Nothing against this specific wingstop. But the atomic wings are not hot at all. Ive eaten apples that are more spicy than these. Im not joking. Mild salsa in a bottle feom the store watered down is more spicy than the atomic wings. Im not blaming this wingstop but when I pay for atomic wings and it doesmt blow my mouth up I feel cheated. Besides my girlfriend is SUPER HOT so im used to that fire and these wings delivered zero of that. The original hot wings are bomb as f tho so I really can't complain. Just dont get the atomic wings. Its a waste of time. This particular wingstop was clean and the staff was professional and awesome. read more

Ordered online around 10:30. They close at midnight. When we get there, they're cleaning/closing for the night. I ordered lemon pepper tenders, got plain tenders. Fries were disgusting, soggy, and tasted like oil. I should've checked the food before heading out but also..read the order lol. If I can get in contact with owner, that would be much appreciated. read more

I always place an order online so that I won't have to wait long inside here. The last time I placed an order about a year ago they got it completely wrong, came back to get my order corrected and the manager on duty literally tried to make it seem like I was lying! Why would I come back on my break waste my time and lie about my lunch! I said I would never come back here.. today for lunch I decided to give them another chance placed a $85 order online for my whole office pick up my food get back to the office and the whole order is incorrect AGAIN! I tell them about my order and again the lady says "are you sure it was wrong? I packed it myself" are you kidding me?! I spent almost $100 I come on my lunch break why would I waste my damn time to come back especially in this busy street on Russel and Tropicana on my lunch break?! I will never come back here again not only did they mess up my food TWICE but they also made me feel like I was lying and trying to get free food both times! Ruined my lunch a whole hour and a half wasted. If I could give negative stars i would. Sitting here for another 20 minutes waiting for my food. read more

Decided to try out wing stop since I haven't had it in a while. I ordered boneless wings and cheese fries. The fries were the only highlight for the order. The cashier was zoned out, probably a long day but that's okay. The interior was dirty. There was trash everywhere on the counter. It just didn't look pleasant to sit down and eat at. The fries and ranch were good and that's about it. read more

This is for this location, other locations are fine. Wingstop Las Vegas Buffalo Dr. & Blue Diamond 7935 Blue Diamond Rd, Suite 104 Las Vegas, NV 89178 (725) 242-8488 This location misses food often and when you try to get the missing food from the previous order they somehow can't find the order or say that its been too long since your last visit, so don't order extra fries or dips. We ordered food tonight and since they do not have an option to have the chicken plain and all sauces and dips on the side, they say that we can call them and ask them to do it and they are usually alright with getting it done. Tonight they did about half of it and then decided to just dip the rest. When I called to let them know of the mistake, I spoke to three managers and the last one said that I was lying and that he packed the order himself and assured me that all sauces were on the side and all chicken was plain. I asked if there was a way to just send a pic to prove it and he said no and that I would have to drive all the way there and PROVE to him it was incorrect, since HE DID IT himself. I packed up my kid and all the food and we drove all the way there. When I get there I see them when I am walking up say "oh shit, that guys here." When I got in, I asked to speak to the manager and I showed him the INCORRECT food. I was not happy since they made me waste my time and there were other customers there watching this. I apologized to the customer and let them know what was going on. Then the manager said that he did not pack that, basically accusing me of dipping all the chicken my self! I asked him if he really thinks that I did that and he went back to inspecting my order. I then said that since he wasted my time I need a refund and they can keep the entire order for their mistake. He took at least 15 min processing the refund and then tried to explain how he made the mistake so I just said whatever and will never be going back to this location again. If he would have just apologized on the phone for the mistake instead of calling me a liar, and tried to fix the error, we could have all figured this all out and been fine. The fact that he said I was lying is completely absurd! Funny thing too, when I was there returning my food, our delivery guy was there again so we got to see him again. read more

Fast, friendly service. Online order was ready in 20 minutes at busy dinner time. Boneless chicken wings were sneaky spicy! Doesn't taste super spicy, but you'll react to it soon enough. Only minus is dipping sauce and celery/carrot sticks cost more as an add on. The veggie sticks were fresh, cold and crispy. Pretty tasty and my go to for traditional boneless chicken wings. I will order again for sure. A++++++++ read more

Although the Wingstop app wasn't working and I got charged anyway on my credit card, going into the store in person, Korie, one of the employees, went above and beyond the call of her duty to still treat me with respect and kindness. She had so much understanding that made me feel so ashamed of being furious in the first place. I wish there were more caring and concerned workers like these who truly make your company a place where coming back to. Korie is someone who should be commended for all of her hard work, understanding, and the respect that she has for your customers. She is such an asset to Wingstop. read more

