After reading my review, the Winstop owner responded and apologized for my family and my experience. I just finished dining at his Jefferson Loop Wingstop. The TEAM was very professional, friendly, warm, and inviting. But not to only my family but to everyone that came in. By far....the BEST customer services I have had in along time and the store was very clean. I am going back to update my views to reflect the support from the store and this store GREAT service. This store has restored my faith in the Wingstop franchise. Thank you again. Lakenya read more

Food is always cooked the way I order it at this location. Service is always up to par and the ambience is giving wings lol. I didn't need the voodoo fries but I couldn't resist. The mango habanero wings are a sweet and spicy combo this is a wet flavor. I also got my Ma 10 lemon pepper wings, that's a dry rub w/ a Cajun corn. read more

yalls boneless wings suck please get some chicken that hasn't been extremely processed. it taste like metallic chicken/blood

Normally this place isn't too bad, a forgotten ranch or drink or seasoning. But today I ordered and was handed my order, given my drinks, was given an exclusionary thank you, so I left with my order. I spend 30 minutes driving home on gas I can barely afford, and they didn't give me half my order at the store. When I call, they say "yeah it's sitting right here." okay??? show some accountability??? then they said "you wanna come get it?" and there's some uncomfortable silence and because I don't talk to service workers when I'm frustrated, I say okay, and hang up. I realize I can't afford the gas to go back, call them asking for a refund on the missing items and have been on hold for 16 minutes. I am pretty sure they are waiting me out because they don't care to process a refund. I can understand missing items. But not wanting to help make it monetarily correct is where you get a bad review, because I just LOST money at this establishment. This store gained money from me and did not provide the product. That is theft! read more

Me and my family love the food and the chicken wings are so good and the side and the sauce for the chicken wings

I'm not sure what's up with the food places in Louisville, but they are TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 25 minutes for a 6 piece combo, when no one was in line in front of me, but they had the nerves to sit my fries in a regular carton try, on top of my box of wings. If this is a norm, why would you leave French fries in a bag to spill all over, and not place them in a container concealing the beat, as well?! The lady asked if I wanted fresh fries, but why would I order fresh fries for them to get cold again, if you're not going to put them in a container? And furthermore, you all have used my entire lunch break for this! The food was also not pleasant. read more

Wingstop - Please help me understand how this is ok?! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

I would not suggest visiting this location. They do not wear gloves and seemingly not sure if they are practicing good food sanitation. My niece went today and said that the guy was touching raw chicken with his bare hands, then touched cooked food, and then pushed down the garbage. They are also not enforcing for people to pull their masks up. I was standing in the lobby for a while waiting for my food and there was a guy standing there with his mask in his chin. No one thought to ask him to pull it up especially since he was standing there. When I went the food was good though. It was fresh out the fryer. We got the wings plain, spicy Korean q and Louisiana rub. Spicy Korean q and Louisiana rub are my favs. I also like the sweet and salty fries. This location has definitely went downhill since they opened. Until they get new management or have better staff, I will not be going any longer. Can't afford to get sick. read more

Wingstop - How they bag your food - Chicken Wings Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

Almost don't care what the food tastes like. 35 minutes later we are still waiting for 2 chicken sandwiches with no end in sight with rude staff as well. Food was cold, too spicy for a mild sauce, and rhetorical chicken was so thin that it almost didn't exist. This was my first time eating at a Wing Stop 1 my kid took me and told me it was good. Nope. And won't be back again. read more

Said it would be 25 min but ended up being about 40min. Too long for not that great a food. Chicken sandwiches and tenders tasted like frozen from a bag. Not impressed. Wings were ok, but nothing to brag about. Will definitely never be back read more

So I made a $110 order from this place and when the food arrived there was no ranch . I ordered two large ranches and a regular one and none came. When I called the store the manager called me a liar and said he personally packed them and he doesn't care what I say. In what world does someone order $110 in food and lie about the ranch. I just wanted my precious ranch . read more

