting bit ch this & but ch that, nigge* this and nigge* that, f yous thrown around, on phones, no seasoning, extremely dirty, I asked for young man to clean the table or to give me a rag, he laughed in my face. There's NO direct number to make a proper complaint. You have to make a request online and even then their website doesn't work long enough to get to properly make a complaint. You want to curse or listen to that junk that's your business. However in a public place with little kids, show some respect. I didn't even bring my kids and it bothered me. Think twice before choosing this location! A complete waste of time to drive 45 minutes ONE WAY just to eat here. read more

Wasn't expecting a 5 meal but cmon everytime I come to this spot the staff has the worst attitude and tends to usually mess something up for example this time I ordered the boneless wing deal (4 set of 5 wings different sauces) I got Lemmon pepper which seemed to be the only thing that was right but there was barely any sauce on the bbq wings, just got regular wings for my hot honey rubs (no sauce), my garlic Parmesan had nothing but a drop of dust on them I mean cmon i could care less about the service but atleast be able to put the sauces on (common problem here doesn't seem to be getting any better) read more

Order took forever, no where to sit. Cold fries with the smallest amount of cheese, burnt corn, and forgot to season my wings and corn. I don't expect the best but for $35 I would've liked to get my moneys worth. read more

This one is continuously just bad. The app states completed on mobile orders but when u walk in to pick up they say 10-15 more minutes. This isn't the 1st time but me being the optimist I look for it to change and it doesn't. If u have a choice I would go to a different location. This is 2 mins from my house and I have no desire to return. I rather drive across town then come to this one! read more

the two incompetent bitched that work at the wingstop on 4th st in lubbock tx are the worst i dont know why they havent gotten fired. first they give my order to another person, mind you they were not even spelled the same then she has the audacity to give me attitude, next order they did not follow notes to make wings welldone, they were raw and bathed in so much oil just disgusting asf had to theow everything away but at least uber eats gave me my money back. they need to be fired and i am reporting them to bbb and the health department has been notified read more

As a student of Texas tech I've been coming to this location for 5 years. In this time I've never had an experience like the one I had today. Eliud introduced himself to me as I haven't been to Wingstop in a while. His customer service skills far exceeded anyone who has previously worked there. There also was another employee working very hard alongside him. This was also the first time I got my food in a timely manner. With my senior year coming to a close and graduation around the corner. I will only get to enjoy this service at this location for a few more months. I will definitely be returning to Wingstop before I leave lubbock. read more

Subpar food I ordered the Louisiana rub seasoning and received plain wings. The fries were undercooked.

So slow, horrible costumer service. Don't order from here. Ordered 69 dollars of food and it was 40min late and they wouldn't take calls and ignored me completely read more

Messed up on our order and we called to see if they could remake for us. They told us it would take 1 hour to remake even though we've already waited about 40 minutes the first time which is pretty normal to wait ordering from Wingstop . My niece wanted to go here. I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were really good. She got the lemon pepper wings and fries. I tried the Cajun corn. It was just ok. The Cajun seasoning didn't really add to it. I actually ended up scraping as much off as possible. The wings were crispy and flavorful. The fries were the hand cut type fries with a Cajun seasoning. They were really good. The wait was kind of long. But I guess that's the nature of wings. read more

Last night could have possible been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Besides getting our order wrong and then never getting our food. Upon telling the Wingstop crew I was then interrogated and questioned and was finally able to get my food when I asked for a refund. The food was okay, my wife ordered the Louisiana rub sauce and the wings were extremely salty to her taste. The big no for me was the lack of customer service and the lack of respect we received, I doubt we go back to this Wingstop if any soon. read more

worst experience ever. ordered online delivery straight from the wingstop website. had a $75 order we did not recieve any drinks or sauces which the sauces we had paid over $15 alone on. we could not get through on the phone so we drove to the store. the man at the counter told me he would not give me the ranch because i needed to bring the empty bag from the delivery when i brought my receipt. i got the drink cups and they had no ice so that was pointless. half of our wings had no flavor either. another woman waiting in the restaurant came up to me from seeing my frustration and said "this location has gone so downhill". the man at the counter only shot me down for a request for something that was their fault, never got an apology from the man or even a solution. just save yourself time and money and never go here. read more

This is the most garbage place run by the most garbage people I can imagine. I ordered a simple order and after 2 hours I called them and asked where it was. They told me it was already picked up and gone. Total lie. I called again they said it was there. Then they lied to my door dash guy and u plugged their phone. Lazy Idiots. I will never go there again. I am going to call their corporate office too and hopefully they will improve someday. read more

Two trips today, one after another. 1st was @ 8PM for 8/7 extra we'll done classic with Spicy Korean/Mango Habanero. Got home and saw 15 pieces of boneless is some orange sauce. Determined to get Korean wings, so reordered same thing. 30 minutes later, got 6/4 of some sweet spicy sauce/lemon pepper! Not even 15 pieces this time. Server even confirmed order when I picked up after he checked it!! Wow! Exact same order wrong twice in one hour?? Store had 4 people and no lines both times!! read more

Called to place an order to the store on 4th and the lady on the phone was very rude! She yelled and was very ugly about it.

Came in and had to wait several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. Horrible smell. Wouldn't recommend. read more

The worst customer service I have ever had. Nasty ass wings. I know you're lying if you say this is good. No flavor not even spicy.

I have been to this Wing Stop several times. The staff is friendly and efficient. Although that is not true for all of the staff there. I have had my to go order messed up before but the people working hooked it up with my fixed order (: The wings are always fresh and delicious, I love the Louisiana rub and Cajun flavors! The seasoned fries taste amazing with their honey mustard too! Once my to go order was completely lost and I had to ask for a refund because I was in a rush. read more

Food took 10 minutes longer than the app said it would to be done. I paid for 2 32oz drinks on my mobile order and when I got there they were out of 32oz cups. On top of that they didn't refund me any amount for not having the right sized drink I paid extra for. They also didn't have any straws for the drinks and the way the lids were "stacked" wasn't even close to sanitary. 10/10 would not go to this Wingstop ever again. read more

This Wingstop has very good and fast service, however my garlic parmesan wings were not sauced up enough. I highly recommend this Wingstop.

My brother and I walked into the store and the worker's are sitting on the counter that our food is prepared on . The cook and the csr where on their phones and not enthusiastic about working. The cook was talking on the phone while he was cooking and preparing the wings. Definitely will make a drive out somewhere els for better service in the future. read more
