I made recommendations to the window server when I was there. this time though I'm just flat out annoyed. Its as if the workers were not trained to read an order. I ordered light ice in my drink, 3/4 of the cup was ice with a splash of beverage. when I arrived I was the only one in line and I ordered online. slow down, learn to read and get it right, these are basic skills... im giving 2 stars because the food was good but the experience was not. I asked for extra seasoning with my food. So when I got home, I opened my food and I seen that there was not cheese on my food (there was supposed to be cheese on my food) and my food was barely warm. Plus my food was dry, the chicken was burnt. The fries were over cooked, and there was too much seasoning on my fries. The only good thing from Zaxbys were the drinks. Zaxbys needs to do better with their food because what I tasted was HORRIBLE!!!. That's $30 I'm never gonna get back. (Not asking for a refund) Zaxbys, you need to be ashamed of yourself

No sir, it's your waitresses job to take care of everyone- you make this a very unpleasant environment. Sit down, trust your employees, go in the kitchen or something sir. That was ridiculous.
