Very sad and disappointed because both my ranch and fries had hairs in it. The ranch wasn't even filled up all the way compared to the other ranch I had and it had two tiny black hairs in it. One of the fries had another hair stuck inside it but it wasn't even like a hair it was like a plastic strand of string because I tried to pull it apart and it wouldn't budge. Super unappetizing and unsanitary. I'm not mad about spending $1.34 on an extra ranch, I am upset at how careless and negligent the employees are towards handling food. To me that means unenthusiastic or friendly service , getting your order wrong (missing items) and not prioritizing the error by replacing the missing item in a timely manner . Also , the air conditioner is barely on or not at all, I couldn't really tell. The food is always good here BUT the customer service is horrible! If I order $70 worth I don't expect my order to be incomplete. I arrived to pick up my food for which I ordered on line. First of all the worker handed me just one bag and was ready to send me on my way. I opened the bag and told him this is not all my food, he insisted then looked over receipt and gave me the rest of my food or so I thought. He didn't even give me my 4 drinks. I get to my office and ofcourse food was missing! Luckily I work down the street from this location but I shouldn't have to go back for missing food. I get there and the lady which I assume to be the manager slams her register (which almost tips over) and then proceeds to ask me what I was missing from my order yelling. We had recently did an online order in advance to Wing Stop for the superbowl party at my friends house. Our order consisted of the 100 piece wing with 3 sides. We had varied quantities of wings for 5 different flavors, 1 seasoned fries, 1 parmesan fries, 2 veggie sticksand 1 potato salad side. We put in our order to be picked up at 0300P. I had arrived a bit early (maybe 0240P) and there was a line out the door. To the side, there was a rack with orders all done. Seeing another person asking for their order on the side for pick up, I did as well. I was told my order was being cooked and I needed the ID and credit (at least a picture) of the one it was ordered with. Easily accomplished as my friend sent it to me within a few minutes, before the order was complete. Showed the worker the ID and the last 4 digits of the credit card and off I went with 3 full bags of food. We had at least 6-8 boxes of wings with 3 trays of sides and 1 container of potato salad. Quite a lot of food. We had 8 people. Had about 20ish wings left at the end with some sides. To give an idea on how much it feeds. Flavors we got was mango habanero, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, original hot, Louisiana rub. Garlic parmesan and lemon pepper are two that are usually ordered. Original hot reminded me of tobacco/buffalo sauce. Louisiana had a Cajun flavor to it. Mango habanero was probably most disappointing. I don't recall it being much spicy at all. Wonder if we got the wrong one in the order... LOL o well... wings were good overall as per usual. The fries were soft by the time I got the order. Not sure if they were sitting in the bag sealed closed before wings were finished. They were not crispy even when I was snacking them in the car as soon as I got the order. I tried to open the bags to keep it crispy too but I guess damage was done before I even got the order. Second dinner... I know we are being pigs. But once again we are on holiday and calories don't count! We took our food to go ate some in the hotel room prior to heading down to the hotel bar for drinks. We were looking for a wings and things franchise but this was the closest restaurant we could find for wings. I opted for the boneless 8 piece half OG Hot and half mild. Never too sure what the spice levels are and I didn't want to get something I couldn't handle. OG hot was not spicy at all, it just had more vinegar in the mix. I preferred the flavor of the mild if they added more heat to it. The portion size of the chicken tenders were good. Both flavors go into the same box separate it by paper. The one thing I appreciate about wing stop is that they offer two flavor options you aren't stuck with just one. You also get more options of dipping sauces if that is your thing. I prefer house ranch. BF ordered 15 piece atomic hot and original hot. I tried the atomic hot and it did not kill me. There was a bit of spice but mainly vinegar. We both preferred the OG hot over the atomic. It was a bit disappointing when it came to flavor and spice level. But you get more options here. Overall not bad at all. COVID review. No drive thru so you have to walk in and order. Ordering was easy and staff was super nice, place was clean and everyone had masks. It took about 20 minutes though to make my food, so I would suggest calling ahead or getting delivery. I got the large 10 piece combo. The chicken and sauce was really good for fast food. Today is A Wednesday 10/7/2020. It is our first time getting Wingstop since the COVID-19 and first time at this location. We usually do take-outs at the Spring Mtn location, but we were driving on 215 towards Summerlin and this location seem more convenient. We placed order online and went in the store to pick up our food. Order confirmation read order for pick-up ready at 8:05pm. We walked in the store around 8pm. A male employee was standing behind a register with his mask pulled down on his phone. As we approached him to let him know we were here to pick up online order, he pulled his mask up. We paid for our food. He confirm which drinks we wanted. He walks over to the drink machine area, he puts on gloves without sanitizing his hands first. As he is pouring the drinks into the cup, he uses his gloved hands to pull up his mask and proceeds with filling our drinks and caps it. As that is going on a female walks in to the store with no masks. She clocks in and grabs a mask and walk into the kitchen with masks on her hand. She did not sanitize her hand or put on a mask before walking in to the kitchen area. Plus all the employees in the kitchen were not using gloves while handling the foods. We were told that our food was not ready and it'll take another 10-15 minutes, so we went back to the car to wait little longer. Then my fiancé went back to check on our food. Finally at 8:21pm he returned back to the car with our food. Either there was not a good protocol in placed or employees were not following the protocols. I will definitely not return to this location. I may give a try at the Spring Mtn. location to see if things are handled better there during this time as we do enjoy food from Wingstop. read more