Very sad and disappointed because both my ranch and fries had hairs in it. The ranch wasn't even filled up all the way compared to the other ranch I had and it had two tiny black hairs in it. One of the fries had another hair stuck inside it but it wasn't even like a hair it was like a plastic strand of string because I tried to pull it apart and it wouldn't budge. Super unappetizing and unsanitary. I'm not mad about spending $1.34 on an extra ranch, I am upset at how careless and negligent the employees are towards handling food. I really hope this issue can be taken seriously and improve because contaminated foods WILL cause people to be sick. read more

Looking for a "wing-man?" Stop by Wingstop ! Ok a little corny line, but honestly hands down ... wingstop is the place to get your wings. What's not to love? Wings are always made fresh. Wings and fries are super crispy. The ranch is the bomb (my fiancé makes fun of me because I always want extra ranch because it's soo good) My preference are dry rubs, definitely Louisiana rub and as Rick Ross would say "that lemon pepper" The only negative thing I would say is that I wish wing stop would come to the Southside .. for now I'm willing to drive to this location to get my wing fix ! read more

the last three visits I have made here have been pretty bad. So while i am reviewing the last visit specifically, i also want to put it in context of giving them a few tries before giving them a bad review . Fist off I want to be clear-the food is not the problem . The service is terrible . To me that means unenthusiastic or friendly service , getting your order wrong (missing items) and not prioritizing the error by replacing the missing item in a timely manner . Also , the air conditioner is barely on or not at all, I couldn't really tell. There is no hustle here, i watched a few other orders being sent back as being incorrect while i was waiting for my order to be corrected , so Im guessing accuracy is not their forte. They took out some tables during covid and have never returned them . They have only 3 tables available so if you want take out -this might be your place, just check your order before you leave . read more

We had recently did an online order in advance to Wing Stop for the superbowl party at my friends house. Our order consisted of the 100 piece wing with 3 sides. We had varied quantities of wings for 5 different flavors, 1 seasoned fries, 1 parmesan fries, 2 veggie sticksand 1 potato salad side. We put in our order to be picked up at 0300P. I had arrived a bit early (maybe 0240P) and there was a line out the door. To the side, there was a rack with orders all done. Seeing another person asking for their order on the side for pick up, I did as well. I was told my order was being cooked and I needed the ID and credit (at least a picture) of the one it was ordered with. Easily accomplished as my friend sent it to me within a few minutes, before the order was complete. Showed the worker the ID and the last 4 digits of the credit card and off I went with 3 full bags of food. We had at least 6-8 boxes of wings with 3 trays of sides and 1 container of potato salad. Quite a lot of food. We had 8 people. Had about 20ish wings left at the end with some sides. To give an idea on how much it feeds. Flavors we got was mango habanero, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, original hot, Louisiana rub. Garlic parmesan and lemon pepper are two that are usually ordered. Original hot reminded me of tobacco/buffalo sauce. Louisiana had a Cajun flavor to it. Mango habanero was probably most disappointing. I don't recall it being much spicy at all. Wonder if we got the wrong one in the order... LOL o well... wings were good overall as per usual. The fries were soft by the time I got the order. Not sure if they were sitting in the bag sealed closed before wings were finished. They were not crispy even when I was snacking them in the car as soon as I got the order. I tried to open the bags to keep it crispy too but I guess damage was done before I even got the order. Was a bit disappointment as I usually really like the fries Not bad overall considering it was before Superbowl. They were pretty on top of their orders. At least they weren't behind, which was good. read more

Second dinner... I know we are being pigs. But once again we are on holiday and calories don't count! We took our food to go ate some in the hotel room prior to heading down to the hotel bar for drinks. We were looking for a wings and things franchise but this was the closest restaurant we could find for wings. I opted for the boneless 8 piece half OG Hot and half mild. Never too sure what the spice levels are and I didn't want to get something I couldn't handle. OG hot was not spicy at all, it just had more vinegar in the mix. I preferred the flavor of the mild if they added more heat to it. The portion size of the chicken tenders were good. Both flavors go into the same box separate it by paper. The one thing I appreciate about wing stop is that they offer two flavor options you aren't stuck with just one. You also get more options of dipping sauces if that is your thing. I prefer house ranch. BF ordered 15 piece atomic hot and original hot. I tried the atomic hot and it did not kill me. There was a bit of spice but mainly vinegar. We both preferred the OG hot over the atomic. It was a bit disappointing when it came to flavor and spice level. But you get more options here. Overall not bad at all. Would I come back again... maybe. read more

corey was seriously the best. positive and refreshing energy. pleasantly surprised !!!! food was delicious !!!