I hate this place up a couple weeks ago to try some of their wings. I got the atomic and I got the hot. Wingstop is a small little place tucked away of Dixie hwy. I've gotten there hot wings before and wasn't a fan. They do have a god spicy kick though. My favorite is the hickory smoke boneless wings. They have pretty good flavor. The menu is very limited. It literally just wings. The service is always slow. Takes about 15-20 min for the wings every time. They only have one sized drink cups which is equivalent to a medium to go drink at a fast food establishment. Kinda weird to have such a small cup when you serve spicy wings. The store front is medium sized and decked out with aviator designs. They do have a couple TVs that is usually tuned into sportscenter. All in all it a decent a little place. Needs some work with prices (kinda high), wait time and maybe expanding menu and getting larger drink cup sizes. read more

I was at the Wingstop on new cut yesterday around 5-5:30pm (I couldn't find the new cut location on here) and while I was there the red haired WHITE female manager on shift was screaming at her employees in front of the customers, she was yelling racial slurs at them saying n word this n word that openly while the store is open and there are customers. I use to come to this location quite often as it's on my way home after work but I will not be returning and I recommend no one else returns or tries this location, anytime this woman is working she's always saying something mumbling under her breath not only at her employees but at customers as well. If I could give 0 stars I would, no employee should be treated this way especially not by their coworkers or higher ups. read more

Came to this Wingstop to get my food for the Super Bowl. I was late picking up my food but that was on me, when I arrived they told me. My food had been picked up already! The manager kind of just Kanye shrugged me off like welp they got em. I told him well I didn't have anyone picking up my food. He asked one of the people up front and she said it was a "white man" and they showed my receipt. I showed them two forms of ID. The manager on duty is on the phone during this time and I overhear him say "well if I was placing an order, I wouldn't be an hour and a half late" he says to me I'm deciding how I'm going to handle this. I told him you're either going to give me my money or re-make my food. To say that I'm a little irate at this point would've an understatement. So he was a bit rude in my opinion and the way I was feeling at that moment it wasn't going to be good. So he decided to re-make my food, told me that it would be 30 minutes. I stuck around and watched because I know how the food industry can be when dealing with customers with food issues. My whole issue is with the manager on duty and his rude comments. He also then had an altercation with a lady customer that was there waiting on her order and I'm not sure what happened but he yelled at her that he wasn't giving anyone any refunds! She was pretty angry. Honestly at this point I'm not likely to return or for that matter do ANY, online orders with them. I do believe that they should definitely check Identification or something because if they did, this wouldn't have happened. read more

I should have paid attention to the star rating this time. I've been to this location before, and it was pretty good food. Decided to try an online order today. The employee at the counter was disengaged and not welcoming at all when I came in. The order was sealed, and I thought about it but didn't open it to check things. I get home, and yep, you guessed the order was wrong. More importantly, the food was not good. Fries were soggy with oil and seasoned when they weren't supposed to be. The boneless wings had the wrong sauce and were soggy. Soggy cold food isn't getting a good rating from anyone. It just seems like the employees don't care. read more

I ordered the 20 piece with a side of fries for $19.28 and the charged me and never delivered the food

The slowest Wingstop ever. If you order, it will take about 2-3 hours to get your food. The app might say 30-40 minutes. Don't believe the app. Come in 3 to 4 hours later. At the rate the work here, they need about 20 more employees they catch up to the app times. There was about 30 people waiting for their food it's safe to say this location needs to clean house read more

Doesn't look like I'll be coming back. Ordered at 4:26 on a Saturday, they weren't very busy when I came inside, in fact no one was in the store when I had arrived. Ordered a 6 piece boneless and fries Combo. Upon paying I asked a wait time and they told me 10-15 minutes tops and I said fine and sat down to wait. An hr and 20 minutes goes by and still no food. Upon that I go to the counter and ask where my food is and I they asked name on order and he'd go check on it. Came back and said "could it be under a new name" and I said no have him my receipt and clearly had my name on the ticket. Came back and said "yeah they must've thrown the ticket away or something we don't have it" and so upon that I asked for a refund. Told me hold up and came back out 10 minutes later with my food. For the wait time the food isn't worth it at all. Won't ever come back to this location in my lifetime. Wingstop is my favorite wing restaurant but not after today. I'll be looking for a new one from now on. Also the wings were cold af when he gave them to me. So after today nah never again. I'll skip the wing stop on Louisville. Terrible employees and terrible service overall. Not coming back read more

