We come here pretty regular and usually it's pretty good. This time though was a little less food came out cool not cold but for sure not hot. You could tell it was just sitting around for a long time before they used it. It was pretty busy but no excuse for not having fresh food. Fries were hot wings and tenders where not. Food was "wingstop" that had been sprayed by the garden hose. My fry's were like fruit loops that had been left in the milk for 20 min. It took them about an hour to get my sponges aka wings out to me as well. If I could leave negative stars I would. read more

I patronized this establishment BEFORE reading the reviews and here is my experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly face and she, the cashier, was very helpful. We ordered some fried chicken with bones. It's my FIRST time at a Wingstop and I heard nothing but amazing stuff about their chicken. Let me tell you, I WAS NOT disappointed. It roughly took about 10 mins for us to get our food as we were dining it. While waiting I was reading the reviews. Our chicken came out DELICIOUS! It was SUPERB, CRISPY, HOT & FRESH! The many options of seasoning and the ones that I chose, the taste was there! I was so confused as to why so many negative reviews until I witnessed it myself in person... While I was waiting, a group of women ordered to go meals for themselves and a group back at a hotel. They ordered a lot and when they got their food, they started to eat it whole the othera were being made. That's when they started to complain that there chicken was cold, not crispy and we're served frozen corn on the cobb. I was in total disbelief!! And when they asked for the manager, he was very unprofessional and just said, "yeah, what's up?". He was so nonchalant. He explained that they didn't ask for a crispy version but they did fry up the corn. Whoa. It does take awhile for the food to cook. I don't recommend if you're coming from the theme parks for a "quick" bite, this isn't the place. I never ordered personally until this location but have picked up for catering for family gatherings and it does take roughly 35-45 mins for the food to cook. read more

My family and I come to this location any time we are in town. They are usually very consistent. They did forget to put sauce on our wings last time we were in but it is not going to hinder us from trying again. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The facilities are clean and well themed. We use this Wingstop at least once a week. The wings are always cooked perfectly and exactly how we order them. The ladies at the counter and cooking are friendly and they check to make sure our order is correct. Though we usually get our wings to go we have sat a few minutes to wait for then and noticed how clean the restaurant is. They do get very busy so sometimes you might have to wait a little longer for your food, but it's worth the wait! read more

We did not sit down or order there. We placed an online order, but it was ready on time and delicious. Typically to order in the store on the weekend is an hour+ wait time. But online its 15 minutes. The food was outstanding best wings ive had. The fries FINALLY weren't typical. They have a unique taste and excellent flavorr!! We ordered the ultimate package and it was made fast and correctly. I placed an online order at 7:30pm and scheduled the pickup time to be 10:00pm. When I walked in, the store was filled with people waiting to order/pick up their orders but being ignored by staff. I waited over an hour for my food and asked several times about the status of my order. I was shrugged off numerous times until someone finally told me "we stopped taking online orders a while ago". At told me my order wasn't made even though I placed it several hours beforehand. Their order pick-up shelves were FULL of Doordash orders that were hours old and never picked up. I'm pretty sure the orders were just cancelled due to the amount of time it took them to prepare the food. When the angry crowd of customers was finally cleared, I asked the manager for a refund. He did not offer to make my meal right away OR honor my request for a refund. Instead, she sent me home with a meal that had been sitting on the shelf for hours. As someone who works in customer service, I have a lot of patience for situations like this. However, this was one of the worst experiences I've had anywhere. I get that it is a new location and it's in one of the busiest parts of town, but that does not excuse the poor service that I saw today. read more

A typical Wingstop, went in placed our order for the 24 piece family pack. The order was placed and the family pack that included fries, 2 dips, carrots and celery was ready within the quoted 30 minute window. It was fresh and tasted very good. The service was not rushed and the cashier was pleasant and understanding due to us trying to figure out our flavors. We settled for Buffalo, lemon pepper and BBQ. Wanted drink so got combo,fries suck but as long as wings were good,ill overlook that. IMPORTANT NOTE* if you want wings order in advance online at least 45 minutes and save yourself the headache. I am a long time lover of Wingstop, so much so that we served Wingstop at our wedding. So when we saw that one was opening up close to home we were stoked. And now we are sorely disappointed. We've tried multiple times to go here and it's always something. Our order gets lost - poor customer service tells us we have to place it again and wait an hour and 45 minutes. Another time, we get our food, and it's super under-sauced AND not fully cooked. Another time, we waited an hour for our food while we watched this one worker complain about how much she hates her boss. Seriously. I know this Wingstop is guaranteed business because it's in a tourist location, but c'mon people, have some pride. I'll be keeping my business at the Wingstop in Orlando from now on. I work at a restaurant so I try to be understanding about kitchens being backed up but the fucking place closes at 12am. Got an order from Uber Eats where this place has a 4.6 star rating and I just could not live with myself if I let that stand. These were the soggiest, most fatty wings I've ever eaten. Ate here while visiting Orlando, food was excellent and fresh cooked. Service is ok, place is crazy with only about 3-4 parking spots so order ahead or don't come during busy hours. Inside restaurant is also kind of small so I would recommend taking on the road and not dining in, also was a little dirty and unorganized inside. read more

Zero is not an option but that's what I think they earned. The staff was excessive but they are stuck with a system that sucks. They can't handle the volume of orders that come into the kitchen even with tons of people in there. The poor cashiers out front just are trying not to annoy all the people waiting for their orders.