I went to bed late the night before, and still woke up at 6:30am. I don't even actively day trade stocks right now, so that was annoying. In spite of the less than stellar start to the day, my favorite Asian agreed to meet me for lunch and I offered her a choice between wings or ramen. Deep down I knew she was gonna pick chicken wings, but nearly every fiber of my being was hoping she would surprise me again and go for ramen. It was barely in the mid 50s at the time we were exchanging texts, negotiating my term of unconditional something or other. While she casually mentioned that she wasn't at home but was at one of the mid-tier Strip hotel. Okay, maybe the guy spent all his budget on 12 Blue Moon and 8 Red Bull (sugar free), plus the room and there was nothing left for brunch. Whatever the case, he is off to ride back to his crib on the West side or Cali or wherever. A lot of weeds to whack to get the girl, that's just the reality and the struggle. Anyway, I will skip the tangential details and get straight down to the business of reviewing my very first ever Wingstop experience. As you are probably already aware, there are multiple Wingstop locations dotted throughout the Las Vegas valley. Most locations open at 11am, but this location on Tropicana wins the early bird prize by opening at 9am. The simple menu is the same, as far as I can tell, across all locations. You basically have wings (classic bone-in and boneless) and crispy chicken tenders to select from, with 11 wing flavors and whatever limited time promo they are offering. The dipping sauces (ranch, honey mustard, blue cheese and spicy chipotle) are extra, unless you order their combos or family packs. Their fries are actually not bad, and a large is really more than enough. Service is swift and professional. But your order will still take up to 18 minutes, which the cashier will inform you as you place your order. So call ahead or be prepared to wait. The wings was just okay, because my wings were on the overcooked side, and not really moist and juicy. The Cajun sauce was spicy, but tolerable, but eat a lot and the heat will build up and surely burn you later. Lemon Pepper was good, but damn was it salty. Hawaiian was decent, with mild sweetness and no heat. You also have the option to ask for your wings to be served "wet". Overall, the food was okay (3 stars). Spending time catching up over a bunch of fried chicken wings with my fav Asian, talking about random stuff made the Wingstop excursion well worth the price of a 24 piece family pack (which was surprisingly heavy - pretty sure it is enough to split with 4 people with normal appetite). I would do it again if she still wants wings. read more

Today is A Wednesday 10/7/2020. It is our first time getting Wingstop since the COVID-19 and first time at this location. We usually do take-outs at the Spring Mtn location, but we were driving on 215 towards Summerlin and this location seem more convenient. We placed order online and went in the store to pick up our food. Order confirmation read order for pick-up ready at 8:05pm. We walked in the store around 8pm. A male employee was standing behind a register with his mask pulled down on his phone. As we approached him to let him know we were here to pick up online order, he pulled his mask up. We paid for our food. He confirm which drinks we wanted. He walks over to the drink machine area, he puts on gloves without sanitizing his hands first. As he is pouring the drinks into the cup, he uses his gloved hands to pull up his mask and proceeds with filling our drinks and caps it. As that is going on a female walks in to the store with no masks. She clocks in and grabs a mask and walk into the kitchen with masks on her hand. She did not sanitize her hand or put on a mask before walking in to the kitchen area. Plus all the employees in the kitchen were not using gloves while handling the foods. We were told that our food was not ready and it'll take another 10-15 minutes, so we went back to the car to wait little longer. Then my fiancé went back to check on our food. Finally at 8:21pm he returned back to the car with our food. Either there was not a good protocol in placed or employees were not following the protocols. I will definitely not return to this location. I may give a try at the Spring Mtn. location to see if things are handled better there during this time as we do enjoy food from Wingstop. read more

This is my first time eating at Wingstop. We normally go to a different wing place but I've always heard good stuff about the wings so I was happy to finally try it. We ordered the 59 piece and got 5 free wings as a part of a promotion. We ordered bone in: garlic wings, lemon pepper, the Asian style flavor and boneless teriyaki style wing. They were all so good. The meal comes with two orders of fries and I'm a big fan of their skin on fries. We also got the brownies and it was all very tasty. I even said I prefer Wing Stop over my usual favorite so now I see what all the hype was about. There is plenty of parking and ordering over the phone was easy. You could also order online. It was ready on time. Will return. read more

The service was very fast, even though they were incredibly busy. We waited outside after we placed our order inside. They gave us our drinks to sip on while we waited for food. I ordered the traditional wing combo, with veggies and my boyfriend ordered boneless with parmesan fries. There was just enough sauce and seasoning on the wings. I went with my go to whenever I order wings - mild and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper seasoning is hands down my favorite one that I've had at a restaurant. It's a bit oily so it sticks to the wing rather than falling off. The mild wings had the perfect amount of spice and I received a good mix of flats and drums. The fries were crispy and had a good amount of Parmesan. The veggies were fresh and served with ranch. read more

So I have been craving some wings and since the nba playoffs are on I decided that it was time to go make this happen. So my visit started as a bummer and it made for a eat dash and run so I could get back to the game lol So after my first let down I told Vanessa that they need to make me the best wings to make up for it and boy did they deliver. I ordered the family pack because overal it's just a better bang for your buck. I had lemon pepper , garlic Parmesan, and Louisa a rub and it was all delicious. My recent trip to this wingstop was not ideal at all. I ordered online, showed up at the end of my predicted time for my order to be ready.