I went to bed late the night before, and still woke up at 6:30am. I don't even actively day trade stocks right now, so that was annoying. In spite of the less than stellar start to the day, my favorite Asian agreed to meet me for lunch and I offered her a choice between wings or ramen. Deep down I knew she was gonna pick chicken wings, but nearly every fiber of my being was hoping she would surprise me again and go for ramen. It was barely in the mid 50s at the time we were exchanging texts, negotiating my term of unconditional something or other. While she casually mentioned that she wasn't at home but was at one of the mid-tier Strip hotel. Okay, maybe the guy spent all his budget on 12 Blue Moon and 8 Red Bull (sugar free), plus the room and there was nothing left for brunch. Whatever the case, he is off to ride back to his crib on the West side or Cali or wherever. A lot of weeds to whack to get the girl, that's just the reality and the struggle. Anyway, I will skip the tangential details and get straight down to the business of reviewing my very first ever Wingstop experience. As you are probably already aware, there are multiple Wingstop locations dotted throughout the Las Vegas valley. Most locations open at 11am, but this location on Tropicana wins the early bird prize by opening at 9am. The simple menu is the same, as far as I can tell, across all locations. You basically have wings (classic bone-in and boneless) and crispy chicken tenders to select from, with 11 wing flavors and whatever limited time promo they are offering. The dipping sauces (ranch, honey mustard, blue cheese and spicy chipotle) are extra, unless you order their combos or family packs. Their fries are actually not bad, and a large is really more than enough. Service is swift and professional. But your order will still take up to 18 minutes, which the cashier will inform you as you place your order. So call ahead or be prepared to wait. The wings was just okay, because my wings were on the overcooked side, and not really moist and juicy. The Cajun sauce was spicy, but tolerable, but eat a lot and the heat will build up and surely burn you later. Lemon Pepper was good, but damn was it salty. Hawaiian was decent, with mild sweetness and no heat. You also have the option to ask for your wings to be served "wet". Overall, the food was okay (3 stars). Spending time catching up over a bunch of fried chicken wings with my fav Asian, talking about random stuff made the Wingstop excursion well worth the price of a 24 piece family pack (which was surprisingly heavy - pretty sure it is enough to split with 4 people with normal appetite). This is my first time eating at Wingstop. We normally go to a different wing place but I've always heard good stuff about the wings so I was happy to finally try it. We ordered the 59 piece and got 5 free wings as a part of a promotion. We ordered bone in: garlic wings, lemon pepper, the Asian style flavor and boneless teriyaki style wing. They were all so good. The meal comes with two orders of fries and I'm a big fan of their skin on fries. We also got the brownies and it was all very tasty. I ordered the traditional wing combo, with veggies and my boyfriend ordered boneless with parmesan fries. There was just enough sauce and seasoning on the wings. I went with my go to whenever I order wings - mild and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper seasoning is hands down my favorite one that I've had at a restaurant. It's a bit oily so it sticks to the wing rather than falling off. The mild wings had the perfect amount of spice and I received a good mix of flats and drums. So I have been craving some wings and since the nba playoffs are on I decided that it was time to go make this happen. So upon arrival the first thing I did was ask them if they could put on the game so I can enjoy some grub and a little basketball, however, I was informed that their tv's don't work right now :( . So my visit started as a bummer and it made for a eat dash and run so I could get back to the game lol So after my first let down I told Vanessa that they need to make me the best wings to make up for it and boy did they deliver. During a pandemic, management deserves 0/5 stars. They routinely seem to schedule just 1-2 people to work every time that I come in to order. They are slammed so often, and I get why : that chicken just slaps different. I have always enjoyed Wingstop, but since they introduced the thighs to their menu, I've eaten here more frequently. The crunch and flavor are always very present and in your face amazing. I haven't had a bad experience with the food here yet. I'll continue to eat here 1-2 times a month as long as they keep thighs on the menu. I will likely come more often if the management here gets their shit together and staffs the right number of people here. 1-2 makes sense outside of peak hours, but lunch time should definitely have 3-4 people because it's that busy during lunch hours. read more
