This was our first visit to Wing Stop, heard a lot about their yummy sauces and meaty wings. We stopped in to place a to-go order, 20 wings in all, mild, Korean bbq, Cajun and original hot. First if all, I liked that you can pick and choose sauce options and that the wings were cooked fresh to order. The staff was friendly and offered suggestions based on what we told them we liked. The store was very clean, too. Wings were cooked through but the meaty reviews were definitely overstated. They were nothing special. Despite the place being nearly empty, we waited 35 minutes for our order even though we were told it would be 15 minutes. And then, when we got home we found half the order was missing. Called the store, was placed on multiple holds and had to explain the situation a couple of times to different individuals. Ended up with replacement wings (which we had to go retrieve) and cards for "free" wings on next visit. No responsibility admitted and no apology given. Sadly, the food did not make up for the hassle, it was mediocre at best. Given all the other wing places available in the area, we will not be back to this one. read more

I don't even know where to BEGIN with this disaster of an order. The extra ranch I PAID FOR? Vanished. The drink? Missing in action. And the food showed up drenched in enough fryer oil to lube a whole NASCAR race. I couldn't tell if I ordered a meal or an oil change. And the best part? They refuse to give me a refund. Nope. All I get is a "credit" that I have to use within 10 days, meaning I'm supposed to gamble AGAIN on receiving something that doesn't come swimming in mystery grease? Be serious. If I wanted disappointment and chaos, I'd text my ex. At least that's free. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

See all

I went to the store to order my broncos game wings and 45 minutes later, nobody seemed to know what was going on. I kept asking for an update and nobody could give me anything, not even any customer service. While I'm cancelling my order another guy walks in and asks for his large order that he called in and the woman said she never got the order. No explanation. No customer service. No nothing. That guy was pissed. I was pissed. I'll never give wingstop another chance. read more

Amazing! I have never seen a restaurant deteriorate so fast -ever! I ordered ahead. Arrived on time. Watched one order after another filled. My order was complete before I arrived but just sat there. After waiting 30 minutes (60 minutes after order placed) I asked when it would be done because no one was working any orders in the kitchen. "Oh sorry" here is your cold chicken. Not even a sincere apology. Cannot recommend! read more

Wingstop - How many thighs are there in a three thigh meal? The wrong answer is two and a 20 minute wait to fix it! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Loveland, Colorado

Not the best but not the worst. Took a bit to get food and there wasn't much sauce on the boneless wings. Everything was hot

Las cosina son bien despacio y tomo una hora para 5 tenders y también no me gusto el servicio

Service sucks, slow service lacks training have had wait T least 20 minutes to get my order

this was by far the worst lunch I've ever had in Loveland! Don't eat here!! Could not communicate with the staff (no English) The food was overcooked and I just tossed it in the trash $12 lunch down the drain! read more

Never fails. Always hot, fries are amazing, the people there are super nice. I just wish they were a little bit better at answering their phones or posting holiday hours. Definitely recommend the mango habanero wings, boneless or bone-in. I've never eaten in the restaurant, so I can't attest to any of that, but I can say that the carry-out food is better than bdubs. They also have the best honey mustard on earth. read more

First visit. The wings are HUGE compared to Wing Shack. 1 Wingstop wing = 2-3 Wing Shack wings. We tried 4 flavors: Cajun, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Korean BBQ, and Mild. We agreed Hickory Smoked BBQ was the best, but it was just good, not great. (Full disclosure - Asian Zing at Buffalo Wild Wings is my all-time favorite.) Service, fries, and veggies were all good. All I need is a really great flavor to have Wingstop at 5 stars. read more

They need to hire new staff at this place, who can treat customers with respect. Ordered food and the guy behind the counter was super short with me and seemed annoyed that I was in his presence. Ridiculous to treat a paying customer that way. Although I couldn't hear any music in the dining area, at least the kitchen was blasting some Tupac. read more

