If I could give 0 starts I would. I would like to start off this review by advising that I frequent Wingstop on Mondays and Tuesdays due to their 70 cent boneless wing deal. I normally do business with the Wingstop located on Richmond avenue but because I am temporarily residing in Kingwood I stopped at this location to pickup my normal order. When I called to place my order the woman who answered the call did not know that they had a special on the boneless wings, I figured she was new but regardless someone working in that industry should know more than a customer. When I arrived to pick up my order the manager at the location refused to provide me ranch to go with my order and advised that ranch is not included with the boneless wings. At this point it was not about the ranch but about the principle as my normal location always provided ranch. Ordered ahead of the Astros game with pick up at 4:15. They definitely made the order at 2 when we put the online order in because everything was ice cold except for the ranch. When I called to tell them the man on the phone asked me to bring the cold food back, said they couldn't find our order, and had to have me confirm that their store number was the same one on my receipt. They get two stars for correcting the mistake, but we had to drive back on Northpark at 5pm which honestly made this whole situation 10x more frustrating. We love Wingstop. Good sized wings. Fried to perfection. We decided to try out the new location b/c it's closest to us. We usually get wings from Atascocita Wingstop. My family (5) went in today. It was good. They only have tables for 4 so it was difficult for us once the food came with all the stuff on the small table. The wings were good. The only problem was there was not enough seasoning on the Louisiana Rub wings. Fries were good. Hopefully next time it will be better next time. UPDATE Went back for free wing day. Much improved! Online delivery orders are always and I did say always delivered incomplete. Then you must drive back up to the store for them to fix! The manager is rude and always claims they can not find the order only to find it when you get there!! I placed my order online because it takes 16-21 minutes to prepare. I arrived at the restaurant and they couldn't find my order. The manager asked me twice if I was sure I placed the order. I said yes again and showed him my order on my phone. He had to reprint it then found out it was given to another person. I then said so you have to cook my food again, he said no no we will get it. So after 10-15 minutes later he said here is your order. He did say sorry however I left a very unsatisfied customer. I'm in the industry as a District Manager so I understand things happen but I don't make my customer feel like they did something wrong or didn't place an order. I called in an order at 12:37pm, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and headed up there. Arrived at 12:59 pm. I went into the store and Hanna asked was I pick up, and I told her yes. She aint say nothing after that just took my payment. I sat there waiting for 20 more minutes. While waiting about 10 people came in and got their order, maybe more. Those customers were told either, "they're wokring on it," or "IT's ready." All while I sat there and waited. No one said anything to me, and Hanna was sitting there fiddling with paper. I saw a bag on the rack for about 5 or so minutes. Then, the oler man picked it up and called my name. Hello! I placed an order less than 2 months ago through the app for delivery. I ordered one combo and never received my drink. The manager said he was willing to do a credit on the account. After the first poor experience, I decided to try again for a better outcome. I ordered through the app again and then called the store to receive my credit from the last bad experience. The manager said he could not do anything to help me. He was very rude while speaking with him and said he was too busy and had other orders to attend to. I asked for his manager and he said I could only look it up on the Wing Stop app on my phone. He refused to give me any information on his boss or the corporate number. He said he was the only boss in charge of that restaurant. He wasn't willing to work with me at all and rudely hung up on me. The wingstop at Northpark is one of the mosy accommodating wingstop I have been to , to this day . The staff was very friendly and helpful with my order , the staff also informed me of the survey that they have on each receipt and I filled it out for them and was able to get 2 free rolls !!!! Amazing customer service and ttbe store is maintained to perfection , very clean tables . The staff left me with a smile on my face and I would recommend this place to anyone in need of both great wings and amazing service . read more

Also do the cooks not have to wear a mask or how does that work because not one of them had a mask on and it was so shameful.