I stopped in last minute to pick up some wings for a day of watching basketball. It was my first time here and the staff was friendly and explained the menu. I placed my order to go. It took approximately 12 minutes to get my order which I thought was great for tournament time. I will be back to watch a game. This is a great alternative for families to avoid the rowdy crowds of BW3 or Roosters. Wings were typical, what you would expect. There are several sauce options! read more

My friend ordered her food approximately 30 minutes ago & she still hasn't received her food. The staff here is not focused & they're constantly messing around. It's like they take this job as a joke. When my friend revived her food, she only got the fries. The manager came around asking if anyone had gotten food knowing my friend didn't receive her food & she STILL DID NOT GET IT! The food was cold & it wasn't even cooked properly. I DO NOT recommend this wingstop. The floors are nasty & sticky. The atmosphere is loud & super chaotic. I will NEVER was my money here ever again . read more

I called to ask if they were halal certified the lady told me to wait and got a manager then the manager said "this is not something we discuss on the phone have a good night" and hung up. A halal certified is a question is Muslims ask to know if we can eat at your place or not. I don't understand what is so secretive about this question that makes you not be able to answer me. But I will be supporting a local halal wing place instead of here. Very disappointed. read more

Drove 87 miles to Louisville just to get in on this National Chicken Wing Day purchase any size wings and get five free wings deal. I ended up trying the two new flavors: Harissa Ranch and Hot Lemon. Both were amazing and what I was looking for, when drenched in wing sauce. Too bad Buffalo Wild Wings had to dine-in only their's. Even though Wingstop is a chain, it was completely irrelevant to me that this place existed until a friend dragged me in about a year ago. I've gotta be honest, I was kind of expecting this place to be a dump. I came in and was instantly greeted the moment I walked through the door, and the cashier even poked fun at me for bringing in a Chick-Fil-A cup (Sadly there were no garbage cans outside as I was trying to get some of the crap out of my car...oops) I was originally going to go with the six wing basket, however he also mentioned that on Monday and Tuesday the wings are 60 cents, you just have to get 10. And did I get 10? You better believe my fat @$$ did. I really like that you can mix in two different flavors, so I went with honey BBQ and traditional hot. I ordered carryout, and it took about 10 minutes to receive. Just as I had gotten in my car and sat the bag down, my to-go box started leaking! They had put my box in sideways, causing hot sauce to spew all in my passenger seat, looking like I had just committed a murder. The food was pretty good. The fries had this interesting sweet seasoning on them, which I really liked. The wings were average. Not bad, just nothing special. Wingstop is not too shabby. It's a tad bit of a drive for me to get there, but if I'm around the area I wouldn't mind going again. read more

Ordered 15 wings and a combo meal. The meal came with ranch the 15 wings did not. I was informed I would have to pay for it. Meanwhile people were coming in and saying they didn't get any ranch with their order. The manager was happy to give it to them without asking for a receipt. I guess he was scared they would make a scene or he was friends with them. This was my first experience with wingstop. I planned a Small last minute New Year's Eve get together at my house. To provide more options of food to my frozen appetizer selections, I decided to order some wings. I logged into their website, and tried to place my order. I received an error that if orders were over $30 they must be paid online, well it only gave me an option to pay at store. So I called to place my order, they were aware of the ordering challenge too. I was pleased I could place a large order last minute and have it ready in 20 minutes. We ordered 40 boneless half mild and half bbq. They come with fries and celery and carrot sticks. I was super impressed by the taste and amount of food for the money. This is a great option for take out too! There are some seats in the restaurant if you want to eat in. All orders are placed at the counter and then they call your name. They were busy in New Year's Eve not sure if they are usually very busy. We will eat here again! read more