I have eaten here twice now and both times were great. The wings are hot as well as the fries. I highly suggest not getting them to go as they become somewhat soggy when put into styrofoam containers....eat them at the restaurant when at all possible. The manager came by my table both times to make sure I was happy with everything which was nice. I will be coming back when down in Loveland. read more

We have eaten here 3x. The wings are better than wing shack the last we went there but thats not saying tons. The service is slow and sometimes not customer friendly. We went last night and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches paid cash 5 customers came and went. When my husband approached the counter and asked what was going wrong. Apparently they lost our order and couldnt find it. So another 20 min later and he could leave with our sandwiches. No compensation even though other customers were offered comps. Its sad to say but we wont be back. The customer service is deplorable and the food is good but slow slow slow. The owner should step in and check it out more read more

Disclaimer: This is my first yelp review ever.. felt the need, though, to post: I love wing stop! But this place was awful!! Wings and fries both undercooked and soggy. But honestly it wasn't the wings that disappointed me- one teenager was training the other, laughing at him and being mean, shaking his head, clearly having had just one more fast food job that the other kid.. I really felt for the poor kid trying to get the damn receipt roll to work, we all know how difficult that is! Very disappointing, I've been waiting for years for a wing stop to show up around here, and would try it again if not for the terrible experience and awkwardness surrounding the training situation. Lighten up, and be more kind to each other!!! read more

Customer service was a 5: the manager, Travis, was efficient, naturally friendly, and accommodating. The wings were a 3 for me. Even cooked extra time with sauce on the side, they were thick, meaty, and moist with fairly fatty skin. Ha ha I guess that probably sounds good to some people, but I prefer really crispy and kind of tough. Sauces were a 4: Mild sauce (original but creamier) was really delicious, as was the ranch dip for the veggies. So that's where my 4 out of 5 comes from. Country music playing and Monster trucks and sports on giant TVs. read more

These wings are horrible. Ordered the garlic Parmesan. There's absolutely no flavor. It seems like all they did was tossed the wings in butter and then dredged them in grated parmesan cheese. The mild barely had any flavor also. read more

Great place to be!! Great food and the customer service is amazing. Ordering online or over the phone is awesome. When you go in the order is hot and ready, if you decide to order in store than there are a number of drinks and Tv shows to keep you occupied while you wait for you order read more

I ordered through Uber eats and half of my order was forgotten and wing Stop delivered the other half of my order. Thank you so much!

What a horrific disappointment. If you want wings go to wingshack just down the road. Wingstop has consistently not gotten any order correct. I am allergic to ranch dressing and they had given me ranch dressing on a previous visit... And you pay extra for this. Before I left with my order I double checked with the cashier that this was blue cheese and not ranch and she assured me that it was blue cheese dressing. Since this was not the first time I received the incorrect dressing and you are charged for it I came back to get my money back. They were so rude and uncooperative. They made a huge scene in the restaurant. Eventually I did get my money back...There was a lot of mumbling and I eye rolling and what I'm sure were expletives from the cook and a cashier. At this point I will also mention that the wings were not cooked well. They were quite Undercooked and "sloppy". I kept the wings and cooked them to finish in my air fryer at home. I have given this restaurant numerous opportunities, probably too many. I have complained to their corporate. But I will seriously not be back and will return to my old love wing shack. If you're even considering giving them a try I would strongly discourage it...no need to waste your money. Horrible service horrible food. read more

Placed an online order on Wingstop's website, got a confirmation email saying the total and that the wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Went into the store, and was told "unfortunately we aren't receiving any online orders, it will be about 25-30 minutes if you want to place the order now and wait". Walked out, won't ever be going back, what a joke. read more

My son and I were told it would take 15-20 minutes for our order, been waiting a half hour watching person after person walk in the door. They are busy so we are trying to be patient, but it is very frustrating as this is our first time here. After someone who came in after us got their food, I inquired and we got our food right away. Food was good but still very frustrating read more

Get a trash can... clean the tables, what a mess. Hire more people. Lessen wait time...the guy said 25 to 30 minutes for a dozen winds....unacceptable. they say its a aviation based place two photos of airplanes and an old prop.
